About: What sets me apart is being home full-time to provide constant companionship, plus having a friendly French bulldog who's great with other dogs for socialization and play. My two teenage boys absolutely love pets and will provide even more attention and interaction throughout the day. My securely fenced yard gives pets plenty of safe exercise space, and I have specific experience with French bulldogs and brachycephalic breeds, including understanding their special needs around breathing, temperature, and exercise limits. About: Hi! I'm Claire, I was raised on a farm and have always been surrounded by animals! I'm an equestrian and absolutely love dogs/cats/anything on four legs. I've raised 4 different dogs from puppies all the way to adulthood! I've done everything from basic manners to taking agility training classes with them. I currently live in South Land Park! I’m able to pet sit at your house or mine, if it makes sense for us both. There are no other pets in my home, so yours would get all the lovin! I’m also able to come to your place to feed, water, walk your dog around and keep them in your routine as much as possible while you’re away. Depending on their energy levels, we could lay low and relax or take them outside, to the beach/park or wherever you are comfortable with. I had complete faith that Ember was in good hands and she was snoozing on the couch with them when i came to get her. Will definitely rebook!
Michelle and James were great! Their home and yard were very dog friendly. It was nice that they were watching 2 additional dogs as all the dogs were playing well together (for a short time). Unfortunately my dog suffers from separation anxiety. And it wasn't long before he started showing the signs (pacing, whining, etc). I will look into behavioral dog training and other alternatives to make my dog more comfortable and anxiety free when I board him or send him to dog day care.
Velvet seemed to really like staying with Victor and his 2 little dogs. This is the 2nd time Velvet has stayed there while in town and would love to be able to have her stay there each time we visit the area as Victor and his partner and doggies seem very kind, caring and low key and these are qualities I really appreciate; especially since Velvet is so vivacious, friendly and excited about life in general and all of its experiences. Also, for what I needed to do his location was very central and convenient. ~Thanks again Victor for taking care of Velvet!
