“Auntie Suzie took the time to walk Cooper all the way around the block again today! She is extremely reliable and punctual. She also changed Cooper's soiled bedding, fed Cooper his special diet, and checked to see if he spit out his medicine. I also asked her to help me monitor Cooper's behavior on his new pain medication. She communicates very effevtively. I swear I cannot state enough how so grateful and blessed we are that she is Cooper's sitter! I have developed such a piece of mind at work since Auntie Suzie started helping me with Cooper's care! Auntie Suzie met my mother per my mother's request, who was curious because I keep saying how amazing Auntie Suzie is and all she does for me and Coopy. Well, no surprise... my mother absolutely LOVES her! She told me how kind Auntie Suzie is, that my baby gets superb care, how she is also super happy Auntie Suzie is Cooper's sitter, and that COOPER GOT SOOOO EXCITED WHEN AUNTIE SUZIE GOT TO THE HOUSE!!! Cooper does NOT do that for just anyone, especially since he's lost so much of his hearing and sight! That shows me just what an incredible sitter I have. That also shows me Cooper must love her. And he fell in love with her so quickly! I admit, I am very impressed with the high quality care and customer service I receive.”

I’m organized and make time each day to give pets my full attention, whether it’s for walks, feeding, or just quality time. I’m flexible with mornings, evenings, and weekends, and I’m used to balancing a consistent schedule. Caring for pets is something I look forward to—it never feels like a chore. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to follow their usual routine so they feel safe and at ease. I keep their space clean and comfortable, and I’m always mindful of any special needs. I take safety seriously, whether it’s making sure doors are secure or staying alert on walks. About: I grew up around a variety of animals my whole life and I have been caring for others pets since I was 13 years old. I have always loved animals and treat everyone's pets as if they were my own. My senior year of high school I created my senior project around therapy dogs and helping special needs children. I trained my own dog to be a certified therapy dog through the organization known as Pet Partners. The remainder of the project was visiting with special needs children and doing educational activities. We also visited libraries and young children with developing their reading skills. I recently graduated from Purdue University with an Animal Science degree which has allowed me to gain even more knowledge on how to care for people's pets. I also have knowledge of animal CPR and first aid for cats and dogs. I'm looking forward to being apart of this pet care community and providing excellent care to all the pets I encounter.

About: Have had dogs and cats my whole life. True animal lover who will take great care of your pet! I have also watched friends and family's pets while they were away. I am returning to my full-time job in August. I will still be available to walk after school into the early evening and then possibly some Saturday mornings. I will update my calendar. I loved doing this over the summer and I hope to continue on throughout the school year.. My cats are very spoiled and want a lot of attention. They love that I can be with them during the day. When I had dogs, I spent a lot of time walking them and also playing with them in the yard.

About: I have lived with large dogs my entire life and have been put in charge of caring for them overnight and long periods of time for about 10 years. I have experience training dogs and have exceptional patience in every aspect of pet care. Starting in August, I will be available as my availability states (if something looks different from the days you need, let's chat!) I live with three large dogs currently, so I am more than capable of caring for animals at whatever time needed. I am good with slow introductions for anxious animals, and proficient with acclimating and calming down hyper animals. I have excellent skill in reading animals’ body language and curating according responses.

With experience handling both small and large dogs, I know how to balance fun, structure, and patience to help every pup feel safe and happy. I own a high-energy Portuguese Water Dog and grew up with calm, funny pugs, so I’m comfortable adapting to all personalities, energy levels, and sizes. My schedule is flexible and I can work around most pup’s schedules and needs. I am unavailable on Tuesdays, but available the rest of the week! My motto is to always love and care for others as if it was my own, no matter the personality or need. They are like people: they need intentionality, care, attention, and love, and some of the ways I try to incorporate that into my regular care is by wiping their paws and mouth with dog safe wipes after a walk/outdoor time. My dog is like my son to me, and I want to offer the same kind of love and care to those that might need extra help with walks throughout the week.

About: I have cared for dogs ever since I was little. I am a collegiate athlete and very active, I will take your dog(s) on long walks and play with outside frequently! Caring for pets is more than just watching, feeding, bathing and walking. It is loving and showing up when they need it, just like kids! I care for animals the way I care for kids, and I am a part time babysitter. I make sure both of my cats are always comfortable, well fed, played with and loved always. I will care for your pets the way I care for my own.
