I have potty-trained dogs to use a bell to indicate they have to go out, taught them to back away from table food, and to give up stolen items. I will treat your dog lovingly and as if they are my own. I am mostly retired and home the majority of the day. The dog will go no longer than 4 hours without a potty break, and most days it will be shorter than that. Your pet will be the only one in the house with me. I block off my stairs so the dog is always very close and mostly within eyesight.

About: I have been around dogs my entire life and have had my family dog for 9 years now. I do a lot of the caring for my dog. I played an integral part in my dog’s recovery from knee surgery. About: I've taken care of and had dogs ever since I was 8 years old. I recently relocated to Chicago and lost my dog a little over a year ago at age 12 to natural causes. I'm very active into sports and take many walks daily. Throughout the year I like to foster dogs to help rescues with adoptions. I like to do a morning long walk 20 minutes or more before I go to work. Depending on what is needed for pet care, I have a pretty flexible schedule to do more than one potty break. About: I've taken care of pets ever since I was a kid. When I was in high school, my family hosted dogs of all sizes, including one of my favorites, a Burnese Mountain Dog named Ruby. Lately I've had the chance to watch my brother's two dogs (as seen in my bio pics) when he travels. I work a semi-active full time job over the week, with plenty of energy to spare when I'm not working. I am fully available over the weekends from Friday evening straight through to Sunday! I also am free on weekdays for walks or drop-ins as long as it's before 7:30 am or after 5 pm. Your dog will stay in a cozy, smoke-free condo where they are welcome on the furniture and bed. While I don't have a yard, I love taking long, frequent walks around the neighborhood. For their comfort and safety, I host one family at a time and ask that owners provide the dog's preferred bed or crate if possible
