When she's not sure about something, like a food item treat, she reaches out. Communication is fantastic! I dont like going on trips without our girl, but Gabriela makes it easier with all of the picture, video, and text pupdates. We were very pleased with the care Liznel gave our kitties! She was available to watch them after our initial Rover person cancelled the week of our vacation. She was flexible with drop off and pickup and handled giving them meds very well. The cats adapted to their new home well and enjoyed the attention from Liznel and her daughter. A great experience overall.
Ginny did such an amazing job, my dog Apollo was treated wonderfully. He was there for about two weeks with a mixture of other dogs. I had frequent updates, and was told how he was being treated - the peace of mind was fantastic. I would easily book with Ginny again, I cannot recommend her enough.
