“Erika & Jason V were wonderful to deal with. I had to drop off Scamp sooner than expected and they were very accommodating allowing me to drop him off 4 hours early. Erika & Jason sent me pics and updates for Scamp everyday which really eases your mind when you are away from your beloved pet. Scamp is an older dog and has some issues with food and meds and Erika & Jason made sure he was given the correct amount of food and meds at the right time. Scamp loved staying with Erika & Jason and when I need another sitter for Scamp, Erika & Jason will be my go to. We will definitely book with Erika & Jason again through Rover. When I dropped them off, they were so excited it was like they already knew him, even though it was their first time meeting him. Seriously, I don’t think Shep wanted to come back home😂 he got lots of playtime with her pup and lots of walks not to mention all the cuddles. We got lots of pictures and updates. Ginny did such an amazing job, my dog Apollo was treated wonderfully. He was there for about two weeks with a mixture of other dogs. I had frequent updates, and was told how he was being treated - the peace of mind was fantastic. I would easily book with Ginny again, I cannot recommend her enough.
He came through at the very last minute during and emergency and I can’t thank him enough. He took such good care of our boy. Our dog has never been without us so seeing how quickly he warmed up to William made us so happy. Did everything that we asked and even more, and didn’t even complain that our guy was a little stinky after the dog parks on the road trip down. (We didn’t have a chance to bathe him before his boarding because it was unexpected.) Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Florida.
