When I saw how happy and just overall well kept my dog hootie was when I came to pick him up , I knew I made the best decision on who to pick to take care of my dog. Erik too my dog hootie out for long walks everyday, which is one of my dogs favorite activities besides playing, or fetching tree branches. Overall, I can honestly say that Erik provided my dog the best care. I wish I had baby sitters for my kids when they were young that would have been as great as Erik was with my dog. My big 185 lb Boy Hootie even looked like he went to the groomer’s when I picked him up. Erik really showed me that he really has that love for animals and I’m so happy we were able to experience such great care for my mastiff. About: I’ve had dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes my entire life, I grew up with animals and currently have 4 of my own ( 2 cats 2 dogs) and have experience in all age ranges I’m a stay at home wife so I’m always free to fit in any pet care you need. My own dogs are in and out all day long so I’m used to being available all the time I can stick to whatever routine you currently have for your pets, my own are on strict and detailed routines so I understand needing a pet sitter who can follow routines and give all animals the same level of care my own receive

Our pups, Bo and Spicy stayed for two nights for my husband and I to go get married. Our lab mutt mix is truly what we call so special. Described frequently as a dog with half a brain cell that flickers on and off and it shows. Our border collie spicy who was rescued and came from a place where he was not treated right and tends to need a lot of empathy and compassion especially coming from males. Throwing a ball is the fastest way to his heart. Bo likes to be the center of attention without knowing what kind of attention it is he wants. Rachel and Cody treated our boys with so much love and respect. Cody understood how unsure of males Spicy could be and at drop off immediately eased our anxieties just witnessing first hand the care our dogs would receive. Both Rachel and Cody gained the dogs trust and learned their play desires (especially Bo’s butt scratch spots and desire for a good wrestle). Rachel and Cody kept us informed without asking but anytime we wanted just to see what the pups were up to they provided us with pictures and descriptions of play and activities. These boys are our world and our sons world and they truly took such great care of them. Thank you! Also, at drop off, something that we TRULY appreciated tremendously was Rachel and Cody took time to get to know the dogs and to get to know us. They asked us if we had any specific needs for the dogs, their usual schedules, how they react to things. They asked specific questions that I would have never thought to ask. For an hour we witnessed their care for the dogs, we had a great conversation about the dog’s personalities, our personalities and what it was that we wanted for our pups and at the end of the day we wanted the dogs to be comfortable and to have fun and judging by the way the two of them snored last night after coming home I know that’s exactly what they got.
Kalvin took good care of our dog Chico. Chico is a very happy doggie when we pick him up from Kalvin house. Kalvin takes him for walks, play with him, and comfort him during thunderstorms. We love the fact he only keeps one pet at a time. I would highly recommend using Kalvin to watch your furry baby.
Sabine was very thoughtful and communicative to our needs! Daisy was well cared for and had a great time making new friends with Sabine’s dogs! They got to run and play together a ton, which is great because my girl is high energy!! I also got the most amazing Christmas picture of Daisy that I will treasure forever! Thank you for loving my girl like she was your own!
