A Home Away From Home

I've taken care of dogs since I got my very first one as a child. I have worked for the past 4 years at the local animal shelter. I have worked with fearful dogs, untrained dogs, old dogs and young ones as well. I have fostered several dogs during my time with the shelter, caring for puppies and cats of all ages including neonates. I can administer medication, work on basic training commands (sit, stay, shake, come, and proper leash walking). Anything you need, I am sure to be of service.

Maya was amazing with taking care of our boy she sent us pictures and reassured us that he was having a great time I would definitely have her watch my guy again!

Maya took great care of Sunny and I know Sunny had a blast running around and romping with the other dogs. Maya is great and a wonderful dog sitter and Sunny can't wait to visit again!

Great! My husband and I are staying were in town for the weekend and couldn’t leave our puppy in the hotel without supervision. We downloaded Rover last minute and found Maya who was able to dog sit while we went to the movies. She kept us updated with a pic. He seemed at home with her dogs.

Maya loves animals. She was a foster during her time at college. The facility would call on her all the time. She is great, attentive and loving with the animals. She even adopted one of her foster animals. Your pet couldn’t be in better hands.

Schedule

I am currently working from home full time, besides the occasional call to the office, and am flexible around your schedule and needs. Typically, if I ever step away from home, its to grab a bite to eat or for a late night work call after the final walk.

Safety, trust & environment

I have a fenced in yard and a nice neighbor to go on walks. My neighbor has a german shepherd that is quiet and keeps to himself. I also will have my dog with me in a couple weeks. He's a medium-sized, friendly dog who has also stayed with other Rovers for dog sitting. He loves to play and we we aren't playing he's in my lap or at my feet getting belly rubs.
