I’m comfortable caring for puppies, kittens, high-energy pets, laid-back pets, and seniors who may need extra patience or medication support. I treat every pet like family and tailor care to their personality and routine. Because I have pets of my own, I believe in slow, supervised introductions and a grace period for animals to get comfortable. I never rush interactions—your pet’s safety and comfort come first. Family and friends rely on me to care for their pets whenever they go out of town. I work as a contractor and am usually at my home office. My other office is close by, so if I need to leave, it will only be for a very short period. I’m very flexible with my time and can provide frequent attention, potty breaks, and supervision throughout the day. Our dog gets two walks daily—one early in the morning and one in the evening—and I can adapt that routine to your pet’s needs. I try to stay very aware of the temperature on which they walk as well. I can also administer medications when clear instructions are provided. I care for pets with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. Dogs have frequent supervised potty breaks and backyard playtime, along with walks, play, and plenty of companionship. Pets also have a comfortable, quiet room available if they need a break from noise, activity, and the evil vacuum. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible and adjust care based on their age, energy level, and comfort. Our pups, Bo and Spicy stayed for two nights for my husband and I to go get married. Our lab mutt mix is truly what we call so special. Described frequently as a dog with half a brain cell that flickers on and off and it shows. Our border collie spicy who was rescued and came from a place where he was not treated right and tends to need a lot of empathy and compassion especially coming from males. Throwing a ball is the fastest way to his heart. Bo likes to be the center of attention without knowing what kind of attention it is he wants. Rachel and Cody treated our boys with so much love and respect. Cody understood how unsure of males Spicy could be and at drop off immediately eased our anxieties just witnessing first hand the care our dogs would receive. Both Rachel and Cody gained the dogs trust and learned their play desires (especially Bo’s butt scratch spots and desire for a good wrestle). Rachel and Cody kept us informed without asking but anytime we wanted just to see what the pups were up to they provided us with pictures and descriptions of play and activities. These boys are our world and our sons world and they truly took such great care of them. Thank you! Also, at drop off, something that we TRULY appreciated tremendously was Rachel and Cody took time to get to know the dogs and to get to know us. They asked us if we had any specific needs for the dogs, their usual schedules, how they react to things. They asked specific questions that I would have never thought to ask. For an hour we witnessed their care for the dogs, we had a great conversation about the dog’s personalities, our personalities and what it was that we wanted for our pups and at the end of the day we wanted the dogs to be comfortable and to have fun and judging by the way the two of them snored last night after coming home I know that’s exactly what they got.
Roxy had such a great time with Naomi. She was in constant contact with me to keep my anxiety level low. Roxy loves Naomi so much, that when we got home, she looked for her and whimpered. I will definitely be using Naomi again. She treated my baby with love and care as is she were her own. 💜 Thank you Naomi 🐕💜
Kalvin took good care of our dog Chico. Chico is a very happy doggie when we pick him up from Kalvin house. Kalvin takes him for walks, play with him, and comfort him during thunderstorms.
