“Erik totally exceeded my expectations in every way. When I saw how happy and just overall well kept my dog hootie was when I came to pick him up , I knew I made the best decision on who to pick to take care of my dog. Erik too my dog hootie out for long walks everyday, which is one of my dogs favorite activities besides playing, or fetching tree branches. Overall, I can honestly say that Erik provided my dog the best care. I wish I had baby sitters for my kids when they were young that would have been as great as Erik was with my dog. My big 185 lb Boy Hootie even looked like he went to the groomer’s when I picked him up. Erik really showed me that he really has that love for animals and I’m so happy we were able to experience such great care for my mastiff. I would definitely recommend Erik, especially if you have trust issues. Erik definitely knocked down that wall of “fear” I had with leaving my dog with anyone. Such a super great , respectful young man. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Erik 10+ ⭐️ ‘s . I will definitely be utilizing his services again.”

“David, Krysta, & family took incredible care of our dog at their house. They were kind, responsive, and welcomed him as one of their own. He was spoiled and I can tell he had a great weekend by how tired he was when I picked him up. They have a great backyard that he was able to get all of his energy out in. I will 100% use them again and again. Thank you!”

“This was our first time leaving our baby. From my first conversation with Rosemary and meeting Matthew at drop-off they made it so easy not to worry. I would recommend them 10times over. Thanks so much for making my vacation!”

“Ginny took great care of our pup during the new years holiday week! We felt so calm knowing our pup was in good hands while we vacationed in the area from DC. Would definitely recommend!”

“Nikki took very good care of my elderly Aussie for a long weekend. She doesn't get along well with new dogs, but Nikki was patient, and knew how to help her relax. I could tell she enjoyed her stay with Nikki when I saw the videos she sent and when I picked her up!”

“Anna is incredible! ? While we were away, we didn’t stress once about our golden retriever being taken care of. She sent pictures daily and took such great care our little guy! If you want someone to spend quality time with your fur friend, Anna should be your go-to rover!”

“Pepper clearly had a wonderful time with Dakota's family. Lots of play time with other dogs, lots of cuddle time with her children, and lots of attention. Pepper was also the model for a great drawing from Dakota's daughter, and that drawing now is posted on my refrigerator! During the recent snowstorm, a rarity in this part of Arkansas, Pepper enjoyed the experience with Dakota's family her dogs. Will certainly bring her back for another visit when it's time!”

“Sariah replies promptly to communication and took great care of our Marty. He had so much fun playing with the other dogs! Sariah was also great about sending photos and videos of Marty during his stay so that I knew he was having a great time. I would book with Sariah again in a heartbeat! (And I’m pretty sure Marty would go play at her house every day if he could).”

“Oakie was a great sitter for my dog. It was last minute but she was able to accommodate us and we were so thankful that she could. She sent pictures daily also text and responded to my texts in a timely manner. She was the perfect match for my dog. I highly recommend her and definitely will use her again.”

“Alexandra was absolutely amazing and a life saver!! My two pups were immediately set at ease and felt like they belonged. Alexandra kept in contact with me, sending updates and sent amazing photos of the pups throughout their time with her. If you’re looking for a sitter who cares deeply for your dogs as you do, Alexandra is your person! From the messages before booking, the personal interaction at drop off and pickup and everything in between, Alexandra is amazing!!”

“Erika & Jason V were wonderful to deal with. I had to drop off Scamp sooner than expected and they were very accommodating allowing me to drop him off 4 hours early. Erika & Jason sent me pics and updates for Scamp everyday which really eases your mind when you are away from your beloved pet. Scamp is an older dog and has some issues with food and meds and Erika & Jason made sure he was given the correct amount of food and meds at the right time. Scamp loved staying with Erika & Jason and when I need another sitter for Scamp, Erika & Jason will be my go to. We will definitely book with Erika & Jason again through Rover. They treated Scamp like one of there own and I made me feel very much as ease leaving Scamp. Thanks again Erika & Jason, for taking care of my beloved pet with such care and attention and treating him and me like family..”

“We love having Jessica watch our boy. She sends plenty of updates and keeps his schedule. We appreciate that she gives him time outside for walks as well. She’s great!!”

About: Hey there! I’m LeeAnn 🙃 I’m here to help with your cutest, cuddly kitty and sweetest pupper needs! Whether I’m popping in for potty breaks, a quick stroll or making sure Whiskers can’t see there’s an empty spot in the food bowl (Cat parents, am I right?) Honestly I’m looking for something that allows the ability to create my own “flexible” schedule and be more present for my kiddos..the less furrier ones, although they act like wild animals! 🤪 I follow the instructions of the owners requests! In the summertime I am very mindful of the heat* I take a lot of shorter walks for the safety of myself and the dog - I want them to get their energy out but also don’t want the hot pavement burning their paws and/or a heat stroke for the animal nor myself. A lot of inside play consist of toy play! But again, I’m always going to be mindful of owner requests/demands
“Sheila was amazing! We set up a meet and greet a few days before the stay, she was extremely sweet and my dog was very comfortable with her. She made sure that my dog was safe and made me feel at ease. She sent photos throughout his stay and updated me about how he was doing. 10/10 I would recommend Sheila to anyone who is looking for a sitter and I will be booking Sheila again when needed.”

“Ana was a lovely person. Her home is meticulous and yard fenced in. She was so kind to send pics of the dog and an update of how she was doing. I also got more cute pics and update the next morning of how well she did. I highly recommend Ana and her family to care for your beloved dog.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Niceville
Let me start out by saying that I have been using Rover since its inception so I have had the opportunity of using many of Rovers sitters, that said out of all of them Erik was the very best.. He was so kind to my boys that I felt like I was leaving them with family.. Erik sent videos and pictures daily and kept in touch almost everyday..with a fenced in back yard. And multiple daily walks my boys had their exercise!! The best part for me is he didn’t take in multiple ( 4-6) pets like others that I have used.. He is #1on my list..

Nikki A and her family were the absolute best! They were able to take our girls in at the last minute when our sitter we had book cancelled a few days before our trip. She keeps you posted with video's and pictures daily. Nikki is quick to respond to your messages. I highly recommend!

Cheryl was recommended by a friend who also had a semi high needs furbaby. She did an amazing job keeping my boy happy, administering his medication, and enforcing his elimination diet. He has epilepsy and this is the first time he has come home from a Rover sitter and NOT had a seizure afterward. I’m thankful I found her and you will be too!

Shep had the best stay with Liznel. He was so pampered by her and her family. Seriously, I don’t think Shep wanted to come back home😂 he got lots of playtime with her pup and lots of walks not to mention all the cuddles. We got lots of pictures and updates. We highly recommend Liznel and wont hesitate to reach out to her again. Much thanks!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
