“This was Dovey's first time staying with Alexandra and her family. My husband and I had to travel for 6 days and leaving Dovey for this length of time with a new family made me worry. I have to say, the moment we left Dovey, our one year old, very active, German Shorthaired Pointer with Alexandra and drive away on our trip, we had no concerns. Alexandra and her husband, her three dogs, her cats, and her children were very welcoming. They made Dovey feel like she was one of the family. By the many photos Alexandra sent us, Dovey chimed right in with the daily activities and daily walks. When we picked Dovey up to bring her home, she was happy to see us but seemed almost sad to leave her new family of friends!! Dovey wasn't stressed, she smelled good and was very nice and tired, a good thing for a GSP. We would certainly like to have her stay with Alexandra again!!!!”

About: I’ve been pet/house sitting since I was 13! I have experience from puppies and kittens to senior pets in diapers! I am very open to adjusting to whatever you and your pet needs to feel the most comfortable while you’re away! I am pretty flexible! I work a job at Orangetheory Fitness in Destin. Sometimes that means a few hours in the mornings or evenings I need to be at work. If necessary I’m able to find coverage fairly easily. I also do training at Eglin airforce base some days which can take a few hours of my time. Again, that is also fairly flexible when it comes to scheduling! I love to stay active-so I’m always up for making sure your pets are well cared for with the time I have around my commitments! I am more than happy to stay overnight with your pet if needed. Or, if your dog does well with others I would be happy to have them in mine. I am very flexible when it comes to arrangements for your pets care!

Whether I’m popping in for potty breaks, a quick stroll or making sure Whiskers can’t see there’s an empty spot in the food bowl (Cat parents, am I right?) Honestly I’m looking for something that allows the ability to create my own “flexible” schedule and be more present for my kiddos..the less furrier ones, although they act like wild animals! 🤪 I follow the instructions of the owners requests! In the summertime I am very mindful of the heat* I take a lot of shorter walks for the safety of myself and the dog - I want them to get their energy out but also don’t want the hot pavement burning their paws and/or a heat stroke for the animal nor myself. A lot of inside play consist of toy play! But again, I’m always going to be mindful of owner requests/demands

About: i’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, I love animals so much and always will be with them at any house😁. i am responsible i’m currently working part time and i still in school, but i still have tons of time to play and hang out with pups! I usually work 10-2 or 4-8 on weekdays I have fenced in backyard, and can easily crate animal up if needed. I can feed them and listen to rules about the house so yay

About: Looking for a pet sitter and/or dog walker? Look no further! Im available for dog Daycare and boarding, so during the stay of your four legged friend he/she will have plenty of space to run and play inside of our fenced in backyard. As soon as they arrive we will have play time for the pups to get to know one another as well as the pups to feel comfortable around myself. I do leave food and water out for the pups to eat when ready, unless stated otherwise by the owner. If there is any specific care routine the owner wants I will abide by those rules. About: I’ve taken care of multiple dog breeds throughout my life. Ranging from bloodhounds, German shepherds, to Belgian Malinois and others. I’m very familiar with working dog breeds and have trained myself own Belgian Malinois. No matter what need your furry family member needs, I will ensure it is met and exceeded. Seeing that they were being taken such good care of really helped me to enjoy my trip. About: I've been fostering puppies locally since 2022. All the effort and mess (let's be real) is worth it for puppy breath and dog snuggles. I prioritize socialization and I can reinforce basic skills. We have lots of toys and play outside too. I stay at home so I have lots of time to provide care and attention. I am not away from the house for more than an hour or so, for any dogs that need close attention. I have a fenced back yard and a dedicated room inside the home. I have a pen, a large crate as well as a medium crate.

I do have base access as well to take care of your military pets Currently at home from college so I'll have plenty of time should make multiple visits and potentially stay for extended hours as well. About: Looking for a pet sitter and/or dog walker? Look no further! Im available for dog Daycare and boarding, so during the stay of your four legged friend he/she will have plenty of space to run and play inside of our fenced in backyard. As soon as they arrive we will have play time for the pups to get to know one another as well as the pups to feel comfortable around myself. I do leave food and water out for the pups to eat when ready, unless stated otherwise by the owner. If there is any specific care routine the owner wants I will abide by those rules. “This was Dovey's first time staying with Alexandra and her family. My husband and I had to travel for 6 days and leaving Dovey for this length of time with a new family made me worry. I have to say, the moment we left Dovey, our one year old, very active, German Shorthaired Pointer with Alexandra and drive away on our trip, we had no concerns. Alexandra and her husband, her three dogs, her cats, and her children were very welcoming. They made Dovey feel like she was one of the family. By the many photos Alexandra sent us, Dovey chimed right in with the daily activities and daily walks. About: I’ve been pet/house sitting since I was 13! I have experience from puppies and kittens to senior pets in diapers! I am very open to adjusting to whatever you and your pet needs to feel the most comfortable while you’re away! I am pretty flexible! I work a job at Orangetheory Fitness in Destin. Sometimes that means a few hours in the mornings or evenings I need to be at work. If necessary I’m able to find coverage fairly easily. I also do training at Eglin airforce base some days which can take a few hours of my time. Again, that is also fairly flexible when it comes to scheduling! I love to stay active-so I’m always up for making sure your pets are well cared for with the time I have around my commitments! I am more than happy to stay overnight with your pet if needed. Or, if your dog does well with others I would be happy to have them in mine. I am very flexible when it comes to arrangements for your pets care!

Whether I’m popping in for potty breaks, a quick stroll or making sure Whiskers can’t see there’s an empty spot in the food bowl (Cat parents, am I right?) Honestly I’m looking for something that allows the ability to create my own “flexible” schedule and be more present for my kiddos..the less furrier ones, although they act like wild animals! 🤪 I follow the instructions of the owners requests! In the summertime I am very mindful of the heat* I take a lot of shorter walks for the safety of myself and the dog - I want them to get their energy out but also don’t want the hot pavement burning their paws and/or a heat stroke for the animal nor myself. A lot of inside play consist of toy play! But again, I’m always going to be mindful of owner requests/demands

About: I have taken care of pets since I was old enough to scoop food into a bowl! I have always had cats and dogs and can’t imagine life without them. I currently have a cat and Goldendoodle of my own. I recently transitioned into a low stress remote job, giving me plenty of time to take my pup on walks and to the park. Prior to this, I dealt with finding the daily time to give my own pets the exercise and attention they deserve. I am more than happy to give others the relief I found from pet sitting/walking since I have a lot more time on my hands! I am happy to make any accommodations needed when caring for pets in their own homes, and strive to keep them as comfortable and in routine as possible! As someone who also needs pet sitters when traveling, I know the importance of feeling confident with who is caring for your pets. Whatever I can do to make them happy, just say the word!
