“Janiellee was absolutely amazing from the initial inquiry to the very last second. I unfortunately had a sitter cancel last minute just 2 days before my trip and was pretty nervous about finding a quality sitter so last minute but luckily I found Janiellee! She was so prompt with her responses and made it very easy to set up a meeting. It’s been awhile since I’ve had a sitter so she helped walk me through all the information she would need to be able to provide the best possible care for my pup and was just the sweetest person. During the stay, she was incredibly communicative and sent lots of pictures and updates so I always felt at ease about how my pup was doing. I had expressed to her that my pup has separation anxiety and the best thing for him is just to have as much company as possible so she brought her work set up to my home to be able to spend as much time as possible with him! I came home to a happy pup and a home that looked like nobody had even been in it! I cannot recommend Janiellee enough for all of your pet care needs!”

“I am so incredibly thankful that Sofia was available to pet-sit my fur babies (dog and cat) after my original sitter canceled at the last minute. She was quick to respond to my cry for help and came the following day for a meet-and-greet. I immediately felt comfortable based on how relaxed my animals responded to her presence in my home. She checked in frequently while I was away and even ensured I made it home okay! I appreciated the daily photos of my animals and the overwhelming feeling I got seeing my animals through the photos, feeling happy and secure to be with her. My home and animals were found in the same condition as I left them. This was my first Rover experience, and I could not have asked for a more warm, friendly, dependable, and trustworthy person to care for my fur babies. “I can’t say enough great things about Tina! She stepped in at the last minute when our regular pet sitter canceled, and I was so close to canceling my trip. From the moment we met her, Tina made us feel at ease, fitting right into the family, and our pups absolutely adored her—they were unusually excited around her! We headed out of the country with total peace of mind, knowing they were in good hands. Throughout the week, Tina went above and beyond. She sent regular updates and photos, showing how much fun our pups were having, and administered their many medications seamlessly. She made sure they got long walks and plenty of playtime in the sunshine every day. When we got home, the pups were totally worn out and happy, barely moving when we walked through the door (which was a surprise!). They even went looking for her in her room this morning! Not only did Tina take amazing care of our dogs, but she also went the extra mile around the house—running the dishwasher, unloading it, and even washing her bedding. She was such a lifesaver, and I wholeheartedly recommend her. We’ll definitely be calling her again!”
