Hello! My name is Madison, and I’ve been a petsitter since May of 2018. I have experience caring for all kinds of animals, including special needs, and I am comfortable giving medications, including injections. I’ve been formally trained in animal behavior and handling from my college employment at a pet store + 2000+ hours of volunteering at my university’s local animal shelter. I also have a bachelor’s degree in Biology, through which I was a pre-vet student and took various animal behavior courses. I am currently a post-baccalaureate student preparing for veterinary school! 🐾

I follow all instructions that are left, including housesitting duties like bringing in the mail, taking the trash to the curb, watering plants, and setting any alarms. I always clean up after myself and leave your living space as I found it. A walk is included in my both my overnight and drop-in rates for dogs, as are litter box cleanings and medicating.

Madison is truly the best. Now that I’ve found her, she’s the only sitter I’ll ever use as long as she’s still open to working with me. It’s obvious she has a bright future working with animals and I’m grateful for all the help she’s given my family/cats.
Madison has sit for us many times. She just finished 9 nights here and my house was left in great condition but more importantly so were my animals. She administered daily medication and was able to get more for me when I unexpectedly ran out. Huge help!!! Thank you soooooo much

Schedule
I am currently petsitting full-time while I finish the last of my graduate school prerequisites. My school is flexible aside from Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. I always stay overnight for sittings unless I’m told otherwise. I do juggle multiple homes at a time between drop-ins and overnights, so there may be days that I’m in and out a lot and days when I hardly leave the house. If that is something your animals are used to (or that you are comfortable with), I encourage you to reach out!
