About: I’ve had animals ever since I was born. This ranged from cats and dogs to rabbits and guinea pigs. I fell in love with dogs when we got our family dog Barney. Since then I have been pet sitting for friends and have become the President of the University of York’s Dog society where we take care of 7 dogs weekly including walks, playing and socialising with people and other dogs. I am a university student so timetables can be tough to work around as well as working part time in retail. But I am happy to take care of pets whether that’s popping in or taking them for a walk inbetween lectures or looking after them overnight. I have a secure garden for your pets to roam free, and large parks and fields nearby if your pet requires a walk. I am fully insured to look after dogs as President of the Dog Society at the university.

About: I am a York based and I would be primarily available for dog walking and doggy day care at my house but am also flexible with dog sitting and drop ins . I am a huge animal lover and have had pets my whole life. I have a female Labradoodle called Echo, who is very friendly and loves company on her walks, I also work from home full time so have flexibility in my schedule and never leave my dog for long at home on her own. I work from home 4 days a week, and usually take my dog out on a schedule roughly an hour in the morning, 30 mins at lunch, an hour after work and then a quick pee break before bed. My dog has free roam of the house all day, every day and would allow your pet the same. I have a fenced in patio but my dog doesn't usually go out there, so we go out a minimum of four times a day
16. Maiia G.
“I highly recommend Maiia for her exceptional pet care services. She provided great care for both my dog and cat while I was away. From daily walks and playtime for my energetic pup to cuddles and feeding for my finicky kitty. She went above and beyond to ensure that my fur babies were happy and well taken care of. I never had to worry about my pets while I was gone because I knew they were in the best hands. And I must say that Maiia always kept me updated with text messages (photos and videos included) which was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Maiia, for your outstanding service and for treating my pets like your own!”

18. Emma B.
“Emma is a very personable young lady who is very confident and capable with handling dogs. She has a relaxed and friendly approach with owners and has quickly achieved a happy rapport with our excitable and cuddlesome 2year old girl. Our Staffy Misty gives her a warm welcome and likes to be next to her and brings her toys for play. Most importantly Misty is comfortable with and happy to be with Emma. We will be using Emma whenever she is available and Misty needs home sitting. Emma provides a responsible and reliable able service at all times.”
19. Mary M.
“I have known Mary for 4 years she is very kind, attentive and intelligent. Her dog is a delightful and she's so caring with her. Mary has assisted me when I've looked after dogs myself and she has been wonderful we call her the 'dog whisperer'. No dog is too much trouble!!!!”
