“I cannot recommend Lisa highly enough. Have used her twice now and the second time I took my dog to her he jumped out the car and ran to her door. Lisa even picked Capone up for me on our first visit as we had an early flight. Lisa is kind, great communicator and very clearly AMAZING with dogs. Absolutely brilliant find x”

“Sara and her family took amazing care of Dolly! It was the first time Dolly stayed with Sara, so like many owners you are always a little nervous about leaving your dog with someone new… but Sara made sure we had regular updates and asked all the right questions so I knew Dolly was in good hands! No doubt Dolly will be going back for more stays in the future! Thanks again!!!”

“Kirsti looked after our Border Terrier Sid as if he was her own. When I picked him up, he was happy and relaxed and had obviously been treated with kindness. Sid was allowed to chill out on the sofa with Kirsti and her family. He slept in his own bed in Kirsti's bedroom which meant she would know if he was distressed in any way (he wasn't). I would definitely ask Kirsti to look after Sid again. We feel lucky to have found such a lovely, caring person who we can trust to look after our wee dog.”

“Clare could not have been more helpful. She agreed to take Lilly when she was recovering from an operation. She was very welcoming and reassuring and kept us up to date while we were away. Lilly had a lovely time and especially enjoyed her time with Biscuit and Clare’s children. Thank you.”

“Frederica looked after our dogs like they were her own, to the extent that they both looked sad to leave her. The photos during our break were very much appreciated and we will definitely ask her to look after them again.”

“Verity is a fantastic dog sitter, she clearly loves dogs and our Shih Tzus, Mia and Marco, have both bonded with her brilliantly. We are so appreciative of how Verity really ‘goes the extra mile’ to accomodate our dogs’ routines, individual needs & big personalities! We highly recommend Verity as a pet sitter and so do our Shih Tzus! Thank you Verity!”

“Jack and Lydia have been amazing! We are so grateful to them for the care they have given Teddy this week. The whole process went so smoothly, from our initial meeting to daily photo updates and great communication. We will definitely use them again and recommend to friends.”

“Willow loves staying with Natalie and her family. They take her to fun walks, and she gets on with their Teddy, who is such a lovely dog. Our dog had a vet appointment and they happily took her. She came back happy and relaxed.”

About: Pet sitting is a natural extension of my professional life as a remote psychology lecturer and CBT therapist. With a background in nursing, I bring a calm, compassionate, and attentive approach to every dog I care for. My work requires patience, emotional attunement, and reliability—qualities that also make me a trustworthy and nurturing presence for your pet. Since I work mostly from home, I’m able to provide consistent companionship, regular walks, mental stimulation, and a peaceful environment throughout the day. Your dog won’t just be looked after—they’ll be engaged, comforted, and treated with the same care and respect I bring to my work with people. Your dog won’t just be looked after—they’ll be engaged, comforted, and treated with the same care and respect I bring to my work with people. With over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, I bring a deep understanding of canine behavior and individual care needs. From high-energy breeds like Border Collies and Labradors to more sensitive or senior dogs like Shih Tzus and Greyhounds, I've provided tailored care that includes everything from daily walks, specialized feeding routines, medication administration, and post-surgery recovery support. Whether it’s energetic puppies or elderly dogs needing gentle attention, I offer a calm, reliable presence and a genuine love for animals that ensures each dog feels safe, happy, and well-cared for in my company.

About: I have taken care of my two family dogs since they were puppies, helping train them and then giving them the love and attention they have needed throughout their lives. I have also helped look after friends’ dogs, some of whom have been elderly and have needed a bit more TLC. I love taking my dogs on long walks in the countryside and spending quality time playing with them at home. I’m at home most of the summer so am free both weekdays and weekends to look after your lovely pets. I can do anytime throughout the day. I have one small friendly dog who is great with other dogs. I live in a house with a fenced garden with lots of space for your dog to run around and play.
