About: We’ve had dogs in my family since I was 4, and now living away from my parents i desperately miss them! We’ve had mostly very active spaniels, as well as more spaniels and terriers in my wider family. I’m very dog-orientated, understand the responsibility of looking after a dog, as well as taking into account the personality and sensitivities and needs of each dog individually. I work full time but work from home twice a week, and can be flexible most weekends with enough notice. I’m very keen to help out with dog sitting, or walking as needed. I have a fenced garden which backs onto a very quiet residents’ car park. We have plenty of green spaces and fields nearby. Our small estate is extremely quiet as well.

I know leaving your dog with someone new can feel a little stressful, so I want them to feel as comfortable and at home with me as possible. I’m happy to follow their usual routine, including feeding, walks, sleeping arrangements and medication if needed. Whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or would rather spend the day snoozing on the sofa and having cuddles, I’ll make sure their stay suits them. I also love sending photos and little updates throughout their stay, so you can see what they’re up to and know they’re happy and settled. My schedule is flexible and I have plenty of time to spend with the dogs in my care. I make sure they get regular walks, playtime, toilet breaks and lots of attention throughout the day. I always try to stick to your dog’s usual routine as much as possible, so they can feel comfortable and settled while staying with me. Your dog will be treated like part of the family while staying with me. I keep things calm and relaxed. I can give them plenty of attention and make sure they feel comfortable and settled. I’m happy to stick to their usual feeding, walking and sleeping routine, give medication if needed, and follow any instructions you leave with me. Dogs are welcome on the sofa and bed if that’s what they’re used to at home. Although I live in a ground floor flat, I have my own secure, enclosed patio with direct access to a large grassy area, so dogs can easily get outside for regular toilet breaks and some fresh air.

Martin did an excellent job feeding our cat for two weeks during a very hot period. He even did an extra visit one day when it was very hot to check on her. He sent an update with pictures every day and I felt very happy and confident that Miss Charlie would be well looked after. Communication was excellent and I would recommend Martin anytime.
We were really pleased with the care and attention given to Our Dog over the weekend. The drop-in visits were reliable, professional, and gave us real peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our Luna was well looked after, happy, and comfortable. Communication from Anna was excellent throughout, with updates and reassurance that everything was going smoothly. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
