Day to day, I work as a children’s nurse supporting teenagers — a role that really reflects my compassionate and caring nature. I’m currently taking a break from nursing and have found so much joy spending more time caring for dogs. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I always bring the same patience, empathy, and attentiveness to my dog care as I do in my work. I’m flexible to fit around you and your dog’s needs, and I’m available most weekends and during the week.

I live with my partner Sam and my own fur baby Lulu, who loves keeping visiting dogs entertained with endless playtime! I have a secure, fenced back garden where dogs can play safely and enjoy some fresh air. My home has hard flooring throughout the downstairs, making it practical and comfortable for pups of all ages.For dogs staying with us for boarding or daycare, I offer two half-hour walks or one longer hour-long walk each day. If a dog prefers a gentler pace, I provide sensory activities and play instead. I’m happy to adapt to your dog’s individual needs and routines to help them feel right at home. I can also offer home visits for feeding, play, and walks if that suits you best.

I’ve been a devoted dog owner for over 20 years and have cared for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to gentle seniors. Over the years, I’ve also looked after several regular clients’ pups, providing daily walks and reliable care while they were at work or away for the weekend. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs, and I always aim to make them feel safe, loved, and happy while in my care.

We were really pleased with the care and attention given to Our Dog over the weekend. The drop-in visits were reliable, professional, and gave us real peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our Luna was well looked after, happy, and comfortable. Communication from Anna was excellent throughout, with updates and reassurance that everything was going smoothly. I booked Anna at the last minute, and wasn’t able to organise a meet and greet as a result. I had to rely on good reviews. And it seems my pumpkin had a good day with her and lovely Lulu! Anna is very attentive to the needs of the dogs she cares for. She has a calm nature, which my dog prefers. I would not hesitate to book Anna again.
Anna is super! Our dachshund just loves her. We can always rely on Anna and she has even been available to look after him on short notice, which has been a real life saver. Would definitely recommend Anna!
Anna has looked after our duck tolling retriever on many occasions, pet sitting at our house, long walks or taking her home to her own house for the day. Our dog moss loves Anna, she's always so excited to see her! Anna is very trustworthy, and she has really helped us out when we have been stuck with dog care. She is very experienced with dogs having grown up with and owned her own.
