About: Although in relatively new to Rover, I have hands on experience caring for and walking a young, energetic Golden Retriever. I’m comfortable handling larger breeds and enjoy taking dogs on enriching walks suited to their individual needs. About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover who has owned dogs for most of my life, so I understand just how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pet. Although I’m not currently in a position to have a dog of my own, I really miss having them around, which is one of the reasons I enjoy pet sitting so much. I currently work full-time, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, but I’m available outside of those hours and throughout the weekends to care for your pets. Whether you need someone to pop in for a home visit, take your dog out for a walk, or provide house sitting, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, care, and affection. About: My husband Yevhenii and I have extensive experience in caring for cats and dogs (of any size). We often look after animals and have a client base, but we also have a lot of time to get to know new lovely pets. In our experience, we have looked after both one cat/dog and 7 dogs at the same time. Rest assured, we are not afraid of anything! Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a qualified vet or offer other resources to help.
