About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover who has owned dogs for most of my life, so I understand just how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pet. Although I’m not currently in a position to have a dog of my own, I really miss having them around, which is one of the reasons I enjoy pet sitting so much. I currently work full-time, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, but I’m available outside of those hours and throughout the weekends to care for your pets. Whether you need someone to pop in for a home visit, take your dog out for a walk, or provide house sitting, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, care, and affection. About: I had a childhood kitty who inspired my lifelong love for cats. As a cat sitter and fosterer, I have experience with cats of all ages and temperaments, from bottle-fed kittens to senior cats, and with shy and semi-feral cats too. I also have experience administering medication to friendly kitties. This was the first time Irem has cat sat for me and both I and my cat, Jackie, have been very happy with the experience. Jackie is an elderly cat and so needed a little extra care and attention, which Irem was more than willing to provide, responding each visit to the small challenges he presented. Jackie clearly settled well with Irem, who was reliable and conscientious throughout, keeping me regularly updated with texts and photos. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a qualified vet or offer other resources to help.
