“Melanie was excellent with Monty (my 6 month old lab). 10 mins after dropping him off she sent me some pics and updated me that he was settling in just fine. This was v appreciated as our first time leaving him with a stranger! When I picked him up he was barely even excited to see me which shows he had a fab time haha. I felt very safe leaving him in her capable hands and next time I’m in Oxford and need in need of a sitter Melanie will be my first port of call! ☺️”

“Minnie had a really enjoyable short stay with Quentin. He took really good care of her and provide regular updates including photos. Highly recommend Quentin for anyone visiting Oxford, especially given the city centre location.”

About: We are a friendly couple (Me & Ying)based in Oxford who genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs. We offer a calm, clean and quiet home environment, ideal for small or well-behaved dogs. We both have flexible schedules and can give pets lots of attention, companionship and regular walks. We understand how important it is for owners to feel relaxed while away, so we’re happy to provide photo updates and maintain your dog’s normal routine as much as possible. We currently only accept one family’s pets at a time to make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable and well cared for. We both work part-time and have flexible schedules, so there is usually at least one of us at home during the day to keep pets company and give them attention. We enjoy quiet daily routines and regular walks, and we’re happy to take dogs to nearby parks for exercise and fresh air. We are a non-smoking household and aim to provide a calm and relaxed environment for every pet. We provide a clean, quiet and safe home environment for pets. We only accept one family’s pets at a time so each dog can receive individual care and attention. We follow each owner’s routines and instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walking habits and sleeping arrangements. Dogs are welcome on the sofa, but not on the bed. We’re also happy to send regular photo updates during their stay.
“Martha had a lovely day with Gabriela at her flat. We arranged a meet and greet a few days before, so Martha was comfortable going. I had text updates and photos throughout the day. I felt so at ease knowing she was in great hands while I was out of town. And she even came home with a new toy! We look forward to Doggy Day Care with Gabriela again soon.”

“This was the first time we had left Ruby with anyone and were a little nervous about the prospect but Tanja and Pepper were super welcoming and great hosts. Ruby clearly had lots of fun, and was so well looked after. Thank you Tanja”

“Isabela looked after Ned and Joffy and was so helpful. They had a lovely time and I really appreciate Isabela taking such good care of them both, particularly with Ned who is very anxious. Thank you so much!”

I work mainly from home and there is always someone around to fuss and look after your dog. I can offer an excellent service tailored to your dogs needs. About: Hello, I'm Maria and I work in an event company in Oxford and do music on the side. I had to leave my 2 dogs at home: West Highland Terrier and German Shepherd and im really missing some dog baby sitting. In my house there has never been a year without a doggo (in many shapes and sizes) so I'm sure that I'm prepared to take care of any dog. I used to walk them, feed, play and attend some behaviour classes. I also have experience in taking care of a depressed cat, taking care and giving him the required medicine. I'm ready for everything! I will be thrilled to be able to spend some time with dogs even for a short walk :) I have a very flexible work schedule which allows me to have lots of time and be able to take care a dog or two! At home we have a garden that the dogs are able to enjoy. At the student accommodation that I lived at my friends own a sausage doggo that I often take care of. Our usual day would be some nice breakfast and walk in the morning. Then some play time in the afternoon and some cuddles afterwards.
“Alison has been great with Szarak, he was initially anxious on the meet and great but on the day he relaxed straight away, thanks to Alison's calming presence and care. He made friends with Cece and they had a good time together. Alison is very attentive, she made sure Szarak is well look after and was sending me updates to reassure me that the day is going fine, so I didn't have to worry. We are looking forward to book again - thank you very much Alison!”

About: I have been a dedicated dog owner for over 6 years, raising my own Border Collie from a puppy. Living with and managing one of the most intelligent and high-energy breeds has given me an extensive understanding of dog behavior, body language, and stimulation needs. I am highly experienced in scientific, positive reinforcement training methods and have extensive hands-on experience training puppies. I understand the patience, consistency, and clear communication required to help dogs thrive. Whether your dog needs structured walks or engaging mental stimulation games to burn off energy, I can provide a safe and rewarding environment. I am reliable, deeply responsible, and committed to tailored care that matches your dog's unique personality and routine. Having recently completed my Master's degree, I am currently in a transitional phase looking for jobs, which gives me a highly flexible schedule and plenty of free time every day. I maintain a very structured and regular daily routine. Because I don't have a rigid 9-to-5 commitment at the moment, I can easily adapt to your pet's specific schedule, making sure I am available for walks, feeding, and check-ins exactly when they need me most throughout the week. When caring for pets in their own homes, safety and trust are my top priorities. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, and maintain excellent personal hygiene habits, ensuring your home is respected and kept tidy. Having raised my own pets, I am extremely vigilant about safety, always making sure doors/gates are securely locked, checking that no hazardous items are within reach, and keeping dogs securely leashed during outdoor walks. I will strictly follow your household rules and pet routines to create a safe, stress-free experience.
“Peggy and I had a very positive experience with Lyann. Who was accomodating in looking after her fairly last minute. Great communication, thoughtful and kept me updated during the day with photos and videos of how she was getting on. Which was reassuring. Highly recommend Lyann's services.”

About: I have spent most of my life rescuing cats and dogs and finding them homes. Animals have always been a big part of my life and heart and I have always looked for opportunities to spend as much time in their presence. I am currently volunteering at a cats rescue as this brings me closer to the work I used to do growing up. I do however have a softer spot for dogs as they fill me with joy more than anything else in this world. I am currently a university student but only have class two days a week. Besides studying, I love spending my free time outside so walking dogs is the perfect way to keep me busy when I am not at university. I am unable to accept pets into my current space due to my renting contract, therefore I am only able to offer dog walking services
“Amy kindly looked after Avs for us at the last minute, Avs clearly loved her and she put in lots of energy and care including a whole hour walk, as well us updating us with pics where she is clearly having a wonderful time. We would love to have her look after Avs again :)”

In my free time I love to be outdoors often hiking or running I have a garden that has very high secure walls. About: I have been surrounded by dogs since I'm very young. My passion for dogs has always been strong and I'm my happiest self when I'm around them! I have a family dog at home, a cocker spaniel, who's 13 years old and that unfortunately I don't see regularly due to me living in the UK for 8 years now. Before moving to England, I looked after him, walked him multiple times a day and played nonstop! I miss him dearly and I would love to give the same treatment to other dogs out there. If you give me an opportunity I would put my heart in this and you won't regret it. I'm currently studying my last year at uni, and I really miss being around my dog, who is with my family in Spain, so I thought it would be a good idea to give my love to other dogs meanwhile! I work only one day a week, on Sundays, I have Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays available. And if you need for me to take care of you dog at night I would also be able to! I would love to spend my free time being around dogs and taking care of them as if it was my own! Although I live in a small flat and I don't have garden or terrace, I do live near big fields here in cumnor hill so I can give long walks! I can travel by bus or walk and I would be more than happy to, if you need me to go to yours.
About: I love all animals and love to spend time outside! Your buddy will have great adventures with me - whether a short walk around the block or an adventure further afield! I am a student and have a very flexible timeline, able to stop in for walks or checkins throughout the day and week! Also happy to stay overnight if required. I am only able to offer care in your home for now as my landlord doesn't allow pets (sadly for me!) but I am easily able to travel to your home.
“Lauren looked after our dog Connie for the day whilst we were at a theme park. Connie has never stayed in a kennel or stayed with anyone not family before but Lauren was amazing! Connie had a great time, we picked her up and she was happy and relaxed and just looked like she loved it. When we come back to the area we will definitely use Lauren again. Such a shame we aren’t local as we would have definitely used her! Lauren if you ever move to Cambridgeshire please let us know! 5 stars are not enough!”

Abigail is a wonderful sitter! She took care of our high energy dog, Willow, for 2 days and took him on some lovely forest walks that are close to her home. Willow was well-taken care of, as Abigail clearly loves dogs and wants them to be happy during their time with her. We highly recommend Abigail!

Pixie had a half day with Alison and Cece. We did a walk together first so they could properly meet and I could discuss Pixie's needs. Cece is so playful and friendly, both inside and outside of her home. Alison's communication throughout was great and I received updates and photos. She recognised when Pixie became a little unsettled and was able to comfort her. I recommend using Alison to care for your dog and look forward to using her again.

Pixie had such a great time with Lauren and Brody. It was her first afternoon at daycare so Lauren was happy for me to join her on a walk to give us time to chat about Pixie, before spending the afternoon with her. We were updated with photos of them playing and she came home happy and tired. I look forward to using Lauren again and would recommend her.

Martha had a lovely day with Gabriela at her flat. We arranged a meet and greet a few days before, so Martha was comfortable going. I had text updates and photos throughout the day. I felt so at ease knowing she was in great hands while I was out of town. And she even came home with a new toy! We look forward to Doggy Day Care with Gabriela again soon.

Sam took great care of our dog Chewie. He met us in advance so Chewie could get to know him and was really quick to respond and gave us updates during Chewie’s stay. Thanks Sam for taking great care of Chewie we will be back in touch when we need dog care in the future.

Bilbo had a great time with Sahira and her pug Bella! He was super well cared for and was even very reluctant to leave (he had so much fun!!). We'd 100% recommend Sahira for any pet care, she was so responsive, friendly and clearly amazing at looking after our fur baby. Will definitely be booking again!

I had a last-minute need for a dog sitter for Lola, and I was so lucky that Sam and Georgina were available! When Lola came home, she was all smiles and looked so happy with them. She absolutely loves spending time at their place and feels so pampered and at ease there. It’s such a joy to have them caring for her!
