“Finlay was treated like a member of the family and I have only praise for Tanja’s care of our dog. Updates, videos, and pics were all very welcome and Tanja was always a text or phone call away. We wouldn’t hesitate in asking Tanja to look after him again.”

“Melanie and her partner were so kind, flexible and accommodating of my bouncy Bear. It felt like they really got to know him and absorbed him into their flow, and he was notably very comfortable and content when I picked him up. When my flight home was unexpectedly delayed, they were very flexible and communicative (and made it feel a lot less stressful!). Thank you again Melanie! Would strongly recommend.”

“Amanda was so kind, and excellent communication and updates throughout really set us at ease. The whole family took such good care of our Hazel-- I think she loved her stay. I'd strongly recommend Amanda and we'll definitely be working with her again in future.”

“Silma was fantastic! She communicated clearly from start to finish – welcoming me and showing me around her home, and keeping me updated throughout the day. She was proactive, attentive, and took wonderful care of my little girl, who I found relaxed and happy when I picked her up. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Silma!”

“Fantastic stay! Joe has been fantastic from first contact. Really easy contact amd arrangements. Joe has been so accommodating and my dog, Pinkman, clearly loves staying there! Joe sent lovely photos and videos of our dog very happy in his stay, playing and snoozing like a home from home.”

“Brody clearly had a great time with Lisa. We got some lovely updates to see how he was getting on. He’s very much looking forward to returning and we’re glad we have found someone we feel very happy leaving him with 🥰”

“Michandra and her family took wonderful care of Elf. He looked so happy and calm and he was having so much fun in all the lovely updates I received. Feel so lucky to have found a sitter like Michandra. Super flexible and understanding about flight changes and pick up/drop off times. She did a great job of making sure he took all his medication as needed.”

“My 4 month old Whippet puppy Lottie just stayed with Quentin for two nights and it was absolutely brilliant. Lottie got lots of walks and playtime outside in Christchurch meadow and special attention when she needed it. Quentin kept me fully updated with photos and all of the latest news, and was very flexible and accommodating with my travel arrangements. He dealt with her diet, exercise and sleep requirements with such calm and patience. I would love Lottie to go back to stay next time, I think she has made friends for life!”

“Ted was really happy with Angela. She is so kind and gentle with him. I think he missed her a lot when we got home , had to persuade him to come with me! !! Great care and excellent communication Ted had plenty of walks and cuddles in a lovely house and garden Thank you Angela”

About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life, and they’ve always been such an important part of who I am. My family currently has four dogs in Ecuador, all of whom I’ve helped raise and train, so I’m very comfortable understanding different personalities and knowing what each dog needs. I genuinely connect with animals and love spending time walking, running, and playing with them. Since moving to Oxford, I’ve really missed having my own dog, so pet sitting has been a wonderful way to stay close to animals. I’ve had plenty of experience dog sitting and walking, and I always treat every pet as if they were my own—with lots of care, attention, and affection. As a PhD student, I have a very flexible schedule and structure my days around focused work with regular breaks, which fits naturally with pet care. I often go on long walks or runs for mental health and fresh air, especially around Port Meadow and University Parks, so dogs get plenty of exercise and outdoor time. Given my desk-based research, I’m around throughout the day for feeding, company, and a calm presence, I’m just as happy reading or working with a cat curled up on my lap. Overall, I’m able to give pets consistent attention, routine, and care, rather than leaving them alone for long stretches. I always prioritise making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, whether in my home or yours. I’m very attentive to routines and will closely follow your pet’s usual schedule, preferences, and any specific instructions. I live in a calm, pet-friendly home with a fenced garden, so there’s a safe outdoor space for supervised time and play. I don’t have any pets or children, which means I can fully focus on your pet and adapt the environment to suit their needs. I’m careful, reliable, and respectful of both your home and your pet’s wellbeing, and I’ll always keep you updated for peace of mind.
About: I'm a qualified Veterinary Nurse with 7 years experience working in veterinary practice. I now work in a different field (sadly!) but get to work from home. I have my own Australian Shepherd who is 2 years old, she is very good-natured and loves chilling and playing with new doggy friends. I have a large garden for the dogs to play in as much as they want. Whilst I work they can spend time with me in the living room and kitchen. Walks are early morning, afternoon or evening based on your requirements. I live near a lovely park where I know many of the dog owners. The garden is fully secure and there is a baby gate on the kitchen so the dogs can be kept together or separate if needed. I have security cameras outside and inside the house, however your dog would never be left unattended without prior agreement. I only look after one dog at a time alongside my own.

About: I have been surrounded by dogs since I'm very young. My passion for dogs has always been strong and I'm my happiest self when I'm around them! I have a family dog at home, a cocker spaniel, who's 13 years old and that unfortunately I don't see regularly due to me living in the UK for 8 years now. Before moving to England, I looked after him, walked him multiple times a day and played nonstop! I miss him dearly and I would love to give the same treatment to other dogs out there. If you give me an opportunity I would put my heart in this and you won't regret it. I'm currently studying my last year at uni, and I really miss being around my dog, who is with my family in Spain, so I thought it would be a good idea to give my love to other dogs meanwhile! I work only one day a week, on Sundays, I have Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays available. And if you need for me to take care of you dog at night I would also be able to! I would love to spend my free time being around dogs and taking care of them as if it was my own! Although I live in a small flat and I don't have garden or terrace, I do live near big fields here in cumnor hill so I can give long walks! I can travel by bus or walk and I would be more than happy to, if you need me to go to yours.
“Lovely couple with two lovely dogs who Greg was besotted with! They took loads of time to introduce the dogs, show us their home, and make sure we were comfortable with everything. We felt completely confident leaving Greg with Alyssa, as it was obvious how much they loved and cared for their own dogs. Got lots of cute videos and photos too!”

“Rhianna took good care of Tia for a day and night. She settled well and seemed to be happy on her return. Altho living in a flat, she took Tia out regularly and has had experience with dogs that have different behaviours! I would definitely use Rhianna again. Thank you.”

About: I used to have a senior whippet mix. He needed constant supervision and trips outside. Along with that he was cuddled constantly and told how good a boy he was. I’ve recently moved to the UK and looking for a part time job. Since my dog passed i have been in need of some dog energy. I live on a second floor flat in the center of Oxford. I’m near many parks and paths I can take your dog on walks.
“Contacted Julieanna with fairly short notice and she was sooo accommodating 🙏 Indy had a lovely stay with his new friends! Julieanna & Miko made him feel right at home from the outset 😁 pics and updates for reassurance but… always felt happy that my hairy buddy was in good hands/paws 😂 Five star carer/sitter - great and responsive communication throughout. Thanks again Julieanna 🙏 See you next time! 🙌🐕🫶”

“John was punctual, communicative and a great help to have around. He took lovely pictures of my cats, especially Surume, whom I am find tricky to take pictures of, since he is pitch black. John also watered my plants and I was really pleased to find all of them in good health! Thanks so much John!”

“Valentina did a brilliant job. She kept me up to date every day and went looking for Nox who loves to hide, managing to capture him on pictures. I can only recommend Valentina.”

“Elaine took good care of my boys and they seemed content and well looked after when I returned, which is what matters most to me. Communication was clear and reliable. I realised that I prefer slightly more frequent updates for reassurance, so I would request a few more next time – but that’s simply a preference I hadn’t needed to clarify before, as I’d received very frequent updates from previous sitters. The home was also left in good order. I’d happily book her again.”

“Caroline has been looking after my cats for about two years now every time I go on holiday and both my cats love her. She always keep me posted with regular updates of my cats. ”

“Psyona was great, she is a lovely person and looked after our cats very well. We got updates and photos from her - it was our first time having a cat sitter but it worked very well. Thanks Psyona!”

“We were really pleased with Mae’s care for our 12 year old cat Jess while we were away. Communication with Mae via the app and text message was great. It was so reassuring to come home to a happy, relaxed cat. Would definitely recommend Mae to anyone looking for a reliable and kind pet sitter.”

About: We are a quiet and responsible couple (Me& Ying Wang) based in Oxford who enjoy caring for cats. We understand that every cat has a different personality, and we always try to help them feel safe, relaxed and comfortable in a new environment. We have flexible schedules and can give plenty of attention, playtime and care throughout the day. We’re also happy to provide regular photo updates so owners can feel reassured while away. We only accept one family’s pets at a time to make sure each cat receives calm, individual attention in a clean and peaceful home.

“Gale is a wonderful cat sitter, she looked after my cat with a lot of care and love. My cat is on medication, is elderly and almost fully blind, but I knew she would be in safe hands with Gale. It was great to meet Gale before hand and go through any specific instructions. I have already booked her again! ”

“Mylena is very efficient and very caring. Molly is not the easiest cat, but Mylena gained her trust and was always attentive to her needs. She is sensible and responsible, and we felt that Molly was in very safe hands. We are lucky indeed to have found Mylena and we hope that she will be available next time we go away.”

“Qi is a wonderful and respectful cat nanny, as well as a gentle and faithful person who cares about your pet’s wellbeing. It was my first time leaving my Bengal cat alone, just about 3 months after adoption, and it went waaaaaay better than I could have imagined! Qi will adapt to your pet’s needs and find a way to every paw’s heart - she definitely found a way to my shy little leopard’s heart, which is a real treasure! I was able to fully relax while on holiday with my family, knowing that Alysa was well looked after. Qi is officially our cat nanny now!”

“Akanksha was so loving with both my cats. It was the first time we booked her but definitely not the last one! Leaving them behind when we go on holiday is always hard, but knowing they were in such good hands let us enjoy our time abroad! Colin was begging her for belly rubs on day one, so they also loved her too!”

About: Since the summer of 2020, I have fostered about 15 cats, which have included a range of bottle kittens, cats with amputated limbs, older cats with medical needs, and feral cats that needed to be socialised. I did this through an organisation called London Inner City Kitties, who taught me so much about cat care. Being from Turkey, Istanbul specifically, I grew up with cats as part of everyday life, from restaurants to the metro. We were always taking in stray cats when I was growing up, especially in the winter, and I grew to appreciate how strong and independent cats can be, but also how soft and vulnerable they love to be when they feel safe enough. Besides my foster cats, who I've gone on to watch be adopted and settle into loving homes, I've also had several family cats, who were my best friends. They are such sensitive creatures, and they're especially sensitive to change. I would love to help make them feel more comfortable and safe while you're away on a trip or at work, and selfishly, I would love to spend more time with cats while I'm at university and far away from my pets!

About: I have owned and cared for multiple cats over the years, including my own as well as those of friends, family and neighbours. I am happy to handle litter trays and will give each cat as much play, attention, or space as they prefer ( I know some would rather be left alone). I am comfortable administering medication and carefully following any specific care instructions.

About: I grew up surrounded by cats and, as my mum likes to tease me, she once caught me eating from my grandma’s cat’s bowl when I was three or four years old. I’ve loved cats ever since and enjoy getting to know their unique personalities. My own cat is a gentle, rather shy rescue cat who has taught me a lot about patience, trust, and respecting a cat’s individual pace. Some cats will greet you at the door, while others prefer to watch from a safe distance first — and I am happy to let them take the lead. I also volunteered at an animal shelter in Germany, where I helped care for cats of different ages, temperaments, and backgrounds. Whether your cat loves attention or values their independence, I will make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I have had cats my whole life and learnt to take care of them at an early age. My mum is a big animal rights defender and growing up, she would take me with her to feed the stray cats of our neighbourhood. I have also helped her at times where we’ve had to rescue cats, take them to the vet, etc. I also have plenty of experience catsitting, having cats stay at our house for up to 2 weeks at a time. The cats enjoyed their stay so much that every time their owners came back they would hide and refuse to leave!

“Minnie had a really enjoyable short stay with Quentin. He took really good care of her and provide regular updates including photos. Highly recommend Quentin for anyone visiting Oxford, especially given the city centre location.”

“Martha had a lovely day with Gabriela at her flat. We arranged a meet and greet a few days before, so Martha was comfortable going. I had text updates and photos throughout the day. I felt so at ease knowing she was in great hands while I was out of town. And she even came home with a new toy! We look forward to Doggy Day Care with Gabriela again soon.”

“Arti’s second visit with Isabela and he’s very happy being with her. Great communication and photos throughout the day, lots of walks and play. Arti had a bit of a poorly stomach during the day and Isabela was brilliant, looking after him until we picked him up after work. Thank you :)”

“This was the first time we had left Ruby with anyone and were a little nervous about the prospect but Tanja and Pepper were super welcoming and great hosts. Ruby clearly had lots of fun, and was so well looked after. Thank you Tanja”

I work mainly from home and there is always someone around to fuss and look after your dog. I can offer an excellent service tailored to your dogs needs. About: Hello, I'm Maria and I work in an event company in Oxford and do music on the side. I had to leave my 2 dogs at home: West Highland Terrier and German Shepherd and im really missing some dog baby sitting. In my house there has never been a year without a doggo (in many shapes and sizes) so I'm sure that I'm prepared to take care of any dog. I used to walk them, feed, play and attend some behaviour classes. I also have experience in taking care of a depressed cat, taking care and giving him the required medicine. I'm ready for everything! I will be thrilled to be able to spend some time with dogs even for a short walk :) I have a very flexible work schedule which allows me to have lots of time and be able to take care a dog or two! At home we have a garden that the dogs are able to enjoy. At the student accommodation that I lived at my friends own a sausage doggo that I often take care of. Our usual day would be some nice breakfast and walk in the morning. Then some play time in the afternoon and some cuddles afterwards.
“Alison has been great with Szarak, he was initially anxious on the meet and great but on the day he relaxed straight away, thanks to Alison's calming presence and care. He made friends with Cece and they had a good time together. Alison is very attentive, she made sure Szarak is well look after and was sending me updates to reassure me that the day is going fine, so I didn't have to worry. We are looking forward to book again - thank you very much Alison!”

“Amy looked after our Poppy for a half day while I visited my husband in the Nuffield. Amy very kindly let me park at her house and even drove me over to the hospital. I had updates on Poppy when she had a walk and Poppy was well looked after. Thank you Amy for accepting the request on only 24 hours notice. No hesitation in recommending Amy.”

About: I have been a dedicated dog owner for over 6 years, raising my own Border Collie from a puppy. Living with and managing one of the most intelligent and high-energy breeds has given me an extensive understanding of dog behavior, body language, and stimulation needs. I am highly experienced in scientific, positive reinforcement training methods and have extensive hands-on experience training puppies. I understand the patience, consistency, and clear communication required to help dogs thrive. Whether your dog needs structured walks or engaging mental stimulation games to burn off energy, I can provide a safe and rewarding environment. I am reliable, deeply responsible, and committed to tailored care that matches your dog's unique personality and routine. Having recently completed my Master's degree, I am currently in a transitional phase looking for jobs, which gives me a highly flexible schedule and plenty of free time every day. I maintain a very structured and regular daily routine. Because I don't have a rigid 9-to-5 commitment at the moment, I can easily adapt to your pet's specific schedule, making sure I am available for walks, feeding, and check-ins exactly when they need me most throughout the week. When caring for pets in their own homes, safety and trust are my top priorities. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, and maintain excellent personal hygiene habits, ensuring your home is respected and kept tidy. Having raised my own pets, I am extremely vigilant about safety, always making sure doors/gates are securely locked, checking that no hazardous items are within reach, and keeping dogs securely leashed during outdoor walks. I will strictly follow your household rules and pet routines to create a safe, stress-free experience.
“Peggy and I had a very positive experience with Lyann. Who was accomodating in looking after her fairly last minute. Great communication, thoughtful and kept me updated during the day with photos and videos of how she was getting on. Which was reassuring. Highly recommend Lyann's services.”

About: I have spent most of my life rescuing cats and dogs and finding them homes. Animals have always been a big part of my life and heart and I have always looked for opportunities to spend as much time in their presence. I am currently volunteering at a cats rescue as this brings me closer to the work I used to do growing up. I do however have a softer spot for dogs as they fill me with joy more than anything else in this world. I am currently a university student but only have class two days a week. Besides studying, I love spending my free time outside so walking dogs is the perfect way to keep me busy when I am not at university. I am unable to accept pets into my current space due to my renting contract, therefore I am only able to offer dog walking services

About: Dog obsessed and experienced with dogs of all temperaments. I’ve been walking dogs for over 16 years for clients, friends, and family, as well as volunteering at a dog rescue where I worked and trained with shy and reactive dogs. I’ve also owned a Romanian rescue dog for the past 5 years, which has given me hands-on experience and training in handling reactivity, building trust, and creating calm, positive walks tailored to each dog’s needs. I'm currently working from home so my schedule is very flexible and can walk your dog whenever suits you and your furry friend. I am available Mon-Fri and most weekends. I have a fully fenced secure garden and live close to lots of lovely areas to walk and play. Love to go for long walks and go for some adventures!
About: Hi! I'm Grazia. I quite simply revolve my life around animals. I have extensive, hands-on experience with dogs, cats, bunnies, and horses, and one of my defining characteristics is being a little (okay, a lot) obsessed with them. Everyone in the Arctic knows me as the person who took her bunnies to the wilds of the North Pole because she didn't trust a petsitter would love them enough - so I know exactly what it's like to leave your babies with someone else. My main qualities: I give tons of affection (always tailored to each animal's character), I'm incredibly patient and reliable, flexible in emergencies - and I believe strongly in VIDEO calls and very frequent updates, because a video tells you whether your pet is truly happy in a way a photo simply can't. It's what I'd want for my own. I love to build longer-term friendships and relationships with locals and the animals I care for. A bit about my experience: I'm known for having rehabbed both a difficult/blind cat and a dog — helping them learn to trust and love again through sitting quietly for hours each day while they came to understand that love was available entirely on their own terms. I adore dogs of all sizes and love exercising them and making them feel free. I have personally had 2 dogs (and many wonderful dog sit experiences), 11 cats, and 2 bunnies. I've volunteered for 1.5 years across dog shelters. I've also dealt with pets with behavioural challenges while caring for animals in Amsterdam, and managed to create several breakthroughs that had previously stumped their guardians. Our bunnies in Sweden had previously taken over our lives in the most wonderful way - owning 2 private bedrooms and a 3,500 sqm garden. Anyone who has cared for bunnies properly knows they are extremely sensitive but strong little creatures who need space, quiet, and extraordinary patience - so I'm well-equipped for even the most challenging characters. I also have extensive home-care experience from years of staying in others' homes, and multiple glowing Airbnb and TrustedHousesitters references. I treat every home with more care and respect than my own; it's simply how I show respect. A few practical notes: - Non-smoker, non-drinker - Fully comfortable administering medication and have experience with 12-hour overnight tummy massages that have avoided vet visits (yes, really 🙂) - Very communicative - I believe in keeping communication fully open, always! - I'm not comfortable sitting animals kept in cages unless strictly for medical reasons (this includes caged bunnies) - Harry Potter fan ⚡ I'd love to offer you a video call and meet up before we begin! Vibes matter enormously to me, and I'm genuinely hoping to become a temporary (and lasting) part of your animal's family. I'll treat the little (or big) ones accordingly - and provide the confidence, warmth, kindness, communication and professionalism to ensure you're never left guessing. I work from home building my 2 organisations; one is for brain health and the other is an animal rights movement. Therefore, I'd have plenty of time to play with the babies. In fact, I orient my whole day around cuddle o'clock, training and walkies. I have a fenced garden and can provide flexible accommodation in terms of your preferences. My only restrictions would be cage-only sits - and if your pet allows, I am kind of in love with playing, jumping with and cuddling dogs, allowing cats to sleep on me for hours (obviously you then cannot move) and even taming bunnies.
“Lauren looked after our dog Connie for the day whilst we were at a theme park. Connie has never stayed in a kennel or stayed with anyone not family before but Lauren was amazing! Connie had a great time, we picked her up and she was happy and relaxed and just looked like she loved it. When we come back to the area we will definitely use Lauren again. Such a shame we aren’t local as we would have definitely used her! Lauren if you ever move to Cambridgeshire please let us know! 5 stars are not enough!”

“Priscille has recently started to walk our sensible and nervous dog. She has listen patiently to our instructions and done a fantastic job adjusting to his special needs. Communication has been excellent, we have been kept informed how they were doing on their walks which provided a big peace of mind. I have always found a happy and relaxed dog after Priscille came around, makes me super happy and looking forward to their next walks!”

About: I've got a 8-year old rescue cat and a 1.5-year old rescue dog. Both came traumatised and are quite anxious and shy and required a lot of patience to gain their trust. I will give your pets the level of care and respect I expect for mine. Shy pets particularly seem to like me but happy to cater to any temperament and any individual needs. I have been cat-sitting for 1.5 years now, with 50+ bookings, catering to social cats, shy cats and cats with medical needs. About: 🎁 New to Rover? You can use my promo code MELANC83945 to get £15 off your first booking with me. 🐾 Hello there! I’m Melanie - a young professional and Oxford graduate. I’ve always loved animals and it would be my pleasure to care for your pets. As I often work from home, I’m able to provide plenty of company, attention, and supervision throughout the day. I also have a small fenced garden for quick outdoor needs and easy access to lovely walking routes including South Park and Headington Hill Park, which are just around the corner. As I live with my partner, I’m best suited to dogs who are house-trained, settled overnight, and comfortable sleeping in their own bed or crate if needed. I’m also happy to adapt to pets with additional needs when discussed in advance, and I have experience caring for senior dogs such as administering medication and supporting mobility needs. Depending on the level of care required, pricing may vary slightly to ensure your pet receives the attention and dedicated care they deserve. Your pets will be treated with genuine care, patience, and lots of affection — I look forward to meeting them! 🐾 I mostly work from home, which means I’m available to settle pets in comfortably. I’m also typically home on weekends and enjoy going for walks, so your pet can benefit from both relaxed indoor time and outdoor exercise. 🐾 My home provides a safe and comfortable environment for your pet, with a securely fenced garden for quick outdoor needs and a spacious two-floor layout where they can roam and relax under supervision. I’m fortunate to live close to South Park, as well as another park right beside it, offering lovely, open spaces for calm and enjoyable walks. Above all, I prioritise creating a trusting, loving atmosphere - with plenty of cuddles, affection, and attentive care - while ensuring your dog gets the exercise and companionship they need (and I happily welcome the extra fresh air while working from home!). 🐾

About: I’m a dedicated and experienced pet sitter with over 5 years of hands-on experience caring for cats and dogs, as well as smaller pets. As the owner of two Ragdoll cats, I understand how important it is to find someone who will treat your pets with genuine care and attention! I’m confident managing a wide range of needs—from feeding, grooming, and litter box care to administering medication and providing calm, attentive companionship. I’ve also rescued and cared for a budgie, so I’m comfortable looking after birds and understand the extra care and patience they require. For dogs, I’m an avid runner and endurance athlete, so I’m happy to provide long walks or runs to keep high-energy dogs happy and well exercised. I always tailor my care to each pet’s personality, whether they’re playful, shy, or need a bit of extra support :) My goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away—just like they would with you! I'm a researcher with a flexible schedule so happy to work with pet owners to agree on a schedule that works to provide the best care for your pet. I am centrally located in Oxford city centre and would be happy to make visits (multiple a day if needed) to addresses in the area, and also house sit when needed. I take pride in being communicative and will provide frequent updates, and double check any special care instructions to ensure I can provide the best care for your animal companion!
“Felt very confident to leave my dog Smudge with Valentina, she obviously has a agood comand with dogs and the energy to match my dog ! Will be booking Valentina again.”

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 12, looking after my neighbours’ pets. I had a cocker spaniel for 8 years, who sadly passed away in 2023. I’m hoping to reconnect with canine friends who I can play with and take for walks. I have also done cat sitting, and am comfortable feeding cats and playing with them. I’m currently studying at law university so have a flexible timetable, available during the daytime and on weekends. I’m happy to fit pet care in around your schedule and mine. Since I had a dog, I am used to keeping an eye out for animals whilst they are under my care, ensuring that they are safe.
“Cora took care of the morning walks for our enthusiastic collie for a couple of weeks while we were recovering from covid, and was punctual, communicative and friendly; plus Rylan loved every minute of it. Recommended wholeheartedly.”

“Julia was great walking my dog moose, very calm and relaxed which definitely helped reassuring moose who is very particular with who she likes. I've never seen her like someone so quickly!”

About: If you asked 10-year old Jui who her best friend was, she'd tell you it was the group of Indian stray dogs she would feed and play with everyday! Since then, I've jumped at every opportunity to walk or look after dogs of all shapes and sizes for neighbours, family friends and relatives. My own family dog was a very spirited senior Shih Tzu (pictured above). Dogs always love me - although probably not as much as I love them! I currently work full-time Monday to Friday but I am free everyday after work or during lunchtime for walks. Weekends are also completely free for dogsitting or dogwalking! I will make sure your pet always has comfortable space to relax, regular toilet breaks, playtime, walks, fresh water, and lots of attention and affection! I always try my best to maintain their usual routine and give them as much companionship and care as possible. I keep the home tidy, provide updates and photos for peace of mind, and make sure pets are safe, happy, and well cared for at all times.

“Claire could not have been more accommodating and gave me such confidence when leaving Mervyn - he was a very happy boy for his stay and i would highly recommend Claire and would not hesitate to leave Mervyn with her again”

“Sam was absolutely amazing with our black lab, he sent updates throughout the day so we knew how he was getting on which I absolutely loved as an anxious person. We will definitely be using Sam again!”

“Anna has been great with Ivy. I'm really glad that I found her. She is a lovely person and took care of all Ivy's needs. Also sent me pictures and a video of Ivy playing, out for a walk, eating, etc. It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Anna to everyone I know. She has a furry happy client who will visit her again in the near future 😊”

“As soon as we met Simon and Bethany we knew they would look after Chazzie beautifully and they did. We felt completely happy with them and their two lovely labradors. They kindly stepped in at the last minute and we couldn't have asked for a better 'home from home' for Chazzie to go to. We were away for ten days, they sent us regular updates along with photographs and we could tell that he wasn't missing us at all! Thank you both very much, it was a joy for us to know he was in your care and we hope to book him again with you soon.”

About: My family has dogs since I was born. I got my first dog, a Jack Russell called Joss (the love of my life), when I was 12. I have extensive experience looking after dogs. I am from South Africa and really miss my family dog (Bolly the Weimaraner) and my brother's dog (River the French Bulldog) now that I am in the UK! I am finishing my PhD so my hours are flexible. I typically kayak on a Saturday morning but can be flexible around this. I can work from home if necessary. I live opposite a park and right on the tow path so very close for walks. I live alone in an apartment so can devote all energy to new dog friends.
“Sofia was fantastic with Stitch! Sofia sent lots of cute pictures and kept me updated throughout the day. Stitch looked so happy in the pictures and on his walk. Stitch came home very tired which is a good sign. I could tell Stitch had a great time, thank you so much!”
