I currently work from home on Mondays and Fridays, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-ins, and daytime bookings on those days (and I’ll always give ample notice if this ever changes). I’m also available most weekday evenings, so if you need help after work or a late walk, just let me know. I do work one Tuesday evening a month, but aside from that I’m usually free and happy to help.

Safety, trust & environment
When I look after your pet in your home, my priority is always their safety, comfort, and happiness. I take things at your dog’s pace — especially for nervous, shy, or rescue dogs — allowing them the space and time they need to feel relaxed and confident with me. I’ll follow your routines closely, whether that’s feeding, medication, toilet breaks, playtime, quiet cuddles, or just gentle companionship. I make sure doors, gates, and leads are secure at all times, and I’m calm and observant so I can respond to your dog’s body language and needs. If your dog prefers calm reassurance, we’ll keep things low-key; if they love play and stimulation, we’ll enjoy lots of interaction and enrichment. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you know your pet is safe, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away — because I know how much peace of mind that brings. Your dog will always be treated with kindness, patience, and respect — just like a member of my own family.

Information Rhianna E. would like to know about your pet
To make sure your pet feels as safe, calm, and happy as possible, it really helps if you can share a little bit about their personality and routine before I care for them. Things that are especially useful include: • Any anxieties or worries — for example, nervousness around strangers, men, children, other dogs, bikes, loud noises, or being handled. • Social preferences — whether they enjoy meeting other dogs or prefer space and quiet walks. • Triggers or stressors — such as guarding behaviour, reactivity on lead, or particular situations that make them uncomfortable. • Health or physical needs — mobility issues, medication, recent injuries, sensitivities, or exercise limits. • Daily routine & rules — feeding times, toilet schedule, training cues, whether they’re allowed on furniture, recall cues, etc. • Favourite things — toys, treats, games, or ways they like to be comforted.
A typical day
Every walk I do is tailored to your dog’s age, ability, energy level, and personality. Some dogs love a slow, sniffy wander, while others enjoy a good stretch of the legs — so I always go at their pace and make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and happy throughout. Where possible, I like to take dogs on calm, nature-filled routes such as riverside paths and open fields, giving them the chance to explore all the exciting smells and sights along the way. Sniffing is such an important part of a dog’s wellbeing, so I build in plenty of time for relaxed “sniffaris” rather than rushing from A to B. Your dog will always be walked safely — with secure leads, awareness of other dogs and people, and lots of positive reassurance. My aim is for every walk to be enriching, calm, and enjoyable so your dog comes home content, stimulated, and ready for a cosy nap!

A Safe, Loving Pair of Hands for Your Beloved Pet
Pet care experience
I’ve spent the last 25 years growing up around dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and temperaments, so caring for dogs is second nature to me. From bouncy puppies to gentle seniors, I’m comfortable adapting to each dog’s unique personality and needs. My family’s current dog is a rescue with social anxiety, so I fully understand that some dogs need a little extra patience, space, and reassurance to feel safe. I’m calm, gentle and observant, and I always work at a dog’s pace — whether that means slow introductions, quiet cuddles, or confidence-building walks. Above all, I treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they feel secure, understood, and loved while you’re away. Tail wags and happy, relaxed pups are always my goal! 🐾

Reviews
Rhianna E. cancelled a booking 3 days before it was scheduled to begin.

Rhianna took good care of Tia for a day and night. She settled well and seemed to be happy on her return. Altho living in a flat, she took Tia out regularly and has had experience with dogs that have different behaviours! I would definitely use Rhianna again. Thank you.
