I've got a 8-year old rescue cat and a 1.5-year old rescue dog. Both came traumatised and are quite anxious and shy and required a lot of patience to gain their trust. I will give your pets the level of care and respect I expect for mine. Shy pets particularly seem to like me but happy to cater to any temperament and any individual needs. Melanie did a great job with Dusty. I was having issues with my emails so missed the daily updates coming through, but eventually saw them and was grateful to have received them, they were very reassuring. Wouldn’t hesitate to book Dusty in with Melanie again when we go away.
Five star service from Melanie, would give more if I could! She went above and beyond, letting me know when she was going to come in and when she had been, feeding Murphy as well as the hedgehog on the patio, and even recharging the cat tracker collar so I could have peace of mind knowing where Murphy went while I was away.
Melanie took good care of my cats while I was away. The daily updates were appreciated!
This was Melanie's first visit to look after Dusk and we were very happy. There was good communication before, during and after the visit and she put some lovely pictures of Dusk on the app. We've already booked Melanie again!
Another great cat-sitting job by Melanie. We all enjoyed the daily photos and updates, and our cats seemed very pleased with themselves when we got home. It really does make going away more enjoyable, knowing the cats are in such good hands. Thank you!
