Safety, trust & environment
I live right next to Cutteslowe Park which is an ideal area for dogs. I can also transport dogs in the backseat of my car (1 or 2 depending on size and if from the same household) which is kitted out for their comfort.
Information Hollie C. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special needs or is reactive when off the lead as it’s important to always be safe.
A typical day
I provide a calming atmosphere which dogs are naturally drawn to, my previous rescue could not be left alone and used to follow me everywhere. I used to play lots of fetch with him.

Experience with nervous rescue dogs
Pet care experience
I had my own rescue dog for ten years. Unfortunately, I was never quite sure of what he had experienced before I adopted him and he was a very sensitive, anxious dog. Because of this, I’m very comfortable with nervous dogs, understanding the patience, consistency and care they need. I’m attentive and always mindful of giving dogs space to feel safe, relaxed and settled. Building trust and understanding each individual personality is one of my favourite parts of meeting each dog. If I am pet sitting for your dog, I do not schedule other walks or drop ins on the same day(s) as I prefer to give my undivided attention to a single household. I am also fully insured outside of Rover. 🐾
Reviews

Hollie was great with our dog. Good communication throughout the weeks prior to her coming to stay, including a organising a meet and greet. Sent pictures during her stay and our dog looked happy and relaxed. House left very tidy, we will hope that hollie will be able to look after our dog again in the future.

Hollie was brilliant with my 9-week-old Labrador and 13-year-old Basset Hound! She sent me pictures and videos of them having a lovely time, and she looked after them perfectly. She understands dogs and genuinely enjoys being with them... my two bonded with her straight away! She left the house immaculately, and I would have no hesitation in having her again.

Hollie took great care of our big older dog for nearly a week. He had some specific medical needs and she followed those wonderfully. She was also so considerate and tidy sitting him at our home. Thanks for taking such good care of him, Hollie!

As soon as Molly saw Hollie she treated her like an old friend. We did our first walk together and second time Molly was very happy to go off with Hollie without looking back, which is unusual for her. Hollie is clearly very knowledgeable about dogs and responsible about their welfare.
