About: Hi, I'm Max! My availability does vary from week to week since this is a side job of mine. I have been around various dogs all my life and I have loved every minute of it! I am an active and health-minded person myself so I would love to help take care of your dog and their overall health, all while most importantly keeping them happy! A healthy dog is a happy dog, and plenty of exercises is key! I promise to treat your dog with love and care, as if they were my own. Making sure your Rover experience is as positive as possible! I do have a full time job and travel often so my availability can vary however I still try to stay flexible with my availability and I have an amazing wife at home that helps out as well. I have a fenced in yard and one small friendly dog at home. I am glad to discuss any special accommodations that maybe needed to make your pet feel at home.

“Thank you for having Lottie again. She nearly pulled me over trying to get in to see you this morning. She’s obviously had a great day as we haven’t heard a peep out of her this evening - very unusual.”

“Haya and Tom take really good care of Walter and he’s so excited to see them! They are very understanding that he’s quite a nervous boy and took time to help him settle in the first time he went to them for daycare. Would recommend them without a doubt!”

“Jane was brilliant. I made a last minute booking and Jane still made time to meet myself and my dog both. She provided regular updates and Donald looked so comfortable in every photo! So much so when I went to pick him up, he came and said hello and then jumped back on her sofa! Would definitely recommend and would 100% ask Jane for future care.”

“Milo had a lovely stay with Natalie. We got updates throughout the day and she was really understanding of his needs. We would definitely leave him with Natalie again. Thank you!”

About: There has never not been an animal in my life. I’m a big dog lover and absolutely adore spending time with them. My childhood was spent predominantly around Alsatians and now have a gorgeous spaniel. I have volunteered at local puppy classes over the last year from which I gained invaluable experience for the development of my puppy. I am a nurse and work predominantly Monday to Wednesday. Thursday to Sunday I have a lot of flexibility for drop ins, walks and or boarding. I am happy to do local walks or just cuddles and attention. I aim to provide a personalised service and happy to discuss specific needs/requests. I have a gorgeous working cocker spaniel. We have crate trained him from the beginning and he is very well behaved with an incredible temperament. We attended several puppy classes and have been consistent with his routine.

“Yesterday, Catherine looked after my Norfolk terrier for the first time and just for a day. When I dropped him off he didn't even give me a backward glance, he was so eager to get in! Catherine walked him twice and sent me pictures and a video of her walks with Gus and the two other dogs she was looking after, which was really nice to see. Catherine is lovely, enthusiastic and genuinely loves dogs. I felt very happy with the care he got, which included giving him his food and daily medication. Veronica”

“Rachael took fantastic care of our dog Penny, it was the first time we left her with someone else and had absolutely no concerns. Penny clearly loved Rachael and had a lovely day with her. Would no hesitate to recommend her.”

About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. Having grown up surrounded by animals—from energetic puppies to senior cats—I truly understand how much love and attention our furry companions need (and deserve!). I live in a charming, idyllic cottage in Thurston with a secure, beautifully fenced garden—perfect for safe outdoor playtime, lounging in the sun, or a good sniff around. Whether it’s cuddle time on the couch or an energetic game of fetch, I tailor each pet’s experience to suit their personality and needs. Your pet will be treated like one of the family, with all the love, care, and respect I give my own. I understand the importance of trust when leaving your pet in someone else's care, and I’m committed to making sure they feel safe, happy, and right at home while you’re away. Whether it’s daycare, overnight stays, or just a drop-in visit, I look forward to welcoming your beloved pet into my home and heart. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily life. I'm self-employed and work from home and on occasion locally, so I have a very flexible schedule and am around most of the time. This allows me to give pets my full attention throughout the day—whether that means regular potty breaks, playtime in the garden, walks, or just some company and cuddles. Because I'm not tied to a 9–5 routine, I can easily adapt to each pet’s needs and routine, making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. When caring for pets in my own home, my approach is always centered around providing safety, comfort, and consistency. In my home, pets enjoy a calm, pet-friendly space with plenty of attention, affection, and playtime. I have a secure, fenced garden where dogs can enjoy safe outdoor time, and I'm home most of the day to ensure they’re never left alone for long. I keep routines as close as possible to what they're used to—mealtimes, walks, medications, and cuddle time included—so they feel comfortable and settled. I have a gorgeous cat who keeps himself to himself but would love a friend , he is happy to be sleeping in the conservatory and the door can be shut if your dog is nervous around cats.

About: I have had pets my entire life and I have worked at a dog boarding and spa for over a year. Working at VCA Petpoint has given me the skills and experience needed to take care of any type of pet (even a tortoise!). I have received multiple levels of training. I have also helped birth 3 litters and have trained puppies myself. I also have experienced with senior dogs and those with medical needs such as taking daily pills. I am currently studying Biology at the University of Southampton and am looking to master in animal behaviour. I can assure you with the upmost confidence that your pet will be in good hands if you choose to go with me! I’m currently a student but only have about 1-2 hours of lectures a day so I am very much able to keep a close eye of your pet throughout the day. I’ll be able to let them out regularly for toilet breaks as well as walk them as often as needed. Safety is my number one priority. I do not let dogs off their leash unless the owner has told me I can and only after I have built a strong enough bond with the dog that I can feel confident that it’ll respond to my commands. Whatever instructions are left by an owner is what I will follow. I do not allow dogs on sofas or beds and will normally let them sleep downstairs unless otherwise instructed. I live in a secure and safe part of Southampton with the Common right on my door step. I can guarantee that your pet will enjoy their time with me and that they will be treated as if they were one of my own (I do not have any pets in my university house in Southampton, just pets back home with my parents)

About: I have always had dogs of my own and helped care for family and friends dogs too. Fully insured and qualified in canine first aid I have a full time dog walking and pet sitting business, so all of my working hours are dedicated to walking and caring for your furry friends. I have a fully secure garden, with space in the house to crate if needed. Will be treated as one of my own whilst with me
