“Chrissy really helped us out by taking our dog, Buddy, overnight at short notice. Buddy was so well looked after with walks on the beach etc. Communication was excellent and it was lovely to receive photos and videos of Buddy. We would 100% recommend Chrissy.”

“Leaving Baxter with Donald was so easy for us. He made us feel really comfortable and it’s obvious how much he cares for all the dogs. Hope we will manage to book him again .”

“Heather welcomed Ness into her home and meet all her needs. Ness had a big garden to play ball and countryside close by for walks. Thank you to Heather and her family for making this first stay first class.”

“Ching was very good at communicating regular updates including photos and honest information. My dog was treated well and went on trips to the beach and park. I was worried as my dog is quite shy but Ching was very reassuring. She was upfront when my dog was being a little unsure, not just telling my dog was absolutely fine. But she also showed me in photos that my dog was happy and feeling more confident with her. It was the first time I've ever left my dog with someone else and I'm so glad I used Ching. I'll definitely go straight to Ching again.”

About: Having grown up on a farm, I'm lucky enough to have looked after animals of all shapes and sizes. In addition to my own lovely old Jack Russell I have a small holding which has approx 20 acres of deer fenced land where dogs can scamper about with out worry of getting out. I am dog first aid qualified, fully licenced and insured and here waiting for your dog to join us for their holiday while you enjoy yours! I work part time so only board dogs when I am off and free to give them plenty of walks and attention! When I'm home , I'm always out and about either walking my own dog or up at the fields tending to my other animals. I'm very flexible and easy going when it comes to caring for your dog. Furniture, beds, or crates...whatever they are used to they will get. All I ask in return is a house trained, fully vaccinated friendly dog who will be happy to share our space and get along with my very friendly old Jack Russell. Prior to overnight visits we do require a trial session, either a day or overnight stay to ensure your dog is going to be happy and settled with us.

“Absolutely delighted to have Aileen look after my dog for a week while I was on holiday. She kept me updated with photos every day and I could tell my boy had developed a real bond with her. Aileen is easy to communicate with and I would not hesitate to use her again and indeed recommend her fully to anyone else looking for peace of mind while away. Thank you Aileen for taking care of my precious boy. My holiday was made more pleasurable knowing he was being so well looked after. X”

I would recommend Louise very highly as a dog sitter as she and her family clearly love dogs. When I am looking for someone to look after Kodi again, I will have Louise as my 1st choice every time.”

“Thanks so much to Douglas and Vicky for taking care of Alba and giving her all the love and attention we would have done if she was at home. They kept us up to date with plenty of messages and pictures. Gave her some medicine that she only got prescribed the day we dropped her off. Couldn't have aksed for better and would definitely recommend and use them again if needs be.”

“Hannah was a terrific sitter for my 5 month puppy whilst I was away for a full 9 days! She cared for her like she was her own and kept me regularly updated with photos and videos. Luna always looked so happy and content, and was kept entertained (which is no small feat with a Dalmatian!). Would highly recommend Hannah and use her again. Thank you for looking after my girl so well!”

About: I have had dogs my whole life. I have bought a new house purely to open a dog run and have a paddock to let them off leash and run free. It’s coming soon! I am planning on working with dogs full time once I move to my new property so will have full time availability. This will provide the dogs with a fun place to run free and interact. I am hoping to have the dogs full at my new home and will mostly provide my services from there. Special cases can be discussed.

“Charlie had the best time with Rosie and her family. Such a calm and settled environment, just perfect for him. It was a real comfort to know he was happy and settled. Great to receive updates of what he was up to when I was away. Thank you so much 🐾”

About: Dog walking is my happy place. With an enclosed garden, detached house and a safe car- I’m very excited to be on Rover to further my dog & cat sitting experience. I’ve grown up being a dog owner, from puppies to senior rescues with additional needs. I’ve also had a few cats so I’m very comfortable when I’m around animals. In addition to providing extensive care, I enjoy taking the time to continue and maintain training. From puppies & kittens to more senior pets, I am delighted to care for them all. I understand some animals can feel anxious in an unfamiliar environment- for that reason I sleep downstairs in the living room with the animals to provide a bit of additional comfort and support during the night. Happy to provide as many photos & videos as the owner would like for their own peace of mind. I work part time and I often am off weekends, so when I’m marked available for pet sitting you can be assured that I will be home 90% of the time if not 100% of the time. I do not pet sit if I am working that day or the following day; so the animals have my full attention. In my home, animals are allowed to be in a crate if it is what the owner wishes for their own comfort but I prefer that they are allowed to follow me from room to room to explore. I sleep downstairs with animals so that they feel safe. Happy to provide specific nutrition and medication (not injections). I am happy to have 2 dogs or 2 cats from the same household, but I do not mix animals from different households. Cats would be kept indoors at all times. Dogs are encouraged to play in my enclosed garden under my supervision, in addition to going on lovely walks. Happy to take dogs in my car to local beaches and parks for walking.
