About: I’m a semi retired, experienced dog owner of 42 years, with an abundance of time and energy to spend with your beloved pet. Having raised and loved many pets from young to old, I am confident that I can take the very best care of all your pets needs, at any time of the day or night, and at short notice. Walking, boarding, checking or sitting, I’m available so that you can relax in knowing your pet is well taken care of. I’ve recently bought a home that I will be renovating myself, and so I’m very available and my time is totally flexible. I will work my projects around your needs. I am happy to have pets stay with me, and at any point my renovation work can’t be isolated safely, away from your pet, I will advise. I’m also very happy to stay in your home.

About: I have taken care of animals since the age of 5. I have cared for fish, hamsters, rabbits, Guinea pigs, dogs, cats, horses, large animals/ farm animals and exotic pets. I am an animal loving person, and have just completed a college course in Veterinary Care and Animal Welfare. About: Hi I’m new to Rover but have over 20 years experience of looking after my own and clients’ dogs. I will treat your dogs just like my own, ensuring they receive unique and appropriate care whilst they are with me. I appreciate all dogs are so different and will go the extra mile to make them feel safe in my home. Having had many dogs into old age, senior dogs are perhaps a speciality of mine. I am unphased by larger breeds as I currently have a Romanian shepherd dog aged 1. She is very friendly and loves the company of other dogs. I live 5 minutes walk from the beach at Greenan Shore and just a 5 minute drive to the two beautiful local parks. The safety of your pets is paramount, I will only walk off lead with your written permission. As I have a 10 year old son, I can only take pets who are completely safe with children. My son also knows not to over pet a dog and respect space having had a very tricky rescue dog of our own in the past for many years. I am fully insured by Cliverton Pet Insurance. I work mainly from home so your pets will not be left unattended for more than 3 hours. If you have specific requests I will discuss these fully with you. I have an enclosed, private fenced garden. There is also plenty of room in the house for your pet to roam around freely. I live in a quiet, safe neighbourhood.

About: My name is Jessica, I’m 25 years old and currently work in a genomics laboratory😊 I am the biggest animal lover EVER & have always grown up around animals so am comfortable with furbabies and their different personalities! I have 3 cats and 2 dogs of my own, Tilly Nacho and Gizmo🐱 alongside Bella and Molly🐶 Looking to earn a little extra money by helping out in looking after any pets that may require my services😍 I am a patient care giver & would take the time to get to know your pets so we are both comfortable 😌 I have plenty of evening and early morning availability, can also pop in and out over weekends when I’m free if needed. Love spending as much of my free time with animals as possible so this works out great for me! I’ll always ensure windows/doors are secured if your cats are indoor only. I know some cats are a little adventurous at the best of times so as much info about your kitty’s would be great to better my understanding of how to care for them. About: I have always had pets in my home (mostly cats and dogs). I dog walk for a variety of my friends and family and have experience dog walking different breeds. I also cat sit and many have been cats that are rescued. I am excited to become and dog walker and pet sitter when required! I have recently went self employed and have so much time to dog walk and cat/dog sit when required. I prefer being self employed meaning i can do this when I want to and which best suits the owner. I am such an animal lover and want to spend time caring/ looking after animals as I see this as more of a hobby compared to a job because I love it so much. About: I've taken care of my dog and my previous housemates dog and made every moment cpunt as well as my own chinchillas and loved it alot. I work weekend on weekend off. So a week where I am on I'll have Wednesday and Thursday and Friday and on a weekend off I work Wednesday Thursday Friday so cnlan fit sitting in around with a months advance notice. About: Dog Mum to Tess my Welsh’s Sheepdog and Wee Cass my Border Collie so left to go to the Rainbow Bridge a few months ago. Ex cat Mum and farmer. Canine First Aid Certified. I am also an AMTRA Registered Animal Medicines Advisor and previously worked in a Veterinary Practice and Agricultural Merchants visiting farms. Currently I work Monday to Friday so weekends work best for me. Could accommodate evening walks/drop ins. I’m pretty flexible and would try to work to suit your pets. I have a walled garden and smaller fenced off area. My dog will be in my home but can be kept separate if required as I have the room to do so. Crating is also available if required! Staying near the beach there is plenty of walks available!

About: I look after cats as if they were my own, getting to know their routine and personality so they feel comfortable and settled at home. I keep things calm and familiar, with plenty of care, attention, and the kind of company your cat actually enjoys. I’ll also send regular updates and photos, so you can relax knowing your cat is happy and well looked after while you’re away. I have my own cat Oreo, he’s a cheeky well loved boy who loves to play and get up to nonsense. I work 2 shifts per week so have plenty of flexibility around your pet, I can come morning and night-time on work days and anytime during my days off. I care for pets in their own home, keeping to their usual routine so they feel safe and comfortable. Visits include feeding, fresh water, litter tray cleaning, playtime or calm company, and lots of care and attention. I always follow your instructions and send regular updates, so you know your cat is happy while you’re away.

About: Growing up I have always been surrounded with dogs and other animals and have absolutely loved taking care of them . Unfortunately now due to my job as Cabin crew I’m unable to have a dog of my own full time as it’s not fair to a dog to be out the country as much as I am. “Taya was absolutely fantastic and really helped me out with poppy. At extremely last minute when I was let down by a friend going away, I was in panic mode as poppy was suffering with a really bad painful ear infection and really needed medication over the period I was away. Taya got back to me really quickly and nothing at all was a problem for her. I was really happy that she was able to meet poppy before I went away and Taya definately went above and beyond doing extra when she didn't need to. I felt so happy and comfortable knowing that I could go away and Taya was confident giving poppy her oral medication and ear drops. The update and photos of poppy looking extremely happy was excellent. Such a great experience and I would highly recommend Taya for anyone's pet going away and would definately use Taya in the future, thank you so much for everything poppy had a great time!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animal since I was 5. I love all animals probably better than people 😀, I love taking care of all a puppy and dog needs. I love spending time with them and make sure they always have fun along with a deserved time off to relax. I’m Working part-time, I am not available the weekends right now but I’m free midweek. I also have a 10 months lab which he is so friendly and full of energy puppy I always make sure I spend time with dogs, going for long adventures, includes normal walks (countryside or beach), playgrounds, feeding dogs accordingly to their diet, making sure they have plenty of space and all the attention & love that they deserve.

About: As a 4th-year veterinary medicine student at the University of Glasgow, caring for animals isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I’ve managed a cattery, looked after my own beloved dogs and cats, and regularly cared for pets belonging to friends and family. Over the past four years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in various veterinary practices, deepening both my clinical skills and my understanding of what pets truly need to feel safe, loved, and comfortable. About: I started as a child rescuing strays and have rescued many since, I am a stay at home mother to an eleven year old daughter. We have 2 labs at present our old girl (whisper 14yrs)and her grandaughter(princess 1yr old) I literally dedicate my life to my family and pets, I pet sit regularly for friends and family so thought this would be perfect for me. Especially as we live in a small village and have a large fenced in garden. I walk my dogs every day long walks up the woods or sometimes down the local beach, as my daughters at school all day. Its a non smoking household, and i love pampering my pooches both of which are well socialised and love other dogs. I dont work outwith the home, so most of my time is dedicated to looking after my home, family and my dogs. I have always took rescue dogs. Until recently that is. As whisper was an ex breeding bitch that we took in, in order to give her the later yrs she deserved. But when we realised what an amazing dog she was, aswel as her outstanding pedigree, i decided to buy 1 of her daughters "autumn" pups ( as i know these breeders very well. I bought her in order to start breeding since i am at home all the time now. And since i have a few friends that already breed, i have plenty of people to rely on for advice. But "princess is only a yr old so i dont intend to breed her for another yr anyway. Hence why i decided to try this out. It just feels like the ideal job for me. I have a large fenced in garden. My dog "princess " is a very high energy and sometimes overly friendly especially when she first meets anyone and even more so when meeting other dogs. However she is very clever and well behaved and absolutely loves the company of other dogs. As we always had more than 1 dog aswell as regular dogs who boarded with us. But our 2 older dogs passed away and due to an unfortunate incident with 1 of our regular dogs who was older and had an undiagnosed underlying issue took a turn for the worst while in my care, traumatised me to a point that I actually stopped and am only just getting back to it now. Dont get me wrong we managed to get him to the vet in time and he survived infact the vet said we actually saved his life by not hesitating and rushing him there at 4am but it was extremely hard so that's why I am only just getting back into it. As we really miss having all the dogs around but we're not ready to get ourselves another one yet. Princess is very well socialised andlovesthecompany of other dog's butis unnuetered as we intend on having a litter from her. So can'ttakeun unnueteredmales forobviousreasons, i also have all the necessary crates,leads etc etc in order to care for dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am also learning how to groom dogs and have most of the equipment so love to practice on my clients dogs if they don't mind. I am a stay at home mother to my 13yr yr old daughter who is also an avid dog lover and one day hopes to become a vet. My life is devoted to my family and my dogs and any dogs that board with us are treated and classed as family. I walk my dogs every day,usually at least twice a day and having patio doors that lead straight out into my garden is ideal, as i tend to leave it open for the dogs to come in n out as they please. And no matter what i am doing, i am able to keep an eye on them at all timesandwe also have a 6foot fence all roundthe garden so it's very secure., The village i live in is surrounded by fields and wooded areas so i can allow my dogs to safely run and play off lead too,aswell as being very close to the beach where I often walk my dogs however i never take risks lettimg other people's dogs off lead unless its in a safe and secure place and I have cleared it with the dogs owner, and i do have long extending leads too. So no matter how well your dog is or isnt off lead they will still be able to join in the long leisurely walks and all the fun that entails.
