“Claire was great. Met Rudy beforehand, maintained good contact and kept me updated about Rudy's walk. They went to the beach which is his favourite place. Would highly recommend Claire and would be delighted for her to care for Rudy again.”

“Couldn’t be happier with Grant! Before his first walk with our dog, Rex, he took the time to meet with us in his own time to make sure we and Rex were comfortable, which we really appreciated. Rex can be a little reactive at times but Grant handled him perfectly. It was clear from the start he was confident, experienced and understood how to manage him in a calm positive way. After the walk we were updated with photos and how it went which gives us a piece of mind. We would highly recommend Grant to anyone looking for a caring, professional dog walker!”

About: Hi, I’m Zach! I’ve been working professionally in animal care for over 10 years, and I’m lucky enough to say my career and my passions are one and the same. I have a Master’s Degree in Animal Behavior and have spent a decade in the field—from teaching animal care to my recent work in Vet Education with Pets at Home. I’m currently "pet parent" to a Poochon named Titan, a cat named Sage, and a snake—very imaginatively named Snakey. Over the years, I’ve cared for everything from birds and reptiles to dogs and small mammals, so I’m comfortable with pets of all shapes and sizes. My expertise: Behavioral Insight: Because of my background in behavior, I’m experienced in monitoring body language. I can usually spot if a pet is feeling "off" or stressed well before it becomes a problem. Qualified Care: I’m a Pet First Aid trainer, so if an emergency ever does crop up, I have the professional training to handle it calmly and effectively. All-Day Company: Since I work from home, I’m around throughout the day to keep your pets happy, entertained, and well-supervised. I’d love to provide your pets with expert care and plenty of attention while you’re away. Looking forward to meeting you and your team! Working remotely gives me total flexibility. I can be at your door at the drop of a hat, providing professional care whenever your pet needs it. As a former teacher and current professional educator, I bring a high level of professional integrity, safety, and genuine care to every pet and home.

About: I've had both cats & dogs all throughout my life & I have plenty of experience looking after pets. I regularly look after family & friends pets & I love having a furry companion in the house. I live in a house with a large garden with lots of room to play, & I work from home so I have plenty of availability. I'm comfortable with large dogs and can accommodate any special requests or concerns you might have. Excited to meet your furry best friend! 🐈🐶 I work from home full-time self employed so I'd love a furry companion or two to keep me company! I'm available for day sits, nights & holidays and I'm able to accommodate for as many walks needed. I'd love to keep you updated regularly about how your pet is doing with pictures and texts ☺️ happy to listen to any requests or concerns you have.
About: Growing up I have always been surrounded with dogs and other animals and have absolutely loved taking care of them . Unfortunately now due to my job as Cabin crew I’m unable to have a dog of my own full time as it’s not fair to a dog to be out the country as much as I am. That is why I would really love to help take care your pets in my free time from work which is very flexible month to month ! Whether that be dog walking or house sitting I can’t fit in with the best needs of you and your fluffy loved ones. With my schedule at work I have a lot of free days through the month . And I will update my calendar on here regularly so that you are always aware of my availability. I’m more than happy to fit around your dogs needs and wants with regards to outside walks and house sits which we can discuss when booking.
About: I’m new to Rover as a sitter, but I’m really excited to start taking care of people’s pets. I’ve looked after animals since I was young and began pet sitting for family and friends when I was around 12. Over the years I’ve gained experience with walking, feeding, bathing, and keeping pets’ spaces clean. I’m confident with animals of all sizes and temperaments. I’ve cared for everything from gentle Great Danes to tiny snakes, so I’m not easily intimidated. I genuinely love working with animals and I’m looking forward to meeting new pets and their people. I’m currently in my off-season from work, so I’m completely free and flexible until February. Pet care fits easily into my routine because I spend my time playing rugby, seeing family and friends, and working on personal skills, so I have plenty of availability throughout the week. Since my schedule is wide open, I can offer reliable care, regular check-ins, and lots of attention for your pets whenever you need it. When I’m caring for pets in someone’s home, I focus on keeping their routine consistent and their environment safe. I always follow any instructions you leave, including feeding times, walk schedules, and any house rules your pet is used to. I make sure doors and gates are secure, keep an eye on anything they might get into, and give them plenty of attention so they feel relaxed while you’re away. I’m clean, respectful of your space, and make sure everything is left as I found it. I also send regular updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and in good hands.

About: As a 4th-year veterinary medicine student at the University of Glasgow, caring for animals isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I’ve managed a cattery, looked after my own beloved dogs and cats, and regularly cared for pets belonging to friends and family. Over the past four years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in various veterinary practices, deepening both my clinical skills and my understanding of what pets truly need to feel safe, loved, and comfortable. Whether it's cuddles, playtime, or medication support, I treat every pet like my own—with patience, compassion, and genuine care. I am currently awaiting my fourth-year exam results, which I expect to receive by the end of June. Please feel free to get in touch regarding availability from September onwards. At present, I am unable to confirm dates definitively, but I will be happy to provide an update once my results are released. 🐾💜 I am currently transitioning into my final year at vet school which is claiming to be very full on leaving little free time however I update my calendar regularly so it’s usually accurate. About: Hi I’m new to Rover but have over 20 years experience of looking after my own and clients’ dogs. I will treat your dogs just like my own, ensuring they receive unique and appropriate care whilst they are with me. I appreciate all dogs are so different and will go the extra mile to make them feel safe in my home. Having had many dogs into old age, senior dogs are perhaps a speciality of mine. I am unphased by larger breeds as I currently have a Romanian shepherd dog aged 1. She is very friendly and loves the company of other dogs. I live 5 minutes walk from the beach at Greenan Shore and just a 5 minute drive to the two beautiful local parks. The safety of your pets is paramount, I will only walk off lead with your written permission. As I have a 10 year old son, I can only take pets who are completely safe with children. My son also knows not to over pet a dog and respect space having had a very tricky rescue dog of our own in the past for many years. I am fully insured by Cliverton Pet Insurance. I work mainly from home so your pets will not be left unattended for more than 3 hours. If you have specific requests I will discuss these fully with you. I have an enclosed, private fenced garden. There is also plenty of room in the house for your pet to roam around freely. I live in a quiet, safe neighbourhood.
“It was total peace of mind having Natalie walking Skye whilst I was away for a short break. Natalie took time to meet Skye beforehand and get to know her likes and dislikes. I was kept updated each day including pictures. Skye thoroughly enjoyed herself with Natalie. I would definitely book Natalie again in the future.”

“Tayler is an absolute dream! She looked after my wee Yorkie on my wedding day coming to get him from the venue and walking him and checking in on him every couple of hours. She was perfect all day and did not try to contact us at all unless we contacted her for pictures, so as not to “annoy” us on our big day. I must have messaged her a million times before the day and she got back to be everytime. Nothing was ever a bother. I would never use anyone else”
