I’m new to Rover as a sitter, but I’m really excited to start taking care of people’s pets. I’ve looked after animals since I was young and began pet sitting for family and friends when I was around 12. Over the years I’ve gained experience with walking, feeding, bathing, and keeping pets’ spaces clean. I’m confident with animals of all sizes and temperaments. I’ve cared for everything from gentle Great Danes to tiny snakes, so I’m not easily intimidated. I genuinely love working with animals and I’m looking forward to meeting new pets and their people.

When I’m caring for pets in someone’s home, I focus on keeping their routine consistent and their environment safe. I always follow any instructions you leave, including feeding times, walk schedules, and any house rules your pet is used to. I make sure doors and gates are secure, keep an eye on anything they might get into, and give them plenty of attention so they feel relaxed while you’re away. I’m clean, respectful of your space, and make sure everything is left as I found it. I also send regular updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and in good hands.

Charlie looks after our 2 beagle girls very well.. always sends us lovely photos during the visits and this gives us a lot if reassurance. Charlie has a very calm approach to the dogs and they love and trust him. This service from Charlie is working out great for us and the dogs. 👍🐶🐶
Charlie has been great with my dog Ruby. He’s walked her regularly for me and also popped in a few times when I needed someone last minute. Ruby gets really nervous with fireworks and he kept her calm and comforted her the whole time. She absolutely adores him. Would happily recommend!

Schedule
I’m currently in my off-season from work, so I’m completely free and flexible until February. Pet care fits easily into my routine because I spend my time playing rugby, seeing family and friends, and working on personal skills, so I have plenty of availability throughout the week. Since my schedule is wide open, I can offer reliable care, regular check-ins, and lots of attention for your pets whenever you need it.
