“Paula just gets it, y’know? We immediately felt very comfortable with her and she did an absolutely wonderful job staying with our dogs. She even noticed things we’d missed! Very kind and very thorough.”

“I highly recommend Edita, she looked after our puppy for us this weekend and has done a fantastic job. She has been kind, loving and taken her out for some lovely walks. It means a lot to trust someone with your dog, but Edita made us feel comfortable about leaving our puppy with her and it was clear to us that she’s a dog person and spent lots of time doing nice things with her. Thank you so much ❤️”

“I highly recommend Chloe and have no hesitation in having her look after our dog in our home again. Chloe was great with our nervous dog and took her out on long walks and adventures. We had lovely photos of their time together. Chloe left the house clean and tidy. She is very reliable and trustworthy and went out of her way to be helpful.”

“Vanessa was brilliant looking after two pets (one dog, one cat) recently whilst we went abroad for 10 days. Each day she posted photos/videos of the both of them enjoying walks and trips out which gave us the reassurance that they were being well looked after. She also looked after the house which was immaculate when we returned home. Would highly recommend her services. ??”

About: Hi! I have decades of experience with pet dogs and used to train border collies. We had guinea pigs, cats, chickens and fish too. I can't have a dog right now, so adore spending time with other people's. I don't do pack walks, so your pets get my undivided attention. I have CPD courses in: Animal Behaviour & Welfare (Uni of Edinburgh, 10 hrs) Chicken Behaviour & Welfare (Uni of Edinburgh, 9 hrs) Dog Emotion & Cognition (Dale University 22 hrs) I'm a former teacher and have an Enhanced DBS check certificate (2024), so you can rest assured that your home and pets are in trustworthy hands. I can often be very flexible about availability. I do need to use your wi-fi if I do house sits for you as I work from home on my laptop. You know best what keeps your pets safe, so if you have an escape artist, if your cats need to be kept inside, or if your dog's recall is a little iffy, I'll make sure to look out for that. I understand that some dogs are reactive to environmental factors and can even be snappy to humans or other dogs. I have experience with dogs like this, but it's really important that you let me know if that's the case with your pooch. I can only manage it if I know beforehand. I know how important routine is for animals, so will do my best to stick to your usual ways of doing things.

About: I’ve owned many dogs including rescues and my current older Labrador girl! I work at the local vets as an animal nursing assistant so very familiar with dog care I currently work at Axe Valley Veterinary practice full time but I am able to pop home at lunch hours to see your pets and after work/ on weekends I’ll be with them full time. I walk/feed your animals before and after work and in the evenings enrichment and play time is key. I’m fully trained with animal care, as I work in the vets, I’m able to medicate if needed and give your animals the best care. I’m fully trained in animal nursing and have the skills to know what’s best needed for your animals.

About: Between us both we’ve had over two years experience owning our own dog, which has included training our Cockapoo from the age of 8 weeks old. We’ve both cared for friends and families dog in the past over many years, and both of us have been previous cat owners. We’re both massive animal lovers, your pet would be treated with love and care, plus they’d have our Cockapoo Ziggy in the home as a friend. Both of us completed a dog first aid course in September 2023. We both work full time and our own dog goes to doggy daycare if we both need to be in the office on the same day. We can consider weekday boarding but would need good notice so we can make arrangements for at least one of us to be working from home. We’re most likely available on the weekends for boarding. We get out and about for walks on the weekends in the Quantocks or local beaches, sometimes we day trip to Devon or Dorset. We have a spacious house and good sized garden for your dog to relax or play in. We’d follow any instruction on feeding regime etc.

About: I am a qualified dog groomer and have worked and owned dogs my whole life, Having owned and worked with numerous breeds, I understand that every dog is different. I have completed Canine First Aid course through a local college and have a Pet Sitting qualification. Working from home gives me the freedom to look after your dog and be there a majority of the time, my studio is in my garden, living at the base of the Quantock hills our walks are varied and quiet. I have enhanced DBS check. Dogs that come to stay will be treated as part of the family, every dog is different and their stay with me will be tailored to meet their needs.

“We would like to thoroughly recommend Grace and Rhodri. We were nervous at leaving our very spoiled 10 year old Border Terrier for a couple of weeks, however, we really shouldn't have worried. From meeting us a couple of months before our holiday to discuss Bella's needs, to the daily updates with photographs we could relax knowing that Bella was being totally looked after and was happy and comfortable in her own home. In fact I think she is sulking with us as we are back to the normal routine and not the long exciting walks she has had over the past two weeks. We came home to a lovely clean house and a relaxed and happy dog. House sitting is such a good way to ensure that your animals remain happy while you are away, making things so much less stressful and Grace and Rhodri are just so brilliant at looking after all your animals needs.”

“Brilliant care and attention from Aimee. She is such a natural with our dog Dottie. She is kind, caring and thoughtful. I always feel reassured and safe knowing that Aimee is looking after Dottie.”

“I left my two dogs with Chloe while we had a family day out. They don't usually like being left with anyone else and fret and sit by the door untill we come back to collect them... They wear both absolutely fine with Chloe, really settled when we picked them up not their usual "jumping up and crying" on our return. They are both going again this week an we will definitely use Chloe again in future 🤩”

“Harriet was amazing looking after our lurcher Frankie (who suffers from separation anxiety). She put our minds at ease right away, so we could relax knowing Frankie was in good hands. We’ll definitely ask Harriet to dog sit again! 5 stars!”

About: I have taken care of my friend's dogs for over 4 years now, dogsitting, walks and vet appointments, and I feel confident to look after your pets whenever you need. I am a university student with only two days at uni with most of my time being spent at home studying on my own at home which makes my schedule very flexible.
