“Anya took great care of Biscuit. Super responsive, communicative and I felt good leaving Biscuit to be cared for by her. Biscuit can be challenging, especially with new people, so I really appreciated Anya following our needs and care instructions. We came home to Biscuit being very happy. Would recommend!”

About: Hello everyone 👋 My name is Ruby, and I’m a 24-year-old devoted pet lover. When I’m not working as an assistant psychologist, I love to spend time with my friends’ and family’s pets. I’m not currently lucky enough to have my own cat or dog, so spending time with other people’s pets brings me a lot of happiness! I promise to treat your pet with care and patience, and will respect their unique personality. I’d love the chance to meet your feline friend! I work full-time, mon-fri, 9-5. I work from home on some days, so can do occasional house sitting (at my house), walks and drop-ins on weekdays. I offer all services on weekends. Dogs welcome to my house. My house is pet and child free with a garden and fence. I am happy to go to your home to look after your furry companion.

“Hannah has gone above and beyond to make sure my cat Calypso was well and looked after whilst I was away on a work trip. Instantly could see her love for animals and trusted her straight away which has definitely remained the case. She will be my first point of contact whenever I need with this help again. Thank you Hannah !!”

“Martha came over to help me with Merlin’s desensitisation training. It was so much fun, our 30 minute drop in session ended up lasting longer. It was a pleasure to get to know you a little bit 😊”

“Katie was very attentive and spent lots of time with Hester to make sure she was happy and healthy while we were away. She also bought her own toys for Hester to play with to give some variety. Katie is clearly an animal lover and we'd highly reccomend her as a sitter!”

About: If you are looking for someone friendly and trustworthy to look after your four legged friend then I’m here to help. I have had dogs since I was 8 years old and currently I have two cavapoo’s who live at home with my mum. I am based in West London (Ealing) and can travel to your home or your dog can come to mine. I have a lovely enclosed garden and plenty of parks around my area for our furry friends to stretch their legs and explore. I am currently completing a pet first aid course so your pet will be in safe and capable hands. For more information and photos feel free to drop me a message 🐾 I look forward to hearing from you and your pups 🐕🦺

About: Desperately missing my 14 year old family dog & in need of a local furry friend. I’ve volunteered at dog rescue shelters & have been a regular dog walker since I was a child. My friends often ask me to dog sit for them & I’d like to think I’m a natural with dogs. Only thing stopping me from getting my own is my work, so wanting to look after other people’s fur babies when I’m WFH & on days off. I current work away for a day or two a week on a weekend, but tend to work from home at least 3 days a week which is when I can look after them. I also have a lot of annual leave in the summer where I can help out lots. We have a small fenced garden at the back and live close to a park/the river with lots of lovely walks nearby. We live in a house so have lots of space indoors too!

“Jo is amazing. Stepped in really last minute so that I could take my daughter out. Trustworthy, punctual and respectful of our home, benji adores her. We love seeing Jo and ending the dog sit with a nice chat. Thank you so much.”

About: As a 39-year-old professional who grew up surrounded by cats and dogs, I’ve always had a deep love for animals and their unique personalities. With years of experience pet-sitting for friends and family, I’m passionate about providing top-notch care, ensuring every pet feels loved, safe, and happy while their owners are away. I’m active and enjoy long walks, and I’d be thrilled to take your furry friend for a stroll through beautiful Richmond Park or other local spots. Whether it’s a leisurely walk or an adventurous outing, I’m happy to cater to your pet’s energy levels and preferences. I also have a car, so I can take them for longer trips to explore new walking routes if desired. Running my own business allows me to tailor my schedule around your pet’s needs, ensuring they get plenty of attention, playtime, and care. I love getting to know each pet’s quirks and character, and I’m committed to providing detailed updates to reassure you that your pet is thriving in my care. Living in a second-floor flat means I can’t have my own pets, so I’m so excited to share my love and energy with yours. Whether it’s cuddles for a cat or an energetic walk for a dog, I’m here to make sure your pet feels right at home with me! As a 39-year-old professional running my own business, I have the flexibility to integrate pet care into my daily and weekly routine seamlessly. My schedule allows me to prioritise the pets' needs, ensuring they get ample attention, exercise, and love. Daily, I can structure my work around morning and evening walks, feeding times, and play sessions. For example, I love starting the day with a long walk in Richmond Park, which is perfect for energetic dogs, and I’m happy to spend time cuddling or engaging with cats during breaks in my workday. My active lifestyle means I’m always up for multiple walks or outdoor adventures, and I can drive to different locations for variety if needed. I can adjust my commitments to accommodate overnight stays, regular check-ins, or extended care every week, depending on the pet’s requirements. Since I don’t have pets of my own due to living in a second-floor flat, pet-sitting fills that gap and brings joy to my routine. I also make it a point to observe and understand each pet’s personality, providing tailored care and detailed updates to owners to ensure peace of mind. Pet care is a natural and rewarding part of my flexible, pet-loving lifestyle! Dog Walking: I offer fun, safe walks in Richmond Park or beyond, matching your dog’s energy. Walks include water, cleanup, and photo updates. Drop-In Visits: I visit your home to feed, play, and cuddle cats or dogs, clean litter boxes, and follow care routines, sending photo updates. House Sitting: I stay overnight in your home, maintaining your pet’s routine with walks, feeding, and attention, keeping your home secure and sharing updates.

About: Hello, I live with Ida, my 2-year old labradoodle girl who I have had since she was a puppy. I am interested in dogs (obvsl) and would enjoy to walk two, it‘ll bring even more fun into our walks. Depending on what we arrange, I would take care of yours in any way that works for both of us. Walking, taking them to mine, staying at yours… I don’t have a 9-5 job, so some days I can walk early, sometimes late, it depends on the weekday. Weekends always work. It would be great if we met before I first took care of your pup, see how they get on. Ida is pretty chill with other dogs, but let’s be sure. Talk soon :) I walk my dog anyway, so why not have yours join us?! Depending on day and time we can arrange ourselves. My weekdays differ from weekday to weekday, but rarely from week to week. So do drop me a message. :) I have a balcony and let my dog sleep most of the time. Or we cuddle. Or we go out to the park or to the Thames. So caring for your dog it really depends what you would like (a long or short walk?) or what the circumstances are (I don't care about weather (i.e. rain), but in the heat we might take it slow. Because I won't know your pooch I will not let them off the lead. There is, however an enclosed dog area nearby which we could use to run around freely. It all depends, really.

About: I’ve completed basic training with my family Labrador and German Shorthaired Pointer. So I know how to correctly walk your dog. I’ve also cared for a beautiful teacup Yorkie with special needs. I am observant and read the body language of dogs quite well. I would use these skills to ensure your dog has a good experience with me and is kept safe at all times. I am currently taking a break from my desk job and would love to walk your dog and drop-in to check on your furry friend! My schedule is pretty open so I can walk your dog and do house visit as and when needed. I have cared for big dogs (up to 90kgs), medium dogs and also very small dogs (less than 2kgs) so I am aware that each dog requires a different approach. I am happy to follow specific instructions and will take care in making sure the dog and owner are happy. I have volunteered at a number of animal shelters and can administer basic medication. I will do my utmost to ensure your beloved pet is happy and safe!

“Jo is fantastic with our puppy, Enzo! She arrived right on time for our drop in visit, has been easy to communicate with, and Enzo absolutely adores her. We won’t hesitate to book with Jo again.”

About: My partner and I have grown up with dogs and cats, we currently look after friends and family dog and cat needs when they go away, and used to care for a neighbour's little one, but have recently moved to Richmond which is too far. We'd love to have a permanent pet of our own but it's against our rental contract, so just love the opportunity to get some dog/cat cuddles, strokes, attention and care despite the limitations of our rental situation My partner works full-time from home Monday to Friday so plenty of company available during the working day and flexible for evenings. Happy and able to accommodate whatever needs you or your pet may have My partner and I both work 9-5/5:30, working within Richmond at home and in the office. We can pop-in for a play, or take your loved creatures for walks at lunch, and then another visit or adventure afterwards (if that's what they need). We're fairly active, so having excuses for walks (or even a running companion if you like!) is great for us. We will look after your pet as indicated, so whether that's crating or cuddling, we're happy to work with what makes your pet happy during the day. One thing we don't do is let dogs or cats sleep in our bed.

About: 28 years of experience with my own dogs (border collies and cockerpoos), both from puppies to more senior doggos! Very comfortable with training dogs too. Currently work from home 3 days a week, so available to walk, sit or board on weekdays or weekends! Can easily flex work schedule around furry friends! I live in a very well contained, beautiful flat just off Richmond Green, so have plenty of options for walkies! My partner, Angus, is also dog obsessed - so between us we make a perfect pair! Photo of the two of us in my photos ☺️☺️🐶🐶

About: I’ve always had dogs since birth and am renowned amongst friends ask the dog lover so am always chosen to pet sit. I come from a family where leavings dogs alone at home for anything longer than a few minutes is sacrilegious… our dogs are our babies. Dogs are the best companions (much better than people ;)) I work 2 days a week in the office but this is flexible. I am happy to adjust my schedule so that what I do is dog friendly. I will always be with your dog myself, taking him with me wherever I go. If I have no choice but to leave your dog it will only be for a few minutes. I care for them like me own.

Ruth A.
“I have offered to write a testimonial for Ruthie as I couldn’t be more pleased with love and care she has given to my dog over the last 9 years. Ruthie has cared for my little girl Jelly when I’ve been away on holiday and during some of my working days. Jelly has several medical issues and even with being a vet myself her needs can be very testing and worrying but Ruthie has always shown care, compassion and true understanding and always has such initiative and knowledge of her daily needs. I trust her with her fully. She loves Jelly as if she was her own and Jelly absolutely adores her. I really couldn’t recommend Ruthie enough. I know she has experience in most ages/breeds of dogs and is always offering to volunteer at local shelters just so she can help and spend time with them. You can put your trust in Ruthie as the care I see from her shows me that she understands that each dog is a cherished member of family and not just a pet.”
