“Our dogs know Debbie and Andrew, as we have met them a few times before. We know how much they love dogs, so we had no hesitation in booking them to walk our 2 boys. Jamie was very happy to meet Debbie and Andrew again, he really enjoyed his walk with them. We have booked further walks, as we know our boys will be well looked after.”

“If you are considering booking Ivett do not hesitate! 100% recommend. Ivett really understands dogs and is a natural. I’m really happy we found Ivett and our dog loves her too!”

About: Experienced pet lover & owner with over 10 years of hands-on care, and I’d love to help look after your fur baby. I’ve had my own cat for a decade - she’s a little lazy (unless it’s 3am!) and loves her treats, cuddles, and being brushed (who’d have thought it!) So I know the ins and outs of feline quirks & behaviours to make them feel safe and happy. She stays between my house & my parents so if your pet isn’t comfortable with other cats, it’s not a problem - I can accommodate. I also look after my friends’ & families dogs on a weekly basis - including daytime walks, overnight stays when they’re away for work or holidays & general care and checking in on them! Experience with: • Staffies (5 years exp) • Golden retrievers (5 yrs exp) • Shih tzu (10+ years exp) • Husky (2 years exp) • Dachshund (6 years exp) From walks and playtime to pupachinos, snuggles and a tonne of attention, I’m quite happy to divert my “working from home” energy to someone a little more cuter and deserving!! Whether your pet needs a walk, a feed, a cuddle, or just some company while you’re out, I’m here to help. Being a nurse by background & my warm personality trait I’m a safe and trusting space for your pet :-) I work flexible hours, so I can often accommodate weekday or weekend care. By profession I’m a nurse, but I work flexibly through an agency - so no long shifts or full-day absences here!! I’m often home during weekdays and have availability on weekends too. This includes travelling to your location for a small fee. I’m pretty flexible with timing and can be there at short notice if it’s a last minute trip you’re planning to be away for. Would love a furry WFH buddy to talk to and make a fuss over and accompany me on my lunch break walks rather than sticking my headphones in and walking aimlessly just to get my steps in! I have a fenced in garden - over 7ft tall. There is nothing in my house I would class as an environmental concern for my own pet - therefore it’s safe for your pet too. Happy to provide picture of where pets are to stay, sleep, relax etc. No area is off limits in my house.

“Simone is truly a five star dog walker and sitter. She is the best in what she do and Leo and we love her. She is part of family for us and we recommend her to anyone who like to have VIP service.”

About: I've had pets (dogs and cats) almost all of my life, and became a veterinary nurse straight after leaving college. I just love animals! My vet experience means that I am happy to care for any pets who may have additional medical or care needs, and that I am pet first aid trained. I currently work part-time (3 days a week) and on my days off I spend most of my time at home or dog walking, so pets will have someone with them most of the time. We have a large fenced garden to play in, with grass and paved areas, so plenty of space for games and cuddles. I love dog walks on my days off in many of the local parks.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life of different breeds, I’ve also had family trust me with their dogs for weeks at a time. I currently own a German shepherd but I have owned a Yorkshire terrier, a bulldog and a jack Russell in the past! I have also volunteered at a local doggy daycare called Frankie’s for 3 months where I looked after 35+ dogs and made sure the daycare was fun and safe! I’m currently unemployed so I have all day and night to spend time with your fur baby, whether it’s just a little check in and play or a full day care I’m free! I have walked dogs, clear up after them, play with them, fed them and trained them! I enjoy creating mind exercises for the dogs to keep them busy and engaged!

About: I have been taking care of pets since 8 years now. Along with my husband, I moved countries, leaving our pets ( 2 dogs and 2 cats) behind with our loving family who currently take care of them! Making use of all this built up love and longing for our fur babies till we meet them again! x I am currently on mat leave and husband works 4 days which gives us plenty of time to board according to our availability and your needs. We have a fenced garden outside but the cats will be mostly inside our house which is secure and with me at home at all times, safety isn’t a problem.

About: I’m an experienced pet owner with a plethora of experience in pet sitting / dog walking. I look after a sprocker spaniel on Mondays - so I am up for a challenge. I have 2 rabbits, and a mouse - I love them dearly, and appreciate the time and effort that actually goes into caring for small pets, despite misconceptions - my 2 rabbits are free roaming, and spin for treats! I used to have a west Ireland terrier that I loved dearly, from the age of 7, he became mine fully when I was 17. I have over 9 years of pet sitting / caring / walking experience. As a bonus, I volunteer at the RSPCA, socialising the animals! Pet care has become the essence of my routine! I do it full-time, Monday to Sunday, and have availability 24/7 (almost). This is subject to change. I will care for your pet in your home with the rules you provide me - I know every pet is different, for example, when people were required to pet sit my hamster, food MUST have been scattered for enrichment! - I can provide whatever care you demand, and I can do it with compassion and respect. I can ensure your pets remain happy and healthy whilst you're away or we're on a walk.

About: Hello! My name is Inna. I recently moved to the UK and would love to spend more time with dogs again. I’ve had several dogs in the past — two wonderful Rottweilers, a playful Pug, and a sweet French Bulldog. They were all part of my life and my heart. At the moment, I don’t have my own dog, but I really miss the daily joy and energy they bring. That’s why I’m here on Rover — to walk, play, and care for your furry friends as if they were my own. I live in a quiet, comfortable home with a safe garden, perfect for dogs to relax and feel secure. I enjoy taking dogs on calm walks, giving them attention, cuddles, and playtime. I’m reliable, calm, and responsible — and I understand how important it is to know your pet is in good hands. Whether your dog needs a short walk, a friendly daytime companion, or a warm home for the night — I’ll be happy to help! 🐶💕 Pet care fits naturally into my daily life. I currently have a flexible schedule and spend most of my time at home. I'm available for walks and drop-in visits in the mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. I offer flexible pet care depending on your needs: – I can visit your home to feed, check on, or spend time with your pet. – I'm happy to take dogs out for walks in parks or quiet streets. – I can also host small or calm dogs in my home if you're away on holiday.

“Last minute walk for Ollie. Michael and Angela made sure Ollie was comfortable with them, spending time with them both before letting the fun commence in the park! One happy pup when I got home! Thank you both x”

About: With 10 years of experience working with dogs, I’ve developed a strong, natural understanding of their behaviour, needs, and personalities, along with a wide range of practical skills. From a young age, I took the initiative to volunteer at multiple doggy daycares, where I cared for a diverse mix of dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages. I’ve had the privilege of working with playful puppies who thrive on stimulation, structure, and training, as well as senior dogs who require a gentler pace, extra patience, and comfort. As a devoted dog owner myself, I understand the pressure and concern that comes with finding the right person to look after your dog. When your pup is in my care, they’ll be welcomed into both my home and heart—receiving the love, attention, and tail wags they truly deserve!🐾☺️ Upon booking, I’ll ask for full details regarding your dog’s usual routine—whether it’s feeding times, toilet breaks, preferred walking routes, or bedtime habits. I’ll follow these closely to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. Unlike many other sitters who have full-time jobs or other commitments, I’m able to give your dog my full, undivided attention, ensuring they are never left unattended. My home is located in Preston town centre, offering easy access to a wide variety of walking routes, parks, and scenic spots for your dog to explore🌈. I live in a ground floor apartment within a secure complex, which features a gated entrance requiring a pin code for access, 24/7 CCTV surveillance, and an additional pin-protected entry to the apartment block itself. This layered security ensures your pup is safe and well protected at all times! Inside, my home is a clean, smoke-free, and comfortable environment where your pets are more than welcome to relax on the sofa for plenty of snuggles and cuddles, or indulge in some fun with their favourite toys.☺️🐾

About: Since I was 8 years old, we have always had dogs in the family. I bought my own house a couple of years ago and whilst I currently work from home all the time, there is a chance I may be back in the office or need to travel for work in the future. Due to these circumstances, I have been unable to commit to having my own pet. I miss having a dog and it would bring me a lot of joy to help you look after your pet temporarily. I work from home every day and have flexible working hours which give me the opportunity to go walking whenever. This gives me the time to provide your pet with the care and attention they deserve. I have a private fenced off rear garden which has a mixture of patio, grass and decking. I also live close to several walks which I can adapt the length to meet the needs of your pet(s). I'm happy to let your pet(s) on the furniture or/and the bed. I will also update you with pictures of how your pet is doing whilst in my care.

About: Like a lot of us here, I have grown up with and caring for dogs from a young age, my own and those of friends, family and neighbours. This is where my love for our four legged friends began. After sadly losing my senior Staffordshire Bull Terrier to old age, the house felt well just that… not a home. I went on to raise two little boys, our 4 and 2 year old French Bulldog’s Otis and Reggie, and love them and all of their lil’ frenchie quirks more than life itself. I do not pretend to have an abundance of professional experience as I have been a civil servant for the majority of my adult life, but I do have genuine love and passion for dogs and all animals and spending time with them is as good for my soul as it is for theirs. One of our boys was quite nervous and reactive towards other unfamiliar dogs after being attacked as a pup by a dog with a clueless owner, which means I am not deterred by caring for your doggo if they too are a little sensitive and understand the importance of them still getting the exercise and stimulation they need. I am used to walking more than one dog, and type of dog ranging from Yorkshire Terrier to Hungarian Vizsla in size and with my own transport I am happy to walk locally or travelling to local dog friendly parks and trails that we use regularly. I have recently made the decision to leave the prison service and therefore, my availability is very open and flexible to suit yours and your pets needs. I always clean up after my own pets and will reciprocate this, especially when out and about. I will ensure that any activities are weather appropriate and fresh water is always available for your furry friend. Leads are preferred at all times as getting your pet home to you safe is imperative, but I am happy and adaptable to accommodate your pets individual needs.

About: Hello, My name is Rashed and I’m thrilled to meet you ! I am currently a university student, studying psychology. As an international student I had to leave my two best friends back home Dakota and Trump. My dogs grew up in a family of animal lovers and as a result I learned a lot about animals as we had a wide range of animals, but I always had a special connection with dogs. I also volunteered in dog hotels ; that helped me understand not only the physical aspect but also the psychological aspect of dog care. I also did military courses and dealt with different police dogs and watched how they’re maintained. To wrap up, I am an honest hard working man and I have around 10+ years of experience with big and small dogs and believe I will exceed your expectations.

About: Why let me look after your pet? Well…I have a genuine passion for dogs which is a good start. I've been around various different dog breeds all my life (having had my first pet from the age of 8) giving me a broad understanding of their unique needs and personalities. To me, dogs are not just pets; they are cherished members of the family who bring immense joy and love into our lives. One of my dogs tended to be a bit of a reactive terrier, which taught me invaluable skills in handling dogs with challenging behaviours. I'm proficient in slip lead walking and my experience with reactive dogs has equipped me with the patience, techniques, and understanding needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both your dog and me. Choosing me as your pet sitter means your furry friend will be in the hands of someone who not only has extensive experience but also truly loves and cares for dogs. I strive to create a comfortable, loving environment for every dog I look after, treating them as if they were my own. I currently work full time Monday to Friday but I get to work from home quite frequently. So I’m more than happy to take doggies out in the morning/afternoon/ or evening as I finish work between 4/5 most days. I’m also available at weekends pending there is nothing in the social diary! I have a fenced garden & live very close to some beautiful walking spots. I’m also happy to put doggies in their crate if required. Whatever suits the owner.

“Met Tom for the first time today. All 3 of our dogs took to Tom straight away, so we knew that Robbie would be OK, going for a walk with him. It was clear that Tom loves dogs and we have no hesitation in recommending him. In fact we have booked Tom again to take Jamie, another of our dogs.”

“Chan house sat for my 3 cats in 2023 - so quite a while ago and I still use her now!! I unfortunately was called away for a family emergency and she was there within a flash. Not only did she look after Milo, Enzo and Buttons but she kept my house so clean (cleaner than I had left it) and went to buy the boys food off her own back without bothering me. I still use her years on and that speaks volumes. Thank you as always - Deborah B.”

“Leanna has often looked after our two dogs and two cats. We had a senior Yorkshire Terrier (RIP), a German Shepherd, and two cats. She fed them, played and walked them all. She entertained them and put their needs first. Leanna loved our pets and even when times got tough with our senior Yorkie, Leanna always put him first. Dogs gravitate to Leanna for her loving nature, calm demeanour, and fun. Leanna is always the first person our friends and family turn to for caring for their pets. I would highly recommend Leanna to anyone who wants their pet to be taken good care of.”

“I would highly recommend Lucy as a pet caregiver, as a dog owner herself she shares a passion for animals and an overall love for them. She has cared for both of my dogs Ronnie & Elanor on numerous occasions when we have been away, holiday, wedding etc, they have an amazing bond with her and we never have any issues they are always pleased and excited to see her. She does everything and more for them, feeding, walking, days out even as far as bathing when Ronnie got a little mucky! I highly recommend Lucy :)”

Matthew T.
“5 STAR. Matthew is a dog person. He has helped me raise my dog for years including teaching her her first tricks and also helping her get over her fear of water. I think the best thing about Matthew is his ability to mimic a dogs energy. If he is with a younger or energetic dog he can play with them for ages or if the dog is chilled/ older he is happy just to snuggle them. He doesn’t have a dog at the moment but has grown up with them and always been around them. He is fantastic with mine and I am always confident when he dog sits for me. Couldn’t recommend more.”
