“Karl has a calm and confident way with dogs, and ours trusted him from the outset. After an initial 'meet and greet' we were confident that the dogs and our house would be in safe hands while we were away for the weekend. Karl kept us updated via WhatsApp with photos and news about what they had been doing which was reassuring as our younger dog had never been left with a sitter before. We had no need to worry, and came home to two happy, calm and well exercised dogs. I would have no hesitation to recommend Karl.”

“I recently had the pleasure of having Cathy take care of my dog and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment she arrived, it was clear Cathy has a genuine love for dogs. She provided regular updates, including photos which gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in great hands. He was exercised well and received plenty of love and attention. Cathy treated my home with the same love and everything spotless. I highly recommend Cathy to anyone in need of a reliable and caring dog sitter and I will definitely be booking her again in the future..”

“Adeline saved our trip to Greece as another pet sitter cancelled our booking last minute, I believe Spike had a great time and I felt he was well looked after. Can't thank Adeline enough!”

“We couldn’t be happier with the care Teodora provided for Yohji and Kozo over the weekend. From the moment she arrived, it was clear how much she loves dogs, and our two couldn’t have been in better hands. She kept us updated with plenty of messages and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind. But more importantly, she showered them with love and attention, making sure they were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We came home to two very content dogs and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Highly recommended!”

“Our dogs took very well to Emily and she was friendly, capable, and professional in looking after them as well as our home. She dealt with the needs of an elderly dog who had recently undergone an operation and she is highly recommended by us for that kindness.”

“Olivia was absolutely fantastic and our cat was immediately comfortable with her. She did a great job looking after him and following instructions, so we came home to a very happy cat! She is very friendly and calm, and we absolutely wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any pet parents ☺️”

“Imogen was an excellent dogsitter for my puppy, Winston. She was always punctual, incredibly attentive, and very nurturing with him. As Winston is still a puppy, it was important to me that his bathroom training remained consistent, and Imogen did a fantastic job keeping up with his routine. Winston absolutely loved spending time with her, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about his wellbeing. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such capable hands. I highly recommend Imogen to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dogsitter, especially for puppies who need extra attention and patience.”

About: After my dog Lucy (a Patterdale Terrier and Jack Russel cross), who was part of the family for many years, passed away, I still loved dogs but wasn't ready for another dog of my own, so I began to dog sit. First I cared for Buster (2 year old Daschund/Jack Russel cross), then for Alfie (a 4 year old cocker spaniel), Pierre (a 6 year old wire haired Visla), and Betti and Jeff (Bernese mountain dogs). All of these dogs had their own personalities and needs. For example, Buster, who was a lot smaller than Betti and Jeff, needed a very different type of walk (he preferred chasing after sticks). I am used to adapting to the needs of the dogs I am taking care of, and will use this experience to bring the best care for your pets. I have done a mix of dog walking, and house sitting with all of these dogs. I'm currently working part-time while I study for my master's degree (also part time) so, other than the days I'm scheduled to work or go to a seminar, I have plenty of time to give to your dogs. I am always available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays all day, though I am also available on Thursdays until 16:30 and on occasional weekends. Safety and trust are my priority when working with anyone's pet, and I always ensure that I have met the dog, with their owner, in a relaxed environment before I begin the sitting services. My family dog came from a dogs home and carried some nervousness from that, so I know it can be stressful for dogs to have a stranger in their home. To help with that, it is always my goal to preserve your pets routine and keep them engaged and comfortable while I house-sit. I will also always treat your property with respect.
“We can't recommend Zara enough. We were visiting the area with a 5 month old puppy and Zara very kindly puppy-sat in our hotel room while we went to a family get-together. Finn was looked after very well and thoroughly enjoyed his time with Zara. He slept well, so he'd clearly been kept entertained. Zara was easy to communicate with before the day and was very flexible in supporting an unusual set of circumstances. Would certainly recommend.”

“We had such a great holiday and having David stay with our dog made it extra great! We could tell right away from meeting him before we left that he was exactly the type of person we wanted to stay at our home and look after our dog Gibson. It can a bit of a nervous experience leaving your home and pet with someone, but you will have zero worries with David at the helm! He's responsible, reliable and had an affinity with our dog. He even kept my squirrel snack jar topped up for my little garden buddies. The house was well looked after and looked like it did when we left. We appreciate him so much and will for sure book him again. Amazing person! Thank you so much David!”

“Electra has been fantastic. One of our dogs is nervous and the other very excitable. She responded to their individual needs perfectly. We were kept updated with lovely photos of our fur babies, and were able to completely relax. It was also the hottest weekend of the year, so managed with the heat too. We've already booked her again, and have now found our dog sitter 🙌🏻thank you so much, Electra”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats, and have always loved being around them, so I’m very used to daily walks, routines, and keeping pets active and happy. I’m confident walking dogs with different energy levels. This can be whether they need a long, active walk or something more relaxed, I know plenty of great local spots that suit dogs of all sizes. I’m often trusted to walk and look after dogs for longer periods, and I’ve also cared for cats in the past. I’m patient, attentive, and comfortable handling different personalities, including excitable or shy dogs. As a postgrad student training to be a teacher, I’m naturally organised, responsible, and always easy to communicate with I’m a PGCE Primary student, so my weekdays are usually full from about 8am to 4:30pm. After that, I enjoy staying active, so evening walks and drop‑ins fit really well around my routine. At weekends I’m generally flexible and able to help out, whether that’s regular walks, pop‑ins, or longer pet‑sitting bookings. I like keeping busy, and spending time with animals is one of my favourite ways to do that. I live in a shared house, so caring for pets in my own home isn’t the best option. Instead I focus on providing reliable, attentive care in your pet’s familiar environment. I follow your routines closely to help your pet feel secure, whether that’s sticking to feeding times, keeping to their usual walking routes, or maintaining any training you have in place. I’m patient, safety‑conscious, and always make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and well looked after. Your pet will always get plenty of attention, affection, and calm, consistent care.
“Chrysoula is a great dog sitter. Very communicative, responsible and organised. She ensured our dog always got his medication and went on plenty of walks. Will definitely ask her to dog sit again.”

We wholeheartedly recommend Rhia! She's a lovely person who understands dogs and our babies got on with her very well. Rhia reassured us throughout the day by sending us pupdates, we are so grateful for looking after our precious doggies! We will definitely use Rhia again!

Lauren is an amazing pet sitter who genuinely cares about animals and their well being! Lauren looked after my senior cat, Mosby, for a week. Mosby is a high-needs cat who takes pills, insulin jabs, and was recovering from an oral operation. Lauren came over twice to learn Mosbys routine and gave plenty of updates throughout her stay. Mosby tends to get separation anxiety and can be a difficult cat to care for, but Lauren was a pro and I was so happy to come home and find Mosby so at peace :) Lauren is by far the best pet sitter we have had in Norwich and I would absolutely recommend her services

Natalie was a fabulous sitter for our 1 year old Labrador. Hudson was so happy & very well looked after. Natalie sent us lots of updates, which really put our minds at ease as this was the first time Hudson has been left with someone he didn’t know. Thank you so much Natalie for your time & the care you showed to not only Hudson but our home too. Would definitely ask Natalie to sit for us again!

Olivia was absolutely fantastic and our cat was immediately comfortable with her. She did a great job looking after him and following instructions, so we came home to a very happy cat! She is very friendly and calm, and we absolutely wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any pet parents ☺️

Jay was an absolute superstar the entire way through the process - he took amazing care of our cat during our 2-week trip and kept us updated throughout. He left the place spotless and went above and beyond to make sure our return was seamless. He is a kind, friendly, thoughtful person and the exact person you'd want taking care of your pet. Can't recommend him highly enough!

This is the first time we have booked Ellen and it was for just an overnight stay. We have two senior Labs 13 and 11yrs the 13 year old has arthritis so we said not to walk for long which Ellen did for us she kept us up to date with photos which was lovely. Unfortunately our 13yr old Lab was very unsettled overnight possibly due to anxiety and kept barking. This she hasn’t done before unless it’s to go out but she wouldn’t settle which makes me think separation anxiety due to her age. Ellen kept me informed and reassured us that she had experienced this in other dogs also. I hope it hasn’t put her off sitting for us again because it looks like they all had fun.

Ellie's been an absolute star! She looked after my old dog Liesel overnight while I was away, and she's been brilliant with everything - regular communication and photos, followed all instructions and left my flat lovely and tidy. Liesel seems very relaxed and happy (and tired, which I love coming back to!), I'm really grateful. Would 100% recommend :)

Ella was superb - polite and very dog friendly, which we knew because Keith and Dudley loved her right from the offset. This was our very first time leaving our boys overnight with someone new, but we felt very relaxed and confident in the knowledge that Ella was looking after them. We would definitely call upon Ella again.
