About: My family has adopted several dogs throughout my life - some from a puppy living to 18 and some senior dogs who need extra care and cuddles. I have dog sat my family friend’s very excitable pointer for 2 years and have casually dog sat several other furry friends. I have also had a reactive dog so I am hyper aware of safety needs for them and others. I know I am a new account but give me a try and I’ll prove myself! I have trained all of my dogs to a high standard and if you have any preferences or techniques you are trying to build, I am more than happy to upkeep them. I just want a new furry friend 🐶🐾 I have just finished my second year at the UEA and have lots of free time! Although I have my part time job, I am free most days and times. I genuinely will make time, I love dogs so much! I’m a massive walker, I rarely do under 15k steps a day and am super active! I will run, play and entertain your dog for as long as they want, or I’ll sit and take it at an easy pace if that’s what they need. I’m respectful clean and friendly so if you would like my to pop in for a play date, I would love to do that too!

About: After my dog Lucy (a Patterdale Terrier and Jack Russel cross), who was part of the family for many years, passed away, I still loved dogs but wasn't ready for another dog of my own, so I began to dog sit. First I cared for Buster (2 year old Daschund/Jack Russel cross), then for Alfie (a 4 year old cocker spaniel), Pierre (a 6 year old wire haired Visla), and Betti and Jeff (Bernese mountain dogs). All of these dogs had their own personalities and needs. For example, Buster, who was a lot smaller than Betti and Jeff, needed a very different type of walk (he preferred chasing after sticks). I am used to adapting to the needs of the dogs I am taking care of, and will use this experience to bring the best care for your pets. I have done a mix of dog walking, and house sitting with all of these dogs. I'm currently working part-time while I study for my master's degree (also part time) so, other than the days I'm scheduled to work or go to a seminar, I have plenty of time to give to your dogs. I am always available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays all day, though I am also available on Thursdays until 16:30 and on occasional weekends. Safety and trust are my priority when working with anyone's pet, and I always ensure that I have met the dog, with their owner, in a relaxed environment before I begin the sitting services. My family dog came from a dogs home and carried some nervousness from that, so I know it can be stressful for dogs to have a stranger in their home. To help with that, it is always my goal to preserve your pets routine and keep them engaged and comfortable while I house-sit. I will also always treat your property with respect.

About: Hello! I’m a life long animal lover living in Norwich with my dog and 2 cats. I looked after friends and neighbours dogs and cats throughout my childhood. My dog was challenging at first as she had very severe separation anxiety and then we found out she had epilepsy! We’ve been very lucky as through training she can now be left alone just fine and she outgrew her epilepsy. We’ve definitely gained some experience in dog training and care through this though. I have I now work from home so I have the flexibility to provide whatever care your pets need whether that be staying in your house with them, boarding them at my home or drop in visits (within close proximity to NR2 if during the day) if you’re only out for the day. My house has a large and fully fenced garden and while we may be in the city we are within walking distance from Sloughbottom Park and Sweet Briar Marsh, the latter of which you’d have no idea you’re so near Norwich! Please get in touch with any questions and I look forward to speaking with you! I’m work remotely with very occasional travel to the office so dates can be arranged around this. I already walk my dog twice a day so any adjustments to fit another dog into our routine would be minimal and my dog would be happy to go on a 3rd walk if that’s what yours needs! I have a fenced large (for the city centre) garden, an incredibly friendly female dog and a cat that pays no notice of dogs and another who loves them. The former is skittish so your dog would need to be the sort who will ignore or be nice to cats and not play/chase, even if it is in a friendly way, she won’t see it like that!

About: I grew up always having dogs in our home, learning to care for them and love them. Now I also have experience walking and checking in on dogs here in Norwich! I currently have quite a lot of free time, as I'm not working full time, and so I'm very flexible with arranging visits or walks! This is why the meetings firsthand are such a good way to learn about the expectations regarding clients' homes and safety. And of course reading up on Rover's safety guidelines!

About: I grew up around dogs and cats and always took an opportunity to care for my friend’s/family dogs whenever I could. I absolutely love spending time with animals whether it’s a walk in a forest, coffee in town, cuddle on the sofa, little training session or playing with their toys. I finally got a dog on my own last year from a puppy, cocker spaniel Daisy who is 1.5 years now 🥰 I currently work from home majority of the time, so my schedule is very flexible. I drive and can get to your home if needed, take dogs on a field/forest walk as well! I have a fenced garden in new development, it’s big enough for dogs to have a little play and run outside. It’s a quiet area, with a lot paths to walk, close to lovely fields and small forests for dogs to enjoy. I will always adhere to any specific rules or requirements around your pet’s safety and schedule. If needed I can separate dogs in the house, if they don’t get on with Daisy for any reason.

About: Hello! I’m Imogen, a loving, attentive, and organised pet sitter with experience in both paid and voluntary roles. Over the past decade, I’ve cared for pets of all life stages, sizes, temperaments, and breeds, including those with specific medical needs such as deafness, epilepsy, and limb differences. I always treat every animal as if they were my own. I have hands-on experience raising puppies and kittens, working with rescues, and supporting pets with particular routines, training needs, or individual sensitivities. I believe in creating a calm, comforting environment that respects each animal’s boundaries while giving them the affection and attention they enjoy. If your pet thrives on cuddles and play, I’ll be right there with them. If they prefer space and independence, I’ll ensure they feel safe and respected. I've also taught Puppy Yoga classes in the past, so I’m no stranger to a room full of excitable pups! I’m pretty flexible with my time and happy to work around your pet’s needs and routine. Just get in touch, and we can figure out a schedule that works best for you and your pet! I always prioritise safety and will follow any specific routines or rules you have in place. If your dog is crate-trained, I'm happy to accommodate that, but I'm equally comfortable having them sleep in the same room, or even the same bed, if that's what they're used to. My goal is to ensure they feel secure and relaxed while you're away. I'm also happy to provide regular updates, photos, or even live location tracking for walks on request. I usually work this out on a case-by-case basis with each owner. If you'd prefer to fully switch off and receive no updates at all, that's absolutely fine too. In most cases, I like to set up a private WhatsApp status, shared only with you (and a partner, if relevant). This is similar to an Instagram or Snapchat story. That way, you can tune in whenever you like to see what your pet and I am up to. I find this strikes the right balance for most people, offering peace of mind and unnecessary interruptions. I'll then upload all the photos and videos to Rover so you'll have a little Rover reel to enjoy at the end of the sit.

It was a great relief to have someone as experienced as Kerry to help look after our cats, particularly when one was sick and needed different types of meds. She was very attentive to my instructions and communicated daily, at my request. Altogether, she was very helpful and clearly someone who loves cats. I shall certainly ask her again, should we need further help.

About: I have plenty of experience caring for dogs! I currently have an Italian Greyhound/Whippet of my own and often look after dogs for friends and family. I love spending time with pups and making sure they feel happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Hey! I’m a textiles student at Norwich University, and I live with my boyfriend, who works from home—so there’s pretty much always someone around. My schedule is pretty flexible as long as I get a little heads-up. Our place has a fenced yard, and there’s a lovely park nearby where I often take the dogs for a walk (usually with a coffee in hand!). Keeping the dogs safe is my top priority. Our home has a secure fenced yard, and I’ll always keep a close eye on them, whether we’re inside, in the yard, or out on walks. I’ll use secure leashes and harnesses on walks and make sure they’re never left unattended. Plus, since someone is almost always home, they’ll always have company and care.

About: Hi! Thanks for checking out my profile! Below you can see my qualifications and experience with multiple different breeds and species of animals. I would also like to add that I have had a range of pets, from millipedes to mantis, rats, hamsters, dogs and cats, as well as guinea pigs! I feel extremely confident that I would be a great pick for your furry friend! EXPERIENCE: I have 2+ years experience working with animals, including exotics and large animals, specifically at ROARRR! Where I worked in the secret animal garden, and Easton College’s animal centre as a student technician. I also have had 4 month work experience at Banham Zoo. Because of this, I am not only highly trained in basic animal husbandry and care, but also in providing medication, as well as being very outdoors-y and physically fit. QUALIFICATIONS: I also have my level 2 animal care qualification, and am about to receive my level 3 diploma in animal management. In September I leave for university, where I have a non conditional offer in zoology. I’m currently working on a 0 hour contract for an animal based role, where shifts are few and far between, so I have lots of spare time on my hands to care for your animal(s)! I have 3 clean DBS checks, as well as a history of great animal care. I finished my level 2 animal care course with full distinctions, and my predicted grades for my level 3 diploma in animal management is the same! I have 2+ years working directly with animals and being one of many staff to look after them and care for them. I am also trained in giving oral medication, but am confident in giving injections to animals of good temperament.

About: I’ve had animals my whole life! I provide compassionate, dependable care for animals of all kinds from dogs and cats to reptiles and horses. What sets me apart is my calm, patient approach and my genuine love for every species I work with. I take the time to understand each pet’s individual routine, personality, and needs so they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I’m experienced with puppies who need consistency and basic reinforcement, as well as senior pets who require extra patience, medication support, and gentle handling. I’m also confident caring for larger animals and exotics, which not every sitter offers. I treat every animal as if they were my own with attention, respect, and lots of love. I am also certified in Pet First Aid, giving owners extra peace of mind that their pets are in safe, knowledgeable hands, so you can truly relax knowing they’re in safe hands. Pet care is a central part of my daily and weekly routine, allowing me to provide consistent, reliable attention to the animals I look after. I plan my schedule around the pets in my care to ensure they receive timely visits, exercise, feeding, and companionship. Because I prioritise pet sitting in my routine, I’m able to be flexible and responsive to each pet’s individual needs, whether that’s early morning feeds, midday check ins, or evening care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. Before any service begins, I arrange a consultation to learn about your pet’s routine, temperament, medical needs, and any specific safety requirements. This allows us to discuss things like secure harnesses or collars, whether your dog is safe to be off lead, recall reliability, and how they are around other dogs or animals. When caring for pets in your home, I follow your instructions closely to maintain their normal routine and environment, helping them feel secure and stress free. I ensure doors, gates, and enclosures are always properly secured, and I use safe, well fitted equipment during walks. I also carefully assess surroundings before introducing pets to new environments or other animals.

About: Hi! I’m excited to offer a warm, caring home for your dog. I’m a huge dog lover and have grown up surrounded by dogs my whole life, so being around them feels completely natural to me. I regularly look after family dogs and puppies when they’re away, so I’m very used to different personalities, routines, and needs. Although I live in a flat, I’m very active and love being outdoors. Walks are a big part of my daily routine, whether that’s exploring local parks, heading out for longer walks, or visiting the beach whenever I can. Your dog will get plenty of fresh air, exercise, and attention. I’m also relaxed and social and do occasionally go to the pub — if you’re happy with it, I love bringing dogs along so they can stay part of the fun rather than being left behind. At home, I have two kittens who are nearly one year old. They’re very gentle and harmless, though a little cautious at first with new dogs. Once they’ve settled, they’re surprisingly sociable and often end up curled up on the sofa even when I have dogs staying. While I’m new to Rover, I take the responsibility of caring for your pet seriously. I will always follow your instructions closely to make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and comfortable in my care. I understand how important your pet is to you, and I’ll treat them as if they’re part of my own family We’re happy to care for pets during the week, but as we both work full-time, our weekday routine is structured around mornings and evenings. Your dog will always start the day with a good morning walk, followed by plenty of attention before we head off to work. In the evenings, we prioritise another walk along with lots of fuss, playtime, and relaxation. My partner Jack works from home on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, so on those days we’re able to offer an extra short walk and some company during the day. Ideally, we’re best suited to Friday–Sunday bookings, when we have more flexibility and can dedicate even more time to your pet, including longer walks, outings, and constant company. However, we can be flexible during the week depending on your dog’s needs — we’ll just need to chat through their routine first to make sure we’re the right fit We provide a safe, loving, and relaxed environment where your pet will feel right at home. In our home, we treat every dog as part of the family — they’re welcome to settle in on the sofa, enjoy plenty of attention, and be included in our daily routine. We stick closely to your pet’s usual schedule, including feeding times, walk routines, and any specific instructions you provide. During the week, this includes morning and evening walks, with extra time and flexibility on weekends for longer walks, trips to parks or the beach, and more one-on-one attention. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, when Jack works from home in the afternoons, we can also provide an additional short walk and company during the day. We have two gentle kittens who are used to being around dogs. They may be a little cautious at first, but they quickly settle and often share the space comfortably. If we’re caring for your pet in your home, we will respect your space and follow your routine exactly as instructed to keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible for your pet. Our approach is always to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away, with plenty of updates and reassurance for you too.

About: I have experience caring for animals from a young age. I grew up with 3 cats and a snake. I have looked after family and friends dogs over the years. I am a dog owner myself for 3 years as we decided to rescue a puppy from Greece that was abandoned. Since then my knowledge on animal behaviour grew a lot as I had to educate myself because my dog was very nervous due to probably bad experiences at his early life. I happy to work with the owners with dogs or other animals with behavioural problems so you can feel that there is someone to care for your animal safely in case of an emergency or if you plan a short trip. I fully understand how stressful this can be. Dog/cat sitting: I can accomodate 2-3 days but longer periods may be more difficult Drop ins/ dog walking: Mainly free after work so after 17:00 however in special cases depending on location too I could make a quick visit in the morning before work or during my lunch break as I work from home I am happy to work with the owner and follow their instructions. I am not able to offer boarding because of my dog. I am studying a level 3 animal care and behaviour course and I am learning about behavioural and health issues

Katie looked after my Scruff with love and care. When I came home he was excited to see me, but relaxed, which is brilliant as he does have separation issues.
