I am available to house sit and frequently look after my partners dogs, letting them out into the garden and playing with them. I will always be careful to respect an animals boundaries by letting them approach me.
Ratings and reviews
Ellen took great care of Charlie (our cat) and sent regular updates. She also kept our garden alive through a heat wave and hose pipe watering ban! The house was very tidy when we returned. I would be happy to engage her again.
Ellen has sat our dogs a few times now and we are really happy with her level of care and responsiveness. We enjoy the updates and photos and we came back to a clean and well looked after house with two happy dogs. She was very kind to administer eye drops for one of our dogs and even watered our plants in the heat wave which was really appreciated. Thank you!!
Ellen’s communication was impeccable and she was able to help us at incredibly short notice. She sent some lovely pictures of my two doggies that seemed very happy. Such a reassuring service, will use again and would recommend!
Ellen did a great job of making sure our super shy cat was well fed and watered. She's polite, trustworthy and punctual we would highly recommend.
This is the first time we have booked Ellen and it was for just an overnight stay. We have two senior Labs 13 and 11yrs the 13 year old has arthritis so we said not to walk for long which Ellen did for us she kept us up to date with photos which was lovely. Unfortunately our 13yr old Lab was very unsettled overnight possibly due to anxiety and kept barking. This she hasn’t done before unless it’s to go out but she wouldn’t settle which makes me think separation anxiety due to her age. Ellen kept me informed and reassured us that she had experienced this in other dogs also. I hope it hasn’t put her off sitting for us again because it looks like they all had fun.

Schedule
I work in healthcare part time currently and my schedule is set meaning I can provide pet care services outside of these hours. From Sept 1st I will work (week 1) Tuesday 12pm - Wednesday 8am, Saturday 12pm - Sunday 5pm, (week 2) Thursday 12pm - Friday 8am. This leaves me reasonably flexible for short house sitting stays and drop ins. Please message me about your particular needs and we can always try and work something out!
