He sent me photographs to show me what Silk was up to and how content he was, let Silk out in his garden as I had told him that Silk really loved going out, made him feel at home and generally looked after him really well. When Silk came back, he was calm, settled and content. Barnaby was also flexible with the pick up and drop off times, to accommodate my journey away from home. I communicate with pets better than human beings I guess 'Kukku' the Dachshund was with me for 11 years and we had to say goodbye on her 12th birthday. 'Rooney' is Kukku's brother and he still thrives to this day, happy and healthy. 'Whiskey' the Pug is the new addition to the family. He's 2 year old, energetic and naughty little dog boss in my home. I consider my pets my family, so my pet care goal is to always make them at home and look after them as my own with lots and lots of love. About: I have always been obsessed with dogs from since I can remember and we got a family dog of our our just over 4 years ago. Murphy (the cocker spaniel) is now such a loveable member for our family! He loves long walks in the park/ forests. I grew up having hamsters. And would often look after family and friends dogs for them. Since moving to Norwich for work (and moving out of my family home) I’m missing constantly living with my furry friend. I go back as much as I can to visit him but I thought why not combine a love of mine to care for some more furry friends! I work as a youth mental health worker so I have full DBS and I drive! I am available for boarding, walks and check ins on weekends (Friday to Sunday). Mondays I work from home so I can do drop ins or walks in my lunch break. I can also do any evenings from 5:30pm. Charlotte is very warm, friendly and knowledgeable about dogs and Duggie was comfortable with her immediately. Everything in Charlotte’s home and garden is set up to be dog friendly and she was very flexible about delivery and pick up times. About: I absolutely adore animals since I know myself and Rover has been one of the best things I could do for myself and also other people. About: I have taken care of many dogs since I was about 7, when we got our first rescue dog (King Charles Cavalier x Cocker Spaniel). About: After my dog Lucy (a Patterdale Terrier and Jack Russel cross), who was part of the family for many years, passed away, I still loved dogs but wasn't ready for another dog of my own, so I began to dog sit. First I cared for Buster (2 year old Daschund/Jack Russel cross), then for Alfie (a 4 year old cocker spaniel), Pierre (a 6 year old wire haired Visla), and Betti and Jeff (Bernese mountain dogs). All of these dogs had their own personalities and needs. For example, Buster, who was a lot smaller than Betti and Jeff, needed a very different type of walk (he preferred chasing after sticks). I am used to adapting to the needs of the dogs I am taking care of, and will use this experience to bring the best care for your pets. I have done a mix of dog walking, and house sitting with all of these dogs. I'm currently working part-time while I study for my master's degree (also part time) so, other than the days I'm scheduled to work or go to a seminar, I have plenty of time to give to your dogs. I am always available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays all day, though I am also available on Thursdays until 16:30 and on occasional weekends. Safety and trust are my priority when working with anyone's pet, and I always ensure that I have met the dog, with their owner, in a relaxed environment before I begin the sitting services. My family dog came from a dogs home and carried some nervousness from that, so I know it can be stressful for dogs to have a stranger in their home. About: I've taken care of a variety of different animals since I was a young child. I've looked after animals at all stages of their life. I'm familiar with different temperaments. I enjoy training all animals tricks for treats. I taught my late cat to sit, jump, spin around, and paw on command. I'm in part-time education, which only requires my morning hours. After 12pm I'll be avaliable to give your pet all the cuddles and attention it deserves!:) Whilst I have morning lectures, I enjoy early morning sunrises, which ensures I will be up and awake to feed, walk and chat with your fur baby! Depending on how much alone time your pet enjoys, I would be able to cater my schedule to their needs! My schedule mainly involves uni work, so this would consist of me either working from home to keep your pet company, or going into uni to offer it some space to itself! I enjoy walking, and have a van to travel in, and it would be a privilege to have your furry angel to join me for those walks! I'd be happy to walk any animal, given its comfortable wearing a lead! (And a harness for the feline friends!) I don't have a garden unfortunately, but I am only a 5 minute walk to jeamond dene, and heaton Park, where many zooming can take place!

I currently work part-time, and I’m keen to spend this new found free time looking after animals. My availability means I can do walks everyday and sit most weekends and weekdays given enough notice❤️ I currently do not have any pets in the flat so your pet would be the only priority. The garden is walled and fenced off, with much green space. I am happy to crate or otherwise to meet your pet needs.
About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for a wide range of pets. I studied Animal Care at college, completing both Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, which gave me a solid understanding of animal welfare, behaviour, health, and handling. I also spent four years working at Redwings Horse Sanctuary, where I cared for horses and donkeys, where I learned the importance of providing consistent, compassionate care tailored to each animal's individual needs. This experience strengthened my confidence in handling animals, recognising signs of illness or stress, and maintaining high welfare standards. Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up and into adulthood, I've cared for dogs, cats, rats, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs, so I'm comfortable looking after pets with all kinds of personalities, needs, and routines. While I don't currently have pets of my own, I regularly spend time with my best friend's adorable sausage dogs, Dolly and Flossy, and her ragdoll cat, Nancy. I help care for them whenever needed, whether that's feeding, walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply keeping them company while my bestie is away. One of the reasons I've joined Rover is because there's definitely a pet-shaped hole in my life! I genuinely love being around animals and understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. I'll treat your pets with the same care, patience, and affection that I would my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I work full-time Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm, which means I can provide care before and after work during the week. I'm available for morning visits before work for feeding, toilet breaks, walks, and companionship, and then have plenty of time in the evenings for longer walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, and any other care your pet needs. My weekends are generally much more flexible, allowing me to dedicate even more time to pet care and ensuring your pets receive plenty of attention and company. I'm organised, reliable, and committed to sticking to your pet's usual routine as closely as possible, helping them feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I understand that trusting someone with both your beloved pet and your home is a big decision, and I take that responsibility very seriously. My priority is always to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away by following their usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication (if required), and plenty of affection. When caring for pets in an owner's home, I will always treat your property with the same respect and care that I would my own. I'm reliable, tidy, and considerate, and I'll make sure your home is kept secure and left exactly as I found it. I believe good communication is important, so I'm happy to provide regular updates, photos, and messages for extra peace of mind while you're away. With my Animal Care qualifications, four years of experience at Redwings Horse Sanctuary, and a lifetime spent caring for animals, you can be confident that your pet will be in caring, capable hands. After becoming a couple we decided a house wasn’t a home without a pet so now we have made our hone their home and have a fulfillment in life. 😍 We have a back yard and also a front garden, not forgetting walks along the river with treats to come home to while watching a film on the sofa. Our pets normally wake up early in the morning to go out for a toilet and go bed to sleep for skittle then get breakfast and play outside of the weather is nice. Later after walks they have dinner to settle them down for bed 🥰 We have a front fenced garden which is great safe place for dogs to play. We also have walks near by over the fields or along the river.
