“This was an emergency booking. Charlotte suggested bringing Molly the day before for a sniff around and to meet us. Molly is an anxious dog and Charlotte gave her the time and space to explore. From the moment I took Molly into Charlotte’s home I felt reassured. She created a little area for Molly with her cushion, blanket and toys. There was also water available. Molly was happy to stay with her which was a relief. I got lots of updates and she clearly had a lovely time. Charlotte was so sensitive to Molly’s needs and didn’t put any pressure on her to do things she didn’t want to do. Over the two days Molly really grew in confidence. Molly has also had pancreatitis and Charlotte both understood and was prepared to give her painkillers if needed. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for the great care she showed Molly and would highly recommend her.”

About: I have always been obsessed with dogs from since I can remember and we got a family dog of our our just over 4 years ago. Murphy (the cocker spaniel) is now such a loveable member for our family! He loves long walks in the park/ forests. I grew up having hamsters. And would often look after family and friends dogs for them. Since moving to Norwich for work (and moving out of my family home) I’m missing constantly living with my furry friend. I go back as much as I can to visit him but I thought why not combine a love of mine to care for some more furry friends! I work as a youth mental health worker so I have full DBS and I drive! I am available for boarding, walks and check ins on weekends (Friday to Sunday). Mondays I work from home so I can do drop ins or walks in my lunch break. I can also do any evenings from 5:30pm. It would be perfect for indoor cats! I have ventilators on my windows so can keep them shut for your pet's safety and am currently adding a chicken wire barrier to the balcony to avoid accidents. I also have an electric fan for hot weather. I don't mind having pets on furniture or in my bed if that's what they are used to. Who doesn't love a midnight cuddle with their critter?😸 I am happy to take your pet outside for walks and toilet breaks as often as they need (the stairs are great exercise!)

About: Hello! I’m a life long animal lover living in Norwich with my dog and 2 cats. I looked after friends and neighbours dogs and cats throughout my childhood. My dog was challenging at first as she had very severe separation anxiety and then we found out she had epilepsy! We’ve been very lucky as through training she can now be left alone just fine and she outgrew her epilepsy. We’ve definitely gained some experience in dog training and care through this though. I have I now work from home so I have the flexibility to provide whatever care your pets need whether that be staying in your house with them, boarding them at my home or drop in visits (within close proximity to NR2 if during the day) if you’re only out for the day. My house has a large and fully fenced garden and while we may be in the city we are within walking distance from Sloughbottom Park and Sweet Briar Marsh, the latter of which you’d have no idea you’re so near Norwich! Please get in touch with any questions and I look forward to speaking with you! I’m work remotely with very occasional travel to the office so dates can be arranged around this. I already walk my dog twice a day so any adjustments to fit another dog into our routine would be minimal and my dog would be happy to go on a 3rd walk if that’s what yours needs! I have a fenced large (for the city centre) garden, an incredibly friendly female dog and a cat that pays no notice of dogs and another who loves them. The former is skittish so your dog would need to be the sort who will ignore or be nice to cats and not play/chase, even if it is in a friendly way, she won’t see it like that!

About: I have taken care of many dogs since I was about 7, when we got our first rescue dog (King Charles Cavalier x Cocker Spaniel). I have always loved dogs and wanted to be involved in taking care of our pets. Later on we got two more rescues (Border Collies) and I had to learn how to make them feel safe and happy. Over the years I have spent lots of time taking care of them and taking them on walks. I have also fostered a dog while looking for its new home and taken care of my neighbours and friend’s dogs while they are away. About: I’ve always had pets in the family. I currently have a cat and have had family dogs in the past. Friends often rely on me to look after their dog, cat, gecko, chickens or hamster for them. I work from home 3 days a week. On my days off I am available during the day to visit your pet at home or take your dog out for a walk in the local area. I currently work part time so I have plenty of availability to support your pet on Mondays or Fridays. I may be able to help on other evenings depending on distance and timings. I work in a caring profession part time, which involves visits to people’s homes. I am reliable and considerate of different routines and needs.
About: I grew up around dogs and cats and always took an opportunity to care for my friend’s/family dogs whenever I could. I absolutely love spending time with animals whether it’s a walk in a forest, coffee in town, cuddle on the sofa, little training session or playing with their toys. I finally got a dog on my own last year from a puppy, cocker spaniel Daisy who is 1.5 years now 🥰 I currently work from home majority of the time, so my schedule is very flexible. I drive and can get to your home if needed, take dogs on a field/forest walk as well! I have a fenced garden in new development, it’s big enough for dogs to have a little play and run outside. It’s a quiet area, with a lot paths to walk, close to lovely fields and small forests for dogs to enjoy. I will always adhere to any specific rules or requirements around your pet’s safety and schedule. If needed I can separate dogs in the house, if they don’t get on with Daisy for any reason.

About: I've taken care of a variety of different animals since I was a young child. I've looked after animals at all stages of their life. I'm familiar with different temperaments. I enjoy training all animals tricks for treats. I taught my late cat to sit, jump, spin around, and paw on command. I'm in part-time education, which only requires my morning hours. After 12pm I'll be avaliable to give your pet all the cuddles and attention it deserves!:) Whilst I have morning lectures, I enjoy early morning sunrises, which ensures I will be up and awake to feed, walk and chat with your fur baby! Depending on how much alone time your pet enjoys, I would be able to cater my schedule to their needs! My schedule mainly involves uni work, so this would consist of me either working from home to keep your pet company, or going into uni to offer it some space to itself! I enjoy walking, and have a van to travel in, and it would be a privilege to have your furry angel to join me for those walks! I'd be happy to walk any animal, given its comfortable wearing a lead! (And a harness for the feline friends!) I don't have a garden unfortunately, but I am only a 5 minute walk to jeamond dene, and heaton Park, where many zooming can take place!
About: A home has never felt quite right without an animal there - I’ve always grown up with dogs and cats in my house. Since moving to Norwich, I now have a clingy tuxedo cat called Mister. I have previous experience caring for both lively puppies, senior dogs, anxious dogs/cats. I've now had Rover for over a year and have had a wonderful mix of dogs and cats that I've had the joy of looking after. I have a calm, patient nature that allows me to gain the trust of cats and dogs. I have a quiet, calming voice and love to give dogs (and cats if they like it) all the belly rubs and strokes. I have my car so am able to take your dog(s) out for walks to their favourite places, however long the walk! About: My first dog was a rescue puppy who I trained myself. Since then I’ve become the go to pet sitter for all my friends and family, it’s a genuine pleasure. I currently work part-time, and I’m keen to spend this new found free time looking after animals. My availability means I can do walks everyday and sit most weekends and weekdays given enough notice❤️ I currently do not have any pets in the flat so your pet would be the only priority. “This was an emergency booking. Charlotte suggested bringing Molly the day before for a sniff around and to meet us. Molly is an anxious dog and Charlotte gave her the time and space to explore. From the moment I took Molly into Charlotte’s home I felt reassured. She created a little area for Molly with her cushion, blanket and toys. There was also water available. Molly was happy to stay with her which was a relief. I got lots of updates and she clearly had a lovely time. Charlotte was so sensitive to Molly’s needs and didn’t put any pressure on her to do things she didn’t want to do. Over the two days Molly really grew in confidence. Molly has also had pancreatitis and Charlotte both understood and was prepared to give her painkillers if needed. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for the great care she showed Molly and would highly recommend her.”

About: Myself and husband Alan were raised with family dogs and once married we got our first family pet Billy who was a golden Labrador. He was loved by all due to his temperament and behaviour around everyone and we were devastated to lose him aged 13. After 18 months we missed the companionship we always had with Billy and chose Mabel the labradoodle who was 12 weeks when she came to live with us. She became our 3rd child and was cherished from the start. Sadly we lost her aged 12 years and 6 months 2 years ago. Both our grown children now have dogs which we regularly look after when they go away. We both love having them for ‘sleepovers’ and love walking with the ‘grand’ dogs as they both fit into our family unit. Due to commitments we now have with 4 grandchildren we are not in a position to have another dog full time but miss the company and regular walks. We would love to have the opportunity to help people out on a short term basis. I work part time and look after grandchildren for one day. Alan works full time. Looking after a dog on a short term basis on the days we can where we are completely free to will mean we can give regular exercise & love. We have an enclosed garden for safety & security. All dogs will have full access to our house at any time they are here with us.

About: I'm currently a university student missing her dog back at home who I've been caring for him since he was a puppy. Even before that I have always had love for dogs and all other furry animals. I have lots of experience with various dogs and pets as I have been petsitting and dog walking for friends for several years now. With my dog, I take a special interest in his veterinary care and I'm comfortable with administering medication as I have had to manage this for two years now. I am currently a student and only work part time, so I am flexible and have much time to really take an interest in your pet for long walks, pet sitting in the day and occasional overnight petsitting! I will be happy to look after your furry friend in the pet owner's home.
