“Ella came to look after our dog, who hasnt had a dogsitter since before lockdown, and is quite nervous of strangers. She came to visit beforehand to visit us and Dougal to get to know us. She looked after him for a short time before a longer visit in a few weeks. She was very friendly and accommodating and clearly loves and understands animals. Dougal is very shy and a bit nervy, and she understood this and was very gentle with him and appreciative of his nature. She took pictures of him to send us. We will be using her again.”

Max can be a bit anxious at times, but Natalie made sure he had everything he needed to feel safe and comfortable. She kept us updated with videos and photos, and it was clear that Max was happy and well taken care of. Whenever she had any concerns, she reached out to confirm we were on the same page about Max’s care. When Max ran out of food, she even went out of her way to pick up more for him from her local store. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter!”

About: I’ve had dogs in my family since I was younger, along with cats. I feel I can offer safe and secure care to ensure it suits your lifestyle. I’ve decided to join this service as I would love a dog but due to my work schedule it wouldn’t be far. I’m excited for long dog walks! I currently work full time hours, however with notice I can alter my work schedule. I’m available for weekday evenings and weekends to be able to offer services. I live in NR3, during the week I would be able to attend for drop ins/walks in central Norwich. I have a fenced off large garden with space for zoomies. The garden has been updated which means there is no rubble which could cause harm.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life since my whole family loves animals! I love them very dearly and being in University makes me miss them even more I’m currently a university student at Norwich University of the Arts but have plenty of time to help out with anything that your pet would need! I feed and walk my pets every 3-4 times in a day and give them a nice grooming every once in 2 weeks since they’re very active (also we live in a hot country thus the frequent baths)

Dianna showed interest in the cats and their personalities, what they like and how they might play with her while visiting, which I liked. I'll contact Dianna again next time we go away.
