“Scarlet is quite a nervous dog, however meeting Adeline was one of the fastest and easiest meetings we’ve had. Adeline has taken great care of Scarlet, helping us with a walk and a pop in and being great at accommodating her. She kept us updated throughout and sent pictures of Scarlet having a great time! Scarlet seems to have taken really well to Adeline and we are absolutely looking forward to Adeline’s next visit!”

“Jo is very reliable and great with all our animals, we use her for pet sitting as well as dog walking when we are out for the day. Our puppy loves her and is always excited to see her, she gives us thorough updates and always leaves the house tidy. I would highly recommend Jo!”

About: I grew up always having dogs in our home, learning to care for them and love them. Now I also have experience walking and checking in on dogs here in Norwich! I currently have quite a lot of free time, as I'm not working full time, and so I'm very flexible with arranging visits or walks! This is why the meetings firsthand are such a good way to learn about the expectations regarding clients' homes and safety. And of course reading up on Rover's safety guidelines!
About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for a wide range of pets. I studied Animal Care at college, completing both Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, which gave me a solid understanding of animal welfare, behaviour, health, and handling. I also spent four years working at Redwings Horse Sanctuary, where I cared for horses and donkeys, where I learned the importance of providing consistent, compassionate care tailored to each animal's individual needs. This experience strengthened my confidence in handling animals, recognising signs of illness or stress, and maintaining high welfare standards. Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up and into adulthood, I've cared for dogs, cats, rats, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs, so I'm comfortable looking after pets with all kinds of personalities, needs, and routines. While I don't currently have pets of my own, I regularly spend time with my best friend's adorable sausage dogs, Dolly and Flossy, and her ragdoll cat, Nancy. I help care for them whenever needed, whether that's feeding, walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply keeping them company while my bestie is away. One of the reasons I've joined Rover is because there's definitely a pet-shaped hole in my life! I genuinely love being around animals and understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. I'll treat your pets with the same care, patience, and affection that I would my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I work full-time Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm, which means I can provide care before and after work during the week. I'm available for morning visits before work for feeding, toilet breaks, walks, and companionship, and then have plenty of time in the evenings for longer walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, and any other care your pet needs. My weekends are generally much more flexible, allowing me to dedicate even more time to pet care and ensuring your pets receive plenty of attention and company. I'm organised, reliable, and committed to sticking to your pet's usual routine as closely as possible, helping them feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I understand that trusting someone with both your beloved pet and your home is a big decision, and I take that responsibility very seriously. My priority is always to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away by following their usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication (if required), and plenty of affection. When caring for pets in an owner's home, I will always treat your property with the same respect and care that I would my own. I'm reliable, tidy, and considerate, and I'll make sure your home is kept secure and left exactly as I found it. I believe good communication is important, so I'm happy to provide regular updates, photos, and messages for extra peace of mind while you're away. With my Animal Care qualifications, four years of experience at Redwings Horse Sanctuary, and a lifetime spent caring for animals, you can be confident that your pet will be in caring, capable hands. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel relaxed, happy, and reassured throughout the entire experience.
“Teodora managed to get me in super last minute and walked my puppy for her very first professional walk! I got cute updates and videos of my girl playing fetch and my puppy was loving giving her cuddles and kisses before she left which always bodes well!! Will deffo be booking again!!!”

About: After my dog Lucy (a Patterdale Terrier and Jack Russel cross), who was part of the family for many years, passed away, I still loved dogs but wasn't ready for another dog of my own, so I began to dog sit. First I cared for Buster (2 year old Daschund/Jack Russel cross), then for Alfie (a 4 year old cocker spaniel), Pierre (a 6 year old wire haired Visla), and Betti and Jeff (Bernese mountain dogs). All of these dogs had their own personalities and needs. For example, Buster, who was a lot smaller than Betti and Jeff, needed a very different type of walk (he preferred chasing after sticks). I am used to adapting to the needs of the dogs I am taking care of, and will use this experience to bring the best care for your pets. I have done a mix of dog walking, and house sitting with all of these dogs. I'm currently working part-time while I study for my master's degree (also part time) so, other than the days I'm scheduled to work or go to a seminar, I have plenty of time to give to your dogs. I am always available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays all day, though I am also available on Thursdays until 16:30 and on occasional weekends. Safety and trust are my priority when working with anyone's pet, and I always ensure that I have met the dog, with their owner, in a relaxed environment before I begin the sitting services. My family dog came from a dogs home and carried some nervousness from that, so I know it can be stressful for dogs to have a stranger in their home. To help with that, it is always my goal to preserve your pets routine and keep them engaged and comfortable while I house-sit. I will also always treat your property with respect.

About: I provide trusted pet, home and lifestyle support, helping busy professionals, travellers and pet owners enjoy complete peace of mind knowing their beloved pets and homes are being cared for as if they were my own. Hi, my name is Stacy.... I'm 40 years old and a proud mum to two amazing sons, Mason (21) and Zach (18). Over the past 12 months, I've had the opportunity to pet sit in homes across the UK and overseas. What started as a way to experience new places quickly became something I genuinely fell in love with. Caring for people's pets, looking after their homes and giving them complete peace of mind while they're away has been incredibly rewarding. Through these experiences, I've discovered that I don't just enjoy caring for animals – I also love creating calm, welcoming spaces, helping busy people and being the trusted person homeowners can rely on when they hand over their keys and leave their beloved pets in someone else's care. With years of experience looking after pets, hosting over 100 community litter picks and running businesses, I've realised that the skills I've built throughout my career naturally transfer into providing trusted pet care, house sitting, cleaning and support to help lives run more smoothly. I'm insured as a Pet Sitter and also as a Cleaner and have an Enhanced DBS check. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I offer a flexible range of services to suit both pets and their owners. 🐾 Drop-In Visits (30 Minutes) Perfect for cats and other small pets while you're at work, away for the day, or on holiday. A typical visit can include: - Feeding and refreshing water - Litter tray cleaning - Playtime - Cuddles and companionship (if your pet approves!) - Oral medication administration (where appropriate) - Bringing in post or parcels 🏡 Extended Visits & Home Support Need a little extra help? Longer visits can be booked for: - Light cleans (£25 per hour) - Deep cleaning specific rooms (Prices to be discussed) - Laundry and bedding changes - Home organisation and decluttering - Preparing your home before or after a trip - Plant care - Grocery unpacking - General household support I also offer "body doubling" and organising support for people who struggle with motivation, overwhelm, ADHD, busy schedules, or simply have too much on their plate. Sometimes having a friendly, productive person alongside you can make all the difference. 🐾 House Sitting & Overnight Care For pets who are happiest in their own home, I offer overnight stays where I care for both your pets and your property as if they were my own. This includes: - Maintaining normal pet routines - Feeding and exercise - Companionship - Home security presence - Plant care - Mail collection - Keeping your home clean, tidy and lived-in while you're away My aim is simple: happy pets, cared-for homes, and complete peace of mind for owners. **For longer house sits, my partner may occasionally visit or stay overnight with the homeowner's prior agreement. He is respectful, trustworthy, and has been authenticated by Rover. He understands the importance of treating clients' homes with care and discretion. This will always be discussed and agreed in advance, and I completely respect that some homeowners prefer bookings to be carried out by me alone. Trust is at the heart of the service I provide. When caring for pets and homes, I treat both with the same respect and attention that I would my own. I take time to understand each pet's routine, personality, and individual needs to ensure they feel safe, comfortable and well cared for while their owners are away. I am happy to provide regular updates, photos, and messages throughout the booking, and I pride myself on maintaining open communication and complete transparency. All information relating to your home (including addresses, key safe codes, alarm information, security arrangements, travel plans, personal details and anything I observe within your home) will be treated as strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties. As I provide a trusted, professional in-home service, I do not accept bookings where indoor recording devices are active during my stay or visits. External security cameras are absolutely fine, but I ask that any indoor cameras are switched off for the duration of the booking. I believe trust should work both ways. Pet owners are trusting me with their beloved pets and home, and I value being trusted to carry out my role professionally. From time to time, I may create content for my business or social media to showcase my services, pets in my care (with owner permission), or general pet sitting experiences. However, I will never disclose client addresses, security details, travel plans, personal information, or any identifying details about a client's home. Privacy and confidentiality will always take priority. I have independent Pet Sitters Insurance, Home Cleaners Insurance and an Enhanced DBS Check. I am also a multi award winning Community Champion for my services in organising over 100 litter picks in my local area.

I’m also confident handling larger, energetic dogs—my spaniels certainly keep me on my toes! At home, I care for an indoor cat who loves plenty of affection, so I’m equally comfortable providing gentle, attentive care for cats. “Namintha was great! We had a meet and greet and she asked all right questions about our pup. On the walk we were kept updated and Namintha paid attention to our pups energy levels and kept her out accordingly. Thank you so much! We will book again”

“Janice was fantastic with my anxious sausage dog, Eddie! We met beforehand for a walk so she could get to know him, and she was incredibly thorough, asking about all his behaviours, likes, and dislikes. She took the time to help Eddie feel comfortable walking with her and used his favourite treats to help put him at ease. I’d highly recommend Janice to anyone looking for a caring and attentive dog walker in Norwich.”

Teodora was absolutely fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She looked after both Desi and my home while I was recovering from surgery, so it was particularly important that I had someone reliable, trustworthy and capable. From our first meeting, Teodora was professional, warm and clearly very experienced with dogs. Desi took to her immediately, and throughout the booking she was calm, confident and attentive to Desi’s needs. Communication was excellent throughout. Teodora kept me updated regularly with messages and photos, was always responsive, and gave me complete peace of mind that Desi was happy and well cared for. She also took great care of my home, leaving everything spotless and exactly as I had left it. It was obvious that she treated both Desi and my property with genuine care and respect. Most importantly, Desi clearly formed a strong bond with her and was relaxed, content and well looked after. As an owner, that’s the best recommendation I can give. I would happily book Teodora again and can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and professional sitter or walker.

Steffi did a fantastic job walking our springer spaniel while we were away. She has been very communicative before and during, and arranged to meet our dog before the walks. Photos were taken on her walks and she looked like she was having a great time! Steffs communication has been great throughout and I look forward to the next booking!

Lauren is an excellent dog Walker. Very responsive and responsible, she is very reliable and organised. Our dog is very frightened of new people but he loves Lauren. Lauren considers things like heat and fatigue and adjusts her walks accordingly. Can’t recommend her enough
