About: I have taken care of many dogs since I was about 7, when we got our first rescue dog (King Charles Cavalier x Cocker Spaniel). I have always loved dogs and wanted to be involved in taking care of our pets. Later on we got two more rescues (Border Collies) and I had to learn how to make them feel safe and happy. Over the years I have spent lots of time taking care of them and taking them on walks. I have also fostered a dog while looking for its new home and taken care of my neighbours and friend’s dogs while they are away. I am currently working part time but I am looking to make this my full time job so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets. My current job is also very flexible so I am able to work around it easily. About: I have always loved dogs and cared for them, I have grown up with dogs from foxhounds to staffs. About: After my dog Lucy (a Patterdale Terrier and Jack Russel cross), who was part of the family for many years, passed away, I still loved dogs but wasn't ready for another dog of my own, so I began to dog sit. First I cared for Buster (2 year old Daschund/Jack Russel cross), then for Alfie (a 4 year old cocker spaniel), Pierre (a 6 year old wire haired Visla), and Betti and Jeff (Bernese mountain dogs). All of these dogs had their own personalities and needs. For example, Buster, who was a lot smaller than Betti and Jeff, needed a very different type of walk (he preferred chasing after sticks). I am used to adapting to the needs of the dogs I am taking care of, and will use this experience to bring the best care for your pets. I have done a mix of dog walking, and house sitting with all of these dogs. I'm currently working part-time while I study for my master's degree (also part time) so, other than the days I'm scheduled to work or go to a seminar, I have plenty of time to give to your dogs. I am always available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays all day, though I am also available on Thursdays until 16:30 and on occasional weekends. Safety and trust are my priority when working with anyone's pet, and I always ensure that I have met the dog, with their owner, in a relaxed environment before I begin the sitting services. My family dog came from a dogs home and carried some nervousness from that, so I know it can be stressful for dogs to have a stranger in their home. About: I've taken care of a variety of different animals since I was a young child. I've looked after animals at all stages of their life. I'm familiar with different temperaments. I enjoy training all animals tricks for treats. I taught my late cat to sit, jump, spin around, and paw on command. I'm in part-time education, which only requires my morning hours. After 12pm I'll be avaliable to give your pet all the cuddles and attention it deserves!:) Whilst I have morning lectures, I enjoy early morning sunrises, which ensures I will be up and awake to feed, walk and chat with your fur baby! Depending on how much alone time your pet enjoys, I would be able to cater my schedule to their needs! My schedule mainly involves uni work, so this would consist of me either working from home to keep your pet company, or going into uni to offer it some space to itself! Our pets normally wake up early in the morning to go out for a toilet and go bed to sleep for skittle then get breakfast and play outside of the weather is nice. Later after walks they have dinner to settle them down for bed 🥰 We have a front fenced garden which is great safe place for dogs to play. Steffi did a fantastic job walking our springer spaniel while we were away. She has been very communicative before and during, and arranged to meet our dog before the walks. Photos were taken on her walks and she looked like she was having a great time! Steffs communication has been great throughout and I look forward to the next booking!

Anna picked up and returned Scooby on time, and sent photos of the walk as well as a Rover card that was filled out Unfortunately she wasn't very familiar with the area and took a different walking route from what I suggested which ended up being more of a street walk in the sun than intended
