About: I’ve always looked after my friends pets. I will treat every animal as if they are my own and give them love and cuddles. I am dedicated to making pets feel relaxed. I work from home so will always be here to look after pets I take regular breaks from work to look after my own cats and will enjoy regular walks with dogs I have a brand new gate making the back garden enclosed and safe for your pets. All pets will be cared for extremely well and shown patience and kindness.

“Jasmine was an absolute legend with looking after my boy Baloo. She went above and beyond to reassure me even before dropping him off to stay with her, she met us first down mousehold heath and then let me view her lovely home. She totally eased my separation anxiety by providing daily updates and photos of my rascal of a dog which then I could fully enjoy my holiday and feel relaxed throughout. She even washed all of the tuppperware containers which contained dog food it was so kind of her. She had him from 20/04/24 to 01/05/24 with no problems at all. My boy looked happy and content in all of the photos she provided and when I went to pick him up he looked as healthy and happy just the same as the day I dropped him off round hers. I will definitely be using her service again 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend her worth every penny 😁👍”
About: Hello to all! I've owned pets for more than 15 years. I communicate with pets better than human beings I guess 'Kukku' the Dachshund was with me for 11 years and we had to say goodbye on her 12th birthday. 'Rooney' is Kukku's brother and he still thrives to this day, happy and healthy. 'Whiskey' the Pug is the new addition to the family. He's 2 year old, energetic and naughty little dog boss in my home. I consider my pets my family, so my pet care goal is to always make them at home and look after them as my own with lots and lots of love. Once again Rose and her daughter took great care looking after our dog. Lots of photos and updates which is always lovely to see, not that I have any worries as he knows once we get there and is eager to get in the door, which is always a delight to see as I know he loves being there and is so well looked after. Good communication before and during Mabel’s stay. This is the first time Mabel has stayed away on her own, so we were a little anxious as she can be a nervous dog. Mabel seemed happy to see us when we collected and we think she had a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.
We agreed a meet up before the "sit" so our young dog could have a run around in the park prior to the day. Katie and I were able to discuss all the habits, needs and regular schedule our dog kept to. The drop off and pick ups were set around my plans and became very flexible. Kaite actually dropped all the paraphernalia and the dog back home. Lots of coms on the sit itself of photos of the dogs playing together and updates kept us updated throughout the stay. Our towels and things were all cleaned and I could tell that the rapport of Katie with dogs is excellent. We would certainly recommend and use Katie again.
Amy and family did a fantastic job making Marvin feel at home! I think movie night was the highlight of his holiday….. He has returned absolutely exhausted from all the playing and attention. Great updates provided and extremely flexible on drop off and pick up times!

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
