“Just brilliant care from Steve! We had to go overseas for a family emergency so it was very last minute and with our pup being only 3 months old I was nervous to leave him. Steve was very reassuring and sent us photos of Finn with his new friends which was a relief. When we picked Finn up from Steve it was like we have a new and improved version! Finley was less nippy, and generally a lot calmer in himself which was brilliant! I messaged Steve to ask what his secrets were so we could keep up with the brilliant work done (in only 5 days!) and he was very helpful. “This was an emergency booking. Charlotte suggested bringing Molly the day before for a sniff around and to meet us. Molly is an anxious dog and Charlotte gave her the time and space to explore. From the moment I took Molly into Charlotte’s home I felt reassured. She created a little area for Molly with her cushion, blanket and toys. There was also water available. Molly was happy to stay with her which was a relief. I got lots of updates and she clearly had a lovely time. Charlotte was so sensitive to Molly’s needs and didn’t put any pressure on her to do things she didn’t want to do. Over the two days Molly really grew in confidence. Molly has also had pancreatitis and Charlotte both understood and was prepared to give her painkillers if needed. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for the great care she showed Molly and would highly recommend her.”

About: Myself and my partner have both grown up around dogs. We look after family and friends dogs as well as our 1 year 8 month old Beagle called Rolo who we welcomed in to our family from 8 weeks old. He is treated like a prince👑 as will your furbaby while staying with us. Any training you’re currently doing or want us to start can be carried on whilst you’re on holiday. I am currently on Maternity Leave so I am able to give all the love and attention to make your furbaby feel comfortable, safe and at home. My partner Tom is home of an evening and takes Rolo (our dog) for his evening walk and gives him plenty of loving fuss as he will with yours! We have a fenced garden and have an energetic Beagle to keep your furbaby company while they’re here on their holidays. Crate trained dogs only please! Also If that’s something we can help you with we are more than happy to help. Your furbaby must be ok with other dogs and young children/babies. No furbaby’s in the bed but welcome on the sofa for a lovely cuddle and cheeky post walk nap (if they would like)!

She met with us before the visit so that Tigger could meet her own 2 dogs, Molly and Toby, and ensure they didn’t have any issues. She kept us up to date throughout his stay with messages and photos of him enjoying his time- Tigger seemed to feel very relaxed around her and settled in well whilst there. We’d definitely use Ruth again if needed!”
