About: I've worked with animals in a variety of settings, including hospitals, kennels, rescues and zoological collections, and I hold qualifications in Animal Care, Animal Management and Animal Welfare. Over the years I've cared for dogs with a wide range of personalities, energy levels and needs. I understand that every dog is different, and I focus on providing safe, reliable and enriching care tailored to the individual dog. As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to trust the person looking after your pet. Before any booking, I like to arrange a meet-and-greet so I can learn about your pet's routine, personality, likes, dislikes and any specific requirements. When caring for pets in their own home, I aim to keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. I follow your instructions carefully for feeding, medication (where appropriate), exercise, enrichment and any household preferences. I treat every home and pet with respect, keeping safety and wellbeing as my priority. I provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away. With my background in Animal Care and Animal Welfare, I understand the importance of recognising stress signals, maintaining a safe environment and providing positive, compassionate care for every animal.

“Imogen looked after my cats for the first time recently, and I could not recommend her more highly. I have seven cats, all with very different personalities and needs. Some are extremely high-maintenance, some are incredibly friendly, others are very shy, and three of them have epilepsy and require close monitoring. It can definitely be a bit overwhelming for someone who isn’t used to a busy multi-cat household, but Imogen handled everything amazingly. From the moment she came for a meet-and-greet, it was obvious how naturally good she is with animals. Two of my cats immediately gravitated towards her, which I think says everything, as cats are usually very good judges of character! All of the cats absolutely loved her, and I felt completely reassured knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. She was calm, attentive, and clearly very experienced and comfortable around cats with different temperaments and medical needs. I’m so grateful for the care she gave my babies, and I’ll definitely be using her services again in the future. About: I'm looking to care for and spend time with dogs again, since my Husky/GSD passed in February, age 16. I would love to look after your dog (small, medium or large is fine!) happy to have them at my house, which has a small fenced garden, as well as at your home if needed. I work from home during the week, so I'd always be around for walks and play time. Have had to cater for dogs with specific dietary requirements in the past, as well as nervous dogs, and senior dogs. I have a small fully fenced garden and live close to some lovely walks in and around Norwich. I don't have any other pets at the moment, so can give my full time and attention to your pup.

About: I am the proud owner of a golden cocker-spaniel, aged 5, and was also the owner of a wonderful tuxedo cat up until last year! Since the age of 15, neighbours, friends and coworkers have entrusted me with pet care, including dogs and cats, for both short and long stays, and I am passionate about caring for pets! I give them lots of love and attention, and taking care of them safely is my top priority. At the moment, I am studying to become a Speech and Language Therapist at the UEA, but I have plenty of time in my schedule to play with and look after your pets! My schedule is flexible and I am at uni Tuesday to Thursday, but am available for boarding for full weekends, including long weekends extending from Friday until Monday! On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, I will always be available from 5pm onwards! I am easily adaptable, and will be quick to settle into any routine or patterns your pet is used to at home! I am knowledgeable and experienced with different feeding and bathroom habits, and will always ensure the most comfortable environment for your pet, while giving them all the attention they would like! Having had cats and dogs of my own all my life, and caring for both infant and elderly cats and dogs, I have a broad spectrum of knowledge and perspective on the different needs of your pets. I am willing and able to assist with toilet training or crate training your puppy, and likewise happy to assist with litter training or toilet assisting a kitten or elder cat!

About: I have been around both dogs and cats my whole life, including growing up in a family that fostered guide dog puppies being trained for their amazing roles as support animals. Our own animals have included an elderly labrador who needed medication and an anxious and reactive lockdown lab. I also have professional experience with a large, energetic boxer, a setter, and a welsh sheepdog. I love being around both dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes, and love nothing more than gaining the trust of an animal. I am currently in between jobs, and so I am very flexible for both walking and overnight/longer term stays. I am doing some freelance work online that I can fit around your schedule. I cannot currently offer having pets in my family home, as we already have a full house of a dog and two cats, but I am very flexible in following the routines of either strict or spoilt (!) animals, and am more than happy to follow your lead in what is best for your animal. My priority is always the comfort, security, and enjoyment of your animal. I have experience with crate training if necessary.

About: I've had dogs in my family since I was born! I have a huge love for them, pointing them out and saying 'oh my goodness look!' to anyone I'm with when I'm out and about. I love dogs and cats, and have one of each of my own - Biscuit the dog, a rescue from Cyprus, and Merlin the cat who is a Ragdoll cross. I have experience with taking care of older dogs and cats, and administering medication to them. I am currently looking for work, and in the meantime have all the time in the world to take care of your lovely four-legged family members! 😊 I currently have a very flexible schedule as I am looking for a full time job, so I have ample availability on weekdays and weekends. I understand every pet has their own unique needs, so I will always carefully listen to your instructions and take care of them as you would yourself.
