“This is the first time we have booked Ellen and it was for just an overnight stay. We have two senior Labs 13 and 11yrs the 13 year old has arthritis so we said not to walk for long which Ellen did for us she kept us up to date with photos which was lovely. Unfortunately our 13yr old Lab was very unsettled overnight possibly due to anxiety and kept barking. This she hasn’t done before unless it’s to go out but she wouldn’t settle which makes me think separation anxiety due to her age. Ellen kept me informed and reassured us that she had experienced this in other dogs also. I hope it hasn’t put her off sitting for us again because it looks like they all had fun.”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have trained them myself too. I’ve also looked after friend’s pets whilst they’ve been on holiday. I can look after any pets from when they are young to elderly as have lots of experience with my own. I seem to have an affinity with dogs, not only do I adore them but they also really like me. I’m an influencer so have lots of time and love to give to your pet as if it was my own. Available a lot. Your pet will always be safe with me as I have lots of experience. I’d make sure your pet is safe if out on a walk with me, be aware of surroundings and other pets. I’d keep your home locked and your pets safe inside when not out and about. Constantly making sure they have been walked, have enough water, fed and are happy.

She came over and met me and the dogs beforehand - she was well prepared and so so lovely with the dogs. About: Fergus and I love walking at a different place everyday in Norfolk. We go to Thetford Forest for sniffing walks, the coast when it’s very hot, rivers when we want to paddle. We live near the UEA so that’s our local walk straight out the door and into the woods. Fergus is my second Fox Red Labrador Murphy was my first and they both have had a placid nature with other dogs and enjoy tug of war or chasing round the house. We have a great enclosed garden for all pets so very safe and we are at the end of a Cul-de-Sac which means it’s a quiet area. My family have had dogs all my life from Basset hounds to Labradors with a Shih Tzu thrown in (not literally) so at 61 I am experienced. Believe me when I say your dog will be part of our family when they walk or stay with us. Most walks will be 1-2 hours 3-4 miles with biscuits thrown in. I have retired so my day is mostly taken up by walking 3,4 or 5 miles in the morning and a shorter walk in the late afternoon. I have a lovely grass garden with 3 areas for the dogs to explore. It’s all fenced and enclosed so safe and secure. I live at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac so few vehicles about. Also my home is a bungalow which dogs have the full roam of and can follow Fergus anywhere.

About: I have a lifetime of experience caring for animals, including my own rescued cats, dogs, and horses. I have looked after three horses on loan, providing daily care, feeding, grooming, and attention to their individual needs. I have rescued and cared for two cats and have owned two dogs, giving me hands-on experience with different personalities, routines, and care requirements. I have also worked at Redwings Horse Sanctuary, supporting the care of horses and running wellbeing activities that connected people with horses. This is all done online and at my own pace, so I will be home with your pet during the day to keep them company but flexible to make lots of time for walks and playtime! Our pets normally wake up early in the morning to go out for a toilet and go bed to sleep for skittle then get breakfast and play outside of the weather is nice. Later after walks they have dinner to settle them down for bed 🥰 We have a front fenced garden which is great safe place for dogs to play. We also have walks near by over the fields or along the river.
