“So glad to have found Meg - right from the get go she was really friendly, organised and both dogs took to her straight away. Great comms on the day and she followed all instructions to the tee. We can’t recommend her highly enough and hope to see her again soon 😊”

“Marcia was really great. I would highly recommend her. My dog was happy to see her every day and she was punctual, considerate and caring every time. I rate her very highly.”
“I am very overprotective with my 2 pups and was very anxious to let someone else see to them. Trafford however was amazing! He took my girls out on 3 walks today, he let me know when he finished each walk and double checked with me about things that he didn’t want to assume was okay! Very polite and updated me on my girls throughout the day. Highly recommend and will be using again!”

I'm also happy to provide regular photo and video updates so you can relax and enjoy your time away knowing your pets are safe and happy! About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for a wide range of pets. I studied Animal Care at college, completing both Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, which gave me a solid understanding of animal welfare, behaviour, health, and handling. I also spent four years working at Redwings Horse Sanctuary, where I cared for horses and donkeys, where I learned the importance of providing consistent, compassionate care tailored to each animal's individual needs. This experience strengthened my confidence in handling animals, recognising signs of illness or stress, and maintaining high welfare standards. Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up and into adulthood, I've cared for dogs, cats, rats, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs, so I'm comfortable looking after pets with all kinds of personalities, needs, and routines. While I don't currently have pets of my own, I regularly spend time with my best friend's adorable sausage dogs, Dolly and Flossy, and her ragdoll cat, Nancy. I help care for them whenever needed, whether that's feeding, walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply keeping them company while my bestie is away. One of the reasons I've joined Rover is because there's definitely a pet-shaped hole in my life! I genuinely love being around animals and understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. I'll treat your pets with the same care, patience, and affection that I would my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I work full-time Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm, which means I can provide care before and after work during the week. I'm available for morning visits before work for feeding, toilet breaks, walks, and companionship, and then have plenty of time in the evenings for longer walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, and any other care your pet needs. My weekends are generally much more flexible, allowing me to dedicate even more time to pet care and ensuring your pets receive plenty of attention and company. I'm organised, reliable, and committed to sticking to your pet's usual routine as closely as possible, helping them feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I understand that trusting someone with both your beloved pet and your home is a big decision, and I take that responsibility very seriously. My priority is always to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away by following their usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication (if required), and plenty of affection. When caring for pets in an owner's home, I will always treat your property with the same respect and care that I would my own. I'm reliable, tidy, and considerate, and I'll make sure your home is kept secure and left exactly as I found it. I believe good communication is important, so I'm happy to provide regular updates, photos, and messages for extra peace of mind while you're away. With my Animal Care qualifications, four years of experience at Redwings Horse Sanctuary, and a lifetime spent caring for animals, you can be confident that your pet will be in caring, capable hands. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel relaxed, happy, and reassured throughout the entire experience.

About: I’m an 18-year-old female living on a farm, with hands-on experience caring for a wide range of animals. I have two dogs of my own, including one who is quite nervous, so I understand the importance of patience, attention, and tailoring walks to suit each dog’s individual needs. I’m also confident handling larger, energetic dogs—my spaniels certainly keep me on my toes! At home, I care for an indoor cat who loves plenty of affection, so I’m equally comfortable providing gentle, attentive care for cats. I’m looking to offer dog walking and pet sitting alongside my studies, combining my passion for animals with staying active, while making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for. I am currently studying radiology My availability’s are: Monday 3-5pm Tuesday 9-11am Wednesday 9am-5pm Thursday 2-5pm Friday 1-3pm Saturday & Sunday all day If you do have any requests for other times feel free to get in contact and i may be able to be flexible however this is my current time frames I focus on keeping things safe, calm, and consistent for every pet. I stick to their usual routine as much as possible and take note of any specific needs, whether that’s a nervous dog who needs a bit more patience or a high-energy dog that needs proper handling on walks. In an owner’s home, I’m respectful of their space and follow all instructions around feeding, exercise, and care. I make sure pets are secure at all times—checking leads, gates, and surroundings. At my home on the farm, there’s plenty of space, but pets are always supervised in a safe environment, I am very aware of the ability dogs and cats may have as I’ve seen my puppy jump a big gate . Overall, I just aim to keep pets comfortable and well looked after while and for their owners to feel comfortable and confident their pets will be safe

About: [IMPORTANT TO NOTE: I will be unavailable for bookings in Norwich from 25th August 2026, as I am moving back to Cheltenham. I will be available for bookings in Cheltenham from 15th September 2026]. Hi! I’m Zara, a 22-year-old from Cheltenham. I have 10 years of pet experience; I was a dog walker during my undergraduate degree, and I have a dog who lives with my parents (Lily, a 12yo blonde cockapoo). I miss Lily so much and would love a furry friend in the house again. I’m currently completing my Master’s degree in Prose Fiction at UEA, and thought I’d start up my Rover account again for a little extra money towards my studies. I have now completed all my lectures, and the only other responsibility I have will be my dissertation period. Otherwise, I am completely free to look after your friend! I’m free for walks/sitting any time during the day. I don’t currently offer boarding services as I live on-campus; I can walk your dog, or look after them in your home! I live next to multiple absolutely beautiful parks I can take your dog to during the day :)
About: I've lived with and taken care of a variety of dog breeds since my childhood. I am able to wash, walk and feed your pets so they are safe and well-cared for! I have just graduated from my law degree and am currently on summer holidays! I also have a part time job at the local pub, so have plenty of time to be occupied! I have a fenced garden and a dog and cat to keep your pet company. I also have a large crate to give your dog a place to go when tired, nervous or distressed if needed.

About: With over five years of experience in looking after all kinds of animals as well as growing up in a house full of animals I am now available to look after furry friends whilst back home from university. Whilst my experience is mainly in the realms of dogs, cats, horses, hamsters and guinea pigs I have also looked after rabbits, birds and even a tortoise! I have had plenty of work experience through my degree in veterinary practices allowing me to handle medications as needed and keep an eye on any more senior animals as well, with which I aim to give owners some peace of mind as I completely understand how daunting it can feel when a pet has health issues and to trust someone else to monitor these. I currently work an online job for my university student union, which is part time. This means I have plenty of time to check in on furry friends and keep ontop of their daily schedules! Other than that I would ideally be going to the gym however if one of your furry friends needs 24/7 care it goes without saying that it would always be the priority! I will be able to take your dog out and about to local dog parks or for quieter walks through the lovely Norfolk countryside! With a car and full clean driving licence I would be more than happy to take your pets to safe local areas or walk them from your home. Which ever you would prefer and they would be more comfortable with!

I am mature and fit as well as knowledgeable and genuinely caring animal lover. I am semi-retired with totally flexible hours and able to work from home. My dogs are walked 3-10 miles daily. Pets are accommodated downstairs only, they do not come to bed with me! I have a separate boot room where I can accommodate sleeping crates if required. I have one dog who sleeps in a crate and one dog who doesn’t. I can work to any reasonable routine/care plan to ensure that your dog’s routine is kept as normal as possible, this avoids unnecessary anxiety for your pet. I am able to offer walks in our own fields as well as on the public footpaths and public areas. For dogs that are happy to travel I can do beach, river and woodland walks.
About: I got my first dog when i was 10 and have never been without a pet since and im now 35 - absolutely love animals. Now, as a mum if 3, i have 3 children who carry my love for animals too. Weve had puppies, dogs, guinea pigs and now a tortoise. We are unable to keep animals full time due to work commitments and school so thought we could give our love to your pet. We are a busy family monday to friday day time however evenings and weekends are free and we love helping people and love animals so thought this joined our 2 loves together. We live in a quiet village surrounded by feilds and local walks. We have big parks for dogs to enjoy. We have a tortoise as a pet but hes as simple as can be.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs, and cats, since the young age of 6. I am trustworthy, gentle and reliable and will love your pet like they’re my own. I have taken care of family and friends dogs as well as my own and love more than anything to make every fluffy friend feel loved and safe. I currently work weekdays at a local cattery, with a large 4 hour break in between from 12-4 which I would love to fill with dog walks and drop-ins! I am free most weekends for house stays for the more nervous pups who feel safest in their own environments. However I cannot have other dogs at my own home at this time as I have a dog and two cats of my own who are not so open with sharing their space. I am happy to answer as many questions as needed in order for you to feel comfortable with me looking after your furry friend in your own home, as well as ensuring the routes for dog walks that I take will be safe. If you would prefer to have your dog on a lead whilst on walks that is completely fine and if your dog is not comfortable with walking on country roads I will avoid them in the routes I choose to take!
