“Ellen was delightful with Luffy, who seemed to form a real bind in their time together. I was provided updates each day, to know what was going on and was always confident that Luffy was safe and happy in Ellen's company.”

“We can't recommend Zara enough. We were visiting the area with a 5 month old puppy and Zara very kindly puppy-sat in our hotel room while we went to a family get-together. Finn was looked after very well and thoroughly enjoyed his time with Zara. He slept well, so he'd clearly been kept entertained. Zara was easy to communicate with before the day and was very flexible in supporting an unusual set of circumstances. Would certainly recommend.”

“Cara helped us out of a jam with last minute cover. She was quick to respond to messages. She was prompt arriving. Respectful to our home. And great with Dylan. We can't wait to book her again.”

About: I have my own company “Waggin’ Tails Pet Care” on Facebook and thought I’d venture out to rover as have a few new spaces for walks and sits! I have owned my company for several years and have dealt with doggos of all sizes, breeds and medical/behavioural challenges. I also care for cats and horses too! I adore all animals and like any easy doggos or more challenging characters! I have also worked at dogs trust and canine dip and dive where sometimes on hot days I take some of the doggos! Dog sitting & walking is my job fully, so for me I tend to have times and slots that I can book you into each week if we discus them before the week begins leaves me more open for you desired times and then each week can either be the same and structured or slightly different around your needs. I am insured and do dog sits within your home as the safety is completely known by you and the pets are comfortable in their environment already. I like to do a meet first so you pet can get to know me while you’re also there but that doesn’t have to be the case! During home stays I go out within my day to walk other dogs etc but will always discus the time you’re comfortable with your little one being left to schedule these around you! I ask for a written list of feeding times etc so nothing is ever messed up for your pets routine.
About: I’ve had animals my whole life! I provide compassionate, dependable care for animals of all kinds from dogs and cats to reptiles and horses. What sets me apart is my calm, patient approach and my genuine love for every species I work with. I take the time to understand each pet’s individual routine, personality, and needs so they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I’m experienced with puppies who need consistency and basic reinforcement, as well as senior pets who require extra patience, medication support, and gentle handling. I’m also confident caring for larger animals and exotics, which not every sitter offers. I treat every animal as if they were my own with attention, respect, and lots of love. I am also certified in Pet First Aid, giving owners extra peace of mind that their pets are in safe, knowledgeable hands, so you can truly relax knowing they’re in safe hands. Pet care is a central part of my daily and weekly routine, allowing me to provide consistent, reliable attention to the animals I look after. I plan my schedule around the pets in my care to ensure they receive timely visits, exercise, feeding, and companionship. Because I prioritise pet sitting in my routine, I’m able to be flexible and responsive to each pet’s individual needs, whether that’s early morning feeds, midday check ins, or evening care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. Before any service begins, I arrange a consultation to learn about your pet’s routine, temperament, medical needs, and any specific safety requirements. This allows us to discuss things like secure harnesses or collars, whether your dog is safe to be off lead, recall reliability, and how they are around other dogs or animals. When caring for pets in your home, I follow your instructions closely to maintain their normal routine and environment, helping them feel secure and stress free. I ensure doors, gates, and enclosures are always properly secured, and I use safe, well fitted equipment during walks. I also carefully assess surroundings before introducing pets to new environments or other animals.
“Melody was fantastic! She looked after our 1.5 year old Lab and he certainly seemed like he had a great day! Would not hesitate to recommend Melody for anyone else! Thank you again!!”

“Imogen looked after my cats for the first time recently, and I could not recommend her more highly. I have seven cats, all with very different personalities and needs. Some are extremely high-maintenance, some are incredibly friendly, others are very shy, and three of them have epilepsy and require close monitoring. It can definitely be a bit overwhelming for someone who isn’t used to a busy multi-cat household, but Imogen handled everything amazingly. From the moment she came for a meet-and-greet, it was obvious how naturally good she is with animals. Two of my cats immediately gravitated towards her, which I think says everything, as cats are usually very good judges of character! All of the cats absolutely loved her, and I felt completely reassured knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. She was calm, attentive, and clearly very experienced and comfortable around cats with different temperaments and medical needs. I’m so grateful for the care she gave my babies, and I’ll definitely be using her services again in the future. I’m very happy with the service Imogen provided and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring cat sitter.”

About: I provide trusted pet, home and lifestyle support, helping busy professionals, travellers and pet owners enjoy complete peace of mind knowing their beloved pets and homes are being cared for as if they were my own. Hi, my name is Stacy.... I'm 40 years old and a proud mum to two amazing sons, Mason (21) and Zach (18). Over the past 12 months, I've had the opportunity to pet sit in homes across the UK and overseas. What started as a way to experience new places quickly became something I genuinely fell in love with. Caring for people's pets, looking after their homes and giving them complete peace of mind while they're away has been incredibly rewarding. Through these experiences, I've discovered that I don't just enjoy caring for animals – I also love creating calm, welcoming spaces, helping busy people and being the trusted person homeowners can rely on when they hand over their keys and leave their beloved pets in someone else's care. With years of experience looking after pets, hosting over 100 community litter picks and running businesses, I've realised that the skills I've built throughout my career naturally transfer into providing trusted pet care, house sitting, cleaning and support to help lives run more smoothly. I'm insured as a Pet Sitter and also as a Cleaner and have an Enhanced DBS check. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I offer a flexible range of services to suit both pets and their owners. 🐾 Drop-In Visits (30 Minutes) Perfect for cats and other small pets while you're at work, away for the day, or on holiday. A typical visit can include: - Feeding and refreshing water - Litter tray cleaning - Playtime - Cuddles and companionship (if your pet approves!) - Oral medication administration (where appropriate) - Bringing in post or parcels 🏡 Extended Visits & Home Support Need a little extra help? Longer visits can be booked for: - Light cleans (£25 per hour) - Deep cleaning specific rooms (Prices to be discussed) - Laundry and bedding changes - Home organisation and decluttering - Preparing your home before or after a trip - Plant care - Grocery unpacking - General household support I also offer "body doubling" and organising support for people who struggle with motivation, overwhelm, ADHD, busy schedules, or simply have too much on their plate. Sometimes having a friendly, productive person alongside you can make all the difference. 🐾 House Sitting & Overnight Care For pets who are happiest in their own home, I offer overnight stays where I care for both your pets and your property as if they were my own. This includes: - Maintaining normal pet routines - Feeding and exercise - Companionship - Home security presence - Plant care - Mail collection - Keeping your home clean, tidy and lived-in while you're away My aim is simple: happy pets, cared-for homes, and complete peace of mind for owners. **For longer house sits, my partner may occasionally visit or stay overnight with the homeowner's prior agreement. He is respectful, trustworthy, and has been authenticated by Rover. He understands the importance of treating clients' homes with care and discretion. This will always be discussed and agreed in advance, and I completely respect that some homeowners prefer bookings to be carried out by me alone. Trust is at the heart of the service I provide. When caring for pets and homes, I treat both with the same respect and attention that I would my own. I take time to understand each pet's routine, personality, and individual needs to ensure they feel safe, comfortable and well cared for while their owners are away. I am happy to provide regular updates, photos, and messages throughout the booking, and I pride myself on maintaining open communication and complete transparency. All information relating to your home (including addresses, key safe codes, alarm information, security arrangements, travel plans, personal details and anything I observe within your home) will be treated as strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties. As I provide a trusted, professional in-home service, I do not accept bookings where indoor recording devices are active during my stay or visits. External security cameras are absolutely fine, but I ask that any indoor cameras are switched off for the duration of the booking. I believe trust should work both ways. Pet owners are trusting me with their beloved pets and home, and I value being trusted to carry out my role professionally. From time to time, I may create content for my business or social media to showcase my services, pets in my care (with owner permission), or general pet sitting experiences. However, I will never disclose client addresses, security details, travel plans, personal information, or any identifying details about a client's home. Privacy and confidentiality will always take priority. I have independent Pet Sitters Insurance, Home Cleaners Insurance and an Enhanced DBS Check. I am also a multi award winning Community Champion for my services in organising over 100 litter picks in my local area.
“Nell visited my labrador for an extended visit, ahead of a housesitting assignment later in the month. Nell was very punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.”

“Abigail looked after our dog for us while we were on holiday and he had the best staycation with her and her dog. We felt reassured he was having the comforts of a home away from home and were kept up updated with photos during his time there. Would definitely recommend Abigail she has a passion for dogs and our dog Reggie settled very quickly with her in her home! Abigail was brilliant and accommodating particularly as Reggie needed some extra care whilst he was recovering from a recent operation.”

“David is a good person who has looked after our Millie well . He has responded to messages when requested and appears to have enjoyed the long walks led by Millie ! Would recommend and have David back again”

About: With over five years of experience in looking after all kinds of animals as well as growing up in a house full of animals I am now available to look after furry friends whilst back home from university. Whilst my experience is mainly in the realms of dogs, cats, horses, hamsters and guinea pigs I have also looked after rabbits, birds and even a tortoise! I have had plenty of work experience through my degree in veterinary practices allowing me to handle medications as needed and keep an eye on any more senior animals as well, with which I aim to give owners some peace of mind as I completely understand how daunting it can feel when a pet has health issues and to trust someone else to monitor these. I currently work an online job for my university student union, which is part time. This means I have plenty of time to check in on furry friends and keep ontop of their daily schedules! Other than that I would ideally be going to the gym however if one of your furry friends needs 24/7 care it goes without saying that it would always be the priority! I will be able to take your dog out and about to local dog parks or for quieter walks through the lovely Norfolk countryside! With a car and full clean driving licence I would be more than happy to take your pets to safe local areas or walk them from your home. Which ever you would prefer and they would be more comfortable with!

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for a wide range of pets. I studied Animal Care at college, completing both Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, which gave me a solid understanding of animal welfare, behaviour, health, and handling. I also spent four years working at Redwings Horse Sanctuary, where I cared for horses and donkeys, where I learned the importance of providing consistent, compassionate care tailored to each animal's individual needs. This experience strengthened my confidence in handling animals, recognising signs of illness or stress, and maintaining high welfare standards. Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up and into adulthood, I've cared for dogs, cats, rats, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs, so I'm comfortable looking after pets with all kinds of personalities, needs, and routines. While I don't currently have pets of my own, I regularly spend time with my best friend's adorable sausage dogs, Dolly and Flossy, and her ragdoll cat, Nancy. I help care for them whenever needed, whether that's feeding, walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply keeping them company while my bestie is away. One of the reasons I've joined Rover is because there's definitely a pet-shaped hole in my life! I genuinely love being around animals and understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. I'll treat your pets with the same care, patience, and affection that I would my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I work full-time Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm, which means I can provide care before and after work during the week. I'm available for morning visits before work for feeding, toilet breaks, walks, and companionship, and then have plenty of time in the evenings for longer walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, and any other care your pet needs. My weekends are generally much more flexible, allowing me to dedicate even more time to pet care and ensuring your pets receive plenty of attention and company. I'm organised, reliable, and committed to sticking to your pet's usual routine as closely as possible, helping them feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I understand that trusting someone with both your beloved pet and your home is a big decision, and I take that responsibility very seriously. My priority is always to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away by following their usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication (if required), and plenty of affection. When caring for pets in an owner's home, I will always treat your property with the same respect and care that I would my own. I'm reliable, tidy, and considerate, and I'll make sure your home is kept secure and left exactly as I found it. I believe good communication is important, so I'm happy to provide regular updates, photos, and messages for extra peace of mind while you're away. With my Animal Care qualifications, four years of experience at Redwings Horse Sanctuary, and a lifetime spent caring for animals, you can be confident that your pet will be in caring, capable hands. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel relaxed, happy, and reassured throughout the entire experience.
