About: I've owned dogs (mostly rescue) and cats for most of my life. I've attended obedience classes with both older and puppy dogs. My daughter (who is 15) and I love animals of all kinds and we would be honoured and happy to care for your four-leggers when you can't. We live in the village of Swainsthorpe, so have lots of opportunities for long country walks. We don't have any pets at the moment, but occasionally care for my mum's Chihuahua. I'm a freelance medical writer, so I work from home. I like to get away from my desk often, so your dog will get plenty of exercise every day. There will also be other opportunities for dog-friendly outings on the weekends. Cats are also most welcome! In fact, any fur-ball will gets lots of attention and cuddles in our home. Both my front and rear gardens are fenced in. I live in a community which is well away from the road (close to fields). All visiting pets will be allowed to sleep in the bedroom with me, but obviously in their own beds; they will also not be allowed on furniture in the living areas. I'm happy to accommodate a crate if your dog is used to that.
8. Helen S.
“Murphy had a lovely day with Helen last week. Second time he's stayed there but only for a day this time as opposed to the week in March. He couldn't wait to get through the door so great to see they've got a nice bond. Came back exhausted from a day of fun. He's already looking forward to his next stay with Helen in July!”
9. Ruth E.
“Ruth done a great job looking after Marley for the day, Normally Marley is very excited to see me when I come home but at Ruths when I went to pick her up she barely took any notice of me as she was so happy where she was. Ruth is very kind and gentle and obviously loves and knows how to look after dogs and I would highly recommend her. I have booked an overnighter already.”
10. Emma H.
“Emma was very easy and straightforward to communicate with to arrange the day care. Murphy had a good day, and came away very relaxed. Would recommend.”

17. Jude C.
“Jude was amazing, she made us feel so comfortable leaving Cooper with her, she knew actually how to make Cooper feel welcome and give him space to relax. I was nervous leaving him as I always am, but within the first hour, I got some lovely reassuring pictures and messages and I was able to relax and enjoy my doggie free day. I will definitely use Jude again when we're back in the area. Thank you so much from us and Cooper xxx”
18. Liv G.
“I had these girls take care of my three cats, Leo, Suki and Dylan when I went abroad. I met them first to see where my cats would spend their time as they have a dog. The cats had free roam of their entire bungalow apart from a gated area in the kitchen which is primarily used for the dog. They also had a ‘cat room’ which was completely isolated just for the cats which was a great way of them getting used to their home and having a safe place to go back to should they need it. The room had everything they could have needed from cat trees, tunnels, litter trays etc and Amy and Liv even took them out for walks (they are all inside cats and lead trained so like to go outside a couple of times a day supervised). Frequent pictures and videos, kept in contact with me everyday which soothed my mind a lot. My cats were very happy there and I will be using their services in the future should I go away again.”
19. Jasmine G.
“Jasmine has looked after our dogs several times now and they always get excited when they realise where they are going. She always puts herself out to meet their needs with their regular walk and meal times. Our dogs love a blanket and a cuddle on the sofa with Jasmine, sometimes I think they don't want to come back home. Would highly recommend Jasmine.”

About: Having grown up on a farm I have loved and cared for dogs in some form for all of my life. I believe I also have a particular affinity with them and am able to read their emotions and energies and act accordingly. I have recently returned to the UK, after living in a rural community in Portugal. Here I was the go-to dog sitter (as seen in pictures) as I got a reputation for caring for the dogs so well. Now I am back in the UK and looking to spread my love to the canine friends living here. I live on my families farm and contribute to work here as it is needed. I also have some online projects that I work on when possible but my schedule is largely very flexible. We have lots of space which is quite a luxury. The main perimeter of the farm is not fenced but there are fields that are fenced and there are large spaces to be on for some engaged play.
