“Our 5 year old GSD, Teddy recently stayed with Mat & his lovely family. We met them a couple of weeks beforehand and felt very reassured that Teddy would be well looked after in their care & he definitely was! The whole family looked after him like their own and we couldn’t have asked for a more caring, attentive family home for him. (Teddy is used to a busy family home with children around & it was really reassuring for us to know that he would be in a very similar environment, where he would feel more familiar.) Mat sent us regular updates & photos which really helped us feel reassured whilst we were away. Communication throughout has been brilliant. We know Teddy misses us a lot when we are away, hence it is hard for us to leave him with others, but having found Mat & his wonderful family we can go away feeling happy that Teddy will be in the best of care & with a lovely family who all look after him & treat him like part of their family! So happy we have found Mat & have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him! Teddy is already booked in to stay with him again later on in the year! Thank you all so much ☺️”

“My first time having dog sitters look after my 14 year old puggle. I fell on my feet, Ann and Jacques were welcoming, thoughtful, kind and that was just to me when I first met them. They were so genuine and clearly love dogs. They enjoyed Snoop and all his quirks, and I had zero concerns when leaving him with them. I got fab pics and notes sent to me. He had the best holiday. I won’t hesitate using them both again. He was 100% spoilt with love and attention. Oh and asking me to bring ‘all’ his beds etc and literally everything to make him happy made me know I had chosen the right people. They were just so accommodating. About: I have taken care of pets for 8 years now, previously having two cats and currently having an adorable fluffy dog which I time share with my parents due to rental restrictions. I used to work on a farm working with horses, cows and goats which was quite a challenge! I now volunteer for an elderly couple in my village to walk their senior dog to make sure she stays active in her older years. I am used to feeding, bathing and performing grooming tasks for both dogs and cats (alongside some big farm animals too!). I am currently working full time in local government, meaning I don't get much time to spend with cute friendly faces in my social life. Therefore providing these services outside of my normal work hours is a true passion of mine. I am happy to have a weekly routine with your pet if this is something you would prefer, and I can work this around my job based on your request. The same goes for any kind of house sitting arrangement, so please do ask! I am extremely respectful with the different training styles and any feeding, grooming or house arrangements that each individual pet and owner have. I am used to handling lots of animals of different behaviors, sizes and medical needs; so i can adapt to what is necessary for each animal in my care.

About: I have had dogs all my life and enjoyed different breeds and characters. We have a large family home with a large safe and enclosed garden. Our entire family Michael my husband and the kids are dog lovers, and will make sure to create a warm and welcoming environment for any dogs who stay. We also have fields and parks within walking distance to exercise your dog. I am currently a stay at home mum so typically free between 9 and 3 to walk and play and care for your dogs. We are available 7 days a week for overnight stays. I have a safe home with a large ground floor and large enclosed garden. We have one friendly and very chilled golden retriever. Dogs will be allowed throughout the downstairs and will be regularly let out into the garden.

About: Fergus and I love walking at a different place everyday in Norfolk. We go to Thetford Forest for sniffing walks, the coast when it’s very hot, rivers when we want to paddle. We live near the UEA so that’s our local walk straight out the door and into the woods. Fergus is my second Fox Red Labrador Murphy was my first and they both have had a placid nature with other dogs and enjoy tug of war or chasing round the house. We have a great enclosed garden for all pets so very safe and we are at the end of a Cul-de-Sac which means it’s a quiet area. My family have had dogs all my life from Basset hounds to Labradors with a Shih Tzu thrown in (not literally) so at 61 I am experienced. Believe me when I say your dog will be part of our family when they walk or stay with us. Most walks will be 1-2 hours 3-4 miles with biscuits thrown in. I have retired so my day is mostly taken up by walking 3,4 or 5 miles in the morning and a shorter walk in the late afternoon. I have a lovely grass garden with 3 areas for the dogs to explore. It’s all fenced and enclosed so safe and secure. I live at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac so few vehicles about. Also my home is a bungalow which dogs have the full roam of and can follow Fergus anywhere.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life from Dachshunds and terriers through to rescues and Labradors. I’ve recently retired and lost my companion Charlie so I’m hoping to invest my love in your precious one now. I’m recently retired so expect to spend all day with your pet, making them part of my life while they are with me. I live in a city centre maisonette and have a small secure outside space for fresh air, but there are also parks near me and all the smells and excitement of the city. I follow whatever exercise routine and rules you have at home. Pets can come on the sofa for cuddles if you allow that, and can either sleep downstairs or upstairs on the bed with me.

I have been surrounded by animals since I was a child and I find life empty without them. Being self employed allowed me to meet lots of great pets and that gave me a lot of joy. About: I love dogs. They are family and must be treated as such. I have experience with many puppies up to larger dogs weighing in excess of 30kg. I’ve a sensible head, good common sense and your best friend will get the best care with me. I walk different breed of dogs daily, I adapt the walk to their pace, some older paws need to go a bit slower! I have first aid certificate for dogs and happy to give medication if required. Free most weekends, still have availability all day Wednesday, some on Monday and Friday mornings. Cat drop in morning and late afternoon are free every day. Please contact me to confirm. I will care for your pets on drop in visits as if they were my own. They will have time to play and have cuddles whilst feeding to your schedule and making sure there is fresh water. I do not have a licence to board dogs so not offering this service. Equally I cannot offer sitter services in your home due to having 3 dogs of my own.

About: I have always loved dogs and cared for them, I have grown up with dogs from foxhounds to staffs. About: I have taken care of many dogs since I was about 7, when we got our first rescue dog (King Charles Cavalier x Cocker Spaniel). I have always loved dogs and wanted to be involved in taking care of our pets. Later on we got two more rescues (Border Collies) and I had to learn how to make them feel safe and happy.
