“I stumbled upon Andrea's services and I can't believe how lucky I got! She treated my dog like her own and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well cared for. She sent updates frequently, provided special food, long walks, and lots of affection. ❤️ I was able to completely relax and enjoy a holiday because of how wonderful and ease she made me feel. Can't recommend enough!”

“If I could leave 10 stars then I would, this was the most loving and caring place you could send your dog If you need too, Ernie was treated better than I could of ever imagined, had daily contact and photos to put our mind at ease and he absolutely adored being there, couldn’t praise her and her husband enough, would definitely take him back xxx”

“Monique and Jarrod were great surrogates for our beloved (but high-maintenance) Frank, after we were let down by family members at the last minute for an overseas holiday. Nothing was too much of an issue and they expertly supported his many needs, ensuring great updates throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Monique and Jarrod to anyone looking for support with their fur babies and will certainly use them again ourselves.”

“Kobe had such a wonderful stay with Mat and his family. Prior to boarding we arranged a pre-stay meeting which was great and really helpful, from that initial meeting I knew Kobe would be very well looked after. Throughout his stay Mat kept us updated with Kobe's progress and sent lots of pictures which was so lovely. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using Mat again for boarding, so long as the crazy pup is welcome ??. Thank you all so much for looking after our boy.”

“Abigail was attentive, patient and loving to our dog, catering to all his needs. As it was our dog's first time away from home, she was very reassuring and sent lots of updates. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is a natural around dogs.”

“Lisa took wonderful care of my dog Mango. Mango can be anxious when left with new sitters but she took to Lisa very well and settled nicely for her stay. Lisa kept me updated each day with how Mango was doing and how she was spending her days. I would definitely be happy for Mango to stay with Lisa again and I highly recommend her for other dog owners.”
“I would 100% recommend Gemma and her family. Gemma responded really quickly to my request, invited us over, listened and understood our tricky spaniel and his anxieties. They were not phased at all and Chester loved their dog straight away and they were off in the garden running around. They took him on adventures to the park and also for a lovely beach day, and sent lots of photos. I honestly could not have felt happier leaving him anywhere. Such a lovely friendly family and their children loved Chester and made a fuss of him too.”

“10/10 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Would 100% recommend Jasmine to anyone who needs a dog sitter. She’s kind and caring and gentle with our little sausage dog Otis. She first arranged meet & greets for him to get used to her and so he would feel safe. She then had him for a long stay and kept us up to date with daily photos and took him out for daily walks which I’m sure he really enjoyed. Otis loved his stay and he loved Jasmine. We will definitely be returning as Otis has now made a new friend for life 🐶 ☺️”

“Sidney was looked after sooo well, Nick and Louise really love dogs and we're brilliant at giving us updates and photos of Sid on walks. Sid got on well with Flo, their pug which was great as Sid is a really social dog and this would have been fab for him to have a playmate. Thank you very much, we will definitely send Sid to you again xx”

“Excellent communication, regular updates and photos/videos of mac. He looks like he’s had the best time, thoroughly spoilt. Thank you so much for looking after him, would definitely recommend x”

“So lucky to have found Laura. Wonderful communication from start to finish, photos and videos and updates sent throughout the stay Bear was obviously very well taken care of. Would not hesitate to recommend Laura”

About: Hi! I’m excited to offer a warm, caring home for your dog. I’m a huge dog lover and have grown up surrounded by dogs my whole life, so being around them feels completely natural to me. I regularly look after family dogs and puppies when they’re away, so I’m very used to different personalities, routines, and needs. Although I live in a flat, I’m very active and love being outdoors. Walks are a big part of my daily routine, whether that’s exploring local parks, heading out for longer walks, or visiting the beach whenever I can. Your dog will get plenty of fresh air, exercise, and attention. I’m also relaxed and social and do occasionally go to the pub — if you’re happy with it, I love bringing dogs along so they can stay part of the fun rather than being left behind. At home, I have two kittens who are nearly one year old. They’re very gentle and harmless, though a little cautious at first with new dogs. Once they’ve settled, they’re surprisingly sociable and often end up curled up on the sofa even when I have dogs staying. While I’m new to Rover, I take the responsibility of caring for your pet seriously. I will always follow your instructions closely to make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and comfortable in my care. I understand how important your pet is to you, and I’ll treat them as if they’re part of my own family We’re happy to care for pets during the week, but as we both work full-time, our weekday routine is structured around mornings and evenings. Your dog will always start the day with a good morning walk, followed by plenty of attention before we head off to work. In the evenings, we prioritise another walk along with lots of fuss, playtime, and relaxation. My partner Jack works from home on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, so on those days we’re able to offer an extra short walk and some company during the day. Ideally, we’re best suited to Friday–Sunday bookings, when we have more flexibility and can dedicate even more time to your pet, including longer walks, outings, and constant company. However, we can be flexible during the week depending on your dog’s needs — we’ll just need to chat through their routine first to make sure we’re the right fit We provide a safe, loving, and relaxed environment where your pet will feel right at home. In our home, we treat every dog as part of the family — they’re welcome to settle in on the sofa, enjoy plenty of attention, and be included in our daily routine. We stick closely to your pet’s usual schedule, including feeding times, walk routines, and any specific instructions you provide. During the week, this includes morning and evening walks, with extra time and flexibility on weekends for longer walks, trips to parks or the beach, and more one-on-one attention. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, when Jack works from home in the afternoons, we can also provide an additional short walk and company during the day. We have two gentle kittens who are used to being around dogs. They may be a little cautious at first, but they quickly settle and often share the space comfortably. If we’re caring for your pet in your home, we will respect your space and follow your routine exactly as instructed to keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible for your pet. Our approach is always to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away, with plenty of updates and reassurance for you too.
“Faride is friendly, helpful and clearly loves dogs and looks after them like her own. Oreo had a great time and was very happy to stay. We were sent regular photos and videos and could see how happy he was. I have already booked her again.”

“This was an emergency booking. Charlotte suggested bringing Molly the day before for a sniff around and to meet us. Molly is an anxious dog and Charlotte gave her the time and space to explore. From the moment I took Molly into Charlotte’s home I felt reassured. She created a little area for Molly with her cushion, blanket and toys. There was also water available. Molly was happy to stay with her which was a relief. I got lots of updates and she clearly had a lovely time. Charlotte was so sensitive to Molly’s needs and didn’t put any pressure on her to do things she didn’t want to do. Over the two days Molly really grew in confidence. Molly has also had pancreatitis and Charlotte both understood and was prepared to give her painkillers if needed. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for the great care she showed Molly and would highly recommend her.”

“We hadn't left our Sprocker Spaniel doggies with anyone until we found Heidi......she was relaxed, they were relaxed and we were relaxed. They had a lovely time and we will be leaving them back with Heidi another time to be cared for, loved and spoiled!!!”

“Duggie loved his stay with Charlotte. After an initial visit, we were very confident that it would work out well. Charlotte is very warm, friendly and knowledgeable about dogs and Duggie was comfortable with her immediately. Everything in Charlotte’s home and garden is set up to be dog friendly and she was very flexible about delivery and pick up times. During his stay, Charlotte sent me regular updates and pictures- he was clearly having a fab time. Duggie came home a very chilled and happy boy and a lovely touch was that Charlotte sent him home with a little diary of his holiday with her. We will definitely send Duggie to Charlotte again in future and would recommend her very highly.”

About: We’re lifelong dog lovers and take a considered, personal approach so each dog receives plenty of individual attention. My husband and I both work from home full time, meaning dogs in our care are rarely left alone and enjoy consistent company throughout the day. During the week, our home is particularly calm as our two children (aged 6 and 8) are at school. We share our home with our own 3-year-old dog, who is relaxed, friendly, and well socialised with other dogs. Our children have grown up around dogs and are gentle and respectful, understanding when a dog needs space. We are best suited to dogs who are comfortable in a family environment and around children. Our home is spacious, with several quiet areas where dogs can rest if they prefer their own space, as well as the option to stay close to us in our home office. We also have a secure, fully fenced garden for safe outdoor time. Sleeping arrangements are flexible and tailored to your dog’s usual routine. We follow a calm, consistent daily routine, including at least one walk a day, and we’re happy to maintain your dog’s normal feeding, medication, and care. Ahead of booking, we ask owners to share any special requirements so we can provide thoughtful, personalised care. We’re always happy to arrange a meet and greet to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone. We both work from home full time with our own rescue dog who we take for daily walks, so always looking for more furry company! As already mentioned, you can rest assured your dog is in safe hands - our garden is fully fenced. We can also go for on-lead walks for your peace of mind.

“This is the first time we have left our dog with anyone and being a puppy we wanted him to have a good experience. We did a meet and greet first so able to meet Chelsea and see where our dog was to stay. We found there was a nice garden to play in, fields to walk the dog at the rear of the house. Chelsea was great with our dog giving him time and space to explore and get comfortable with his surroundings. On drop off and collection everything was calm and he seemed quite happy with his new experience. we will defiantly use the service again and fully confident that we are leaving our dog in good hands. Thank you Peter and Anne”

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for a wide range of pets. I studied Animal Care at college, completing both Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, which gave me a solid understanding of animal welfare, behaviour, health, and handling. I also spent four years working at Redwings Horse Sanctuary, where I cared for horses and donkeys, where I learned the importance of providing consistent, compassionate care tailored to each animal's individual needs. This experience strengthened my confidence in handling animals, recognising signs of illness or stress, and maintaining high welfare standards. Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up and into adulthood, I've cared for dogs, cats, rats, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs, so I'm comfortable looking after pets with all kinds of personalities, needs, and routines. While I don't currently have pets of my own, I regularly spend time with my best friend's adorable sausage dogs, Dolly and Flossy, and her ragdoll cat, Nancy. I help care for them whenever needed, whether that's feeding, walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply keeping them company while my bestie is away. One of the reasons I've joined Rover is because there's definitely a pet-shaped hole in my life! I genuinely love being around animals and understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. I'll treat your pets with the same care, patience, and affection that I would my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I work full-time Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm, which means I can provide care before and after work during the week. I'm available for morning visits before work for feeding, toilet breaks, walks, and companionship, and then have plenty of time in the evenings for longer walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, and any other care your pet needs. My weekends are generally much more flexible, allowing me to dedicate even more time to pet care and ensuring your pets receive plenty of attention and company. I'm organised, reliable, and committed to sticking to your pet's usual routine as closely as possible, helping them feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I understand that trusting someone with both your beloved pet and your home is a big decision, and I take that responsibility very seriously. When caring for pets in an owner's home, I will always treat your property with the same respect and care that I would my own. I'm reliable, tidy, and considerate, and I'll make sure your home is kept secure and left exactly as I found it. I believe good communication is important, so I'm happy to provide regular updates, photos, and messages for extra peace of mind while you're away. With my Animal Care qualifications, four years of experience at Redwings Horse Sanctuary, and a lifetime spent caring for animals, you can be confident that your pet will be in caring, capable hands. In an owner’s home, I’m respectful of their space and follow all instructions around feeding, exercise, and care. I make sure pets are secure at all times—checking leads, gates, and surroundings. At my home on the farm, there’s plenty of space, but pets are always supervised in a safe environment, I am very aware of the ability dogs and cats may have as I’ve seen my puppy jump a big gate . Overall, I just aim to keep pets comfortable and well looked after while and for their owners to feel comfortable and confident their pets will be safe

About: With over five years of experience in looking after all kinds of animals as well as growing up in a house full of animals I am now available to look after furry friends whilst back home from university. Whilst my experience is mainly in the realms of dogs, cats, horses, hamsters and guinea pigs I have also looked after rabbits, birds and even a tortoise! I have had plenty of work experience through my degree in veterinary practices allowing me to handle medications as needed and keep an eye on any more senior animals as well, with which I aim to give owners some peace of mind as I completely understand how daunting it can feel when a pet has health issues and to trust someone else to monitor these. I currently work an online job for my university student union, which is part time. This means I have plenty of time to check in on furry friends and keep ontop of their daily schedules! Other than that I would ideally be going to the gym however if one of your furry friends needs 24/7 care it goes without saying that it would always be the priority! I will be able to take your dog out and about to local dog parks or for quieter walks through the lovely Norfolk countryside! With a car and full clean driving licence I would be more than happy to take your pets to safe local areas or walk them from your home. Which ever you would prefer and they would be more comfortable with!
About: Having had a 12 month break from sitting to care for my own 21 year old dog, I am now ready to start sitting again. I have always had pets in my life since childhood. These have included dogs, cats and horses. I am confident with all types of animals, big and small, and do not get flustered coping with multiple animals. I am calm, caring and affectionate and love walking. I am recently retired and am available anytime for short or for longer term pet sitting at your home as required. I am happy to do multiple animals and other pets as well as dogs. I am happy to fit in with your needs for your pet at your home. I have total respect for other people’s homes and will always leave them as I found them. I will always prioritise the care of your pets when staying in your home and will reassure you that all is well. I always offer a meet and greet.
About: [IMPORTANT TO NOTE: I will be unavailable for bookings in Norwich from 25th August 2026, as I am moving back to Cheltenham. I will be available for bookings in Cheltenham from 15th September 2026]. Hi! I’m Zara, a 22-year-old from Cheltenham. I have 10 years of pet experience; I was a dog walker during my undergraduate degree, and I have a dog who lives with my parents (Lily, a 12yo blonde cockapoo). I miss Lily so much and would love a furry friend in the house again. I’m currently completing my Master’s degree in Prose Fiction at UEA, and thought I’d start up my Rover account again for a little extra money towards my studies. I have now completed all my lectures, and the only other responsibility I have will be my dissertation period. Otherwise, I am completely free to look after your friend! I’m free for walks/sitting any time during the day. I don’t currently offer boarding services as I live on-campus; I can walk your dog, or look after them in your home! I live next to multiple absolutely beautiful parks I can take your dog to during the day :)
About: I have always had dogs and cats throughout my life, I have 1 dog and 2 cats. I am caring and attentive to each animals needs. I also understand no pet is the same, they all have their own personalities and needs. I am home full time studying a degree through Open University, so your 4 legged friends will be easily accommodated for along with my own. I have a car and a clean license, so travelling to look after your animals in their own home is possible during school hours while my son is at school. I have a fenced secure garden for dogs to run around in, and plenty of space for them to roam around the house. I live in a rural location with lots of lovely locations for dog walks, with opportunities for your pets to socialise with other dogs in my community too. I can provide care for animals in their own home or take them for walks during school hours.

We live in a quiet village surrounded by feilds and local walks. We have big parks for dogs to enjoy. We have a tortoise as a pet but hes as simple as can be.

About: Having always had dogs, I’ve looked after others during travelling and for friends. Treating them like my own, they’d be in safe hands whilst you’re away from home. Having dog sat for a variety of dogs with a variety of needs, rest assured your dog will have lots of fun with me! I’m currently working part-time and trying to build my own business. I like to be an active individual so walking and taking care of other dogs will bring joy to my days when I’m not busy working. I can easily care for your dog in your home with a clear routine (if you have one). I ensure that all doors, outdoor gates are secure to ensure your dogs safety.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs, and cats, since the young age of 6. I am trustworthy, gentle and reliable and will love your pet like they’re my own. I have taken care of family and friends dogs as well as my own and love more than anything to make every fluffy friend feel loved and safe. I currently work weekdays at a local cattery, with a large 4 hour break in between from 12-4 which I would love to fill with dog walks and drop-ins! I am free most weekends for house stays for the more nervous pups who feel safest in their own environments. However I cannot have other dogs at my own home at this time as I have a dog and two cats of my own who are not so open with sharing their space. I am happy to answer as many questions as needed in order for you to feel comfortable with me looking after your furry friend in your own home, as well as ensuring the routes for dog walks that I take will be safe. If you would prefer to have your dog on a lead whilst on walks that is completely fine and if your dog is not comfortable with walking on country roads I will avoid them in the routes I choose to take!

“Highly recommend! my dog had the most amazing weekend and won’t be going anywhere else in future only to Bonnie she updated me with constant photos day and night, I’m very pleased I had a very happy dog x”

“Alison and her family were absolutely amazing with my doggo Daisy! She is nervous around new people and they made the extra effort to meet her and understand her before her stay! Throughout the whole trip I received so many photos of her amazing walks and care! I really could not recommend Alison more and will definitely be booking Daisy in for a staycation again :)”

“Bella settled in quickly with Charlotte and Deezy and had a wonderful time! Charlotte kept me up to date and sent photos of the two dogs playing together. I will definitely book Charlotte again!”

“. Being so far away and for 3 weeks, we knew we didn’t have to worry about him as Sylvia is a kind and caring dog person. She sent us photos of him on his walks and updates of his activity with her. Sylvia followed the instructions about his diet I think from her comments that they really bonded over the spell that he was there. I would definitely leave him with her again and I plan to do so.”

“Henry settled in immediately with Pinar and her family in their welcoming family home. Pinar sent me regular photos and videos throughout his stay and I had every confidence that he was safe and happy. I booked her again for our next trip straight away when we got back!”
