“Olivia recently stayed at our home and looked after our very energetic needy Labrador Oreo. We instantly felt at ease leaving Oreo with Olivia, she has great knowledge in looking after dogs and Oreo fell in love with her straight away, we will definitely use Olivia again in the future! Thanks again Olivia”

“This was the first time we were leaving our cat Fruit for an extended period of time, which of course came with some nerves that were resolved instantly by Roxanne. She was incredible in every single way, from being patient with our little girl (who came out of her shell instantly due to Roxanne’s nurturing personality) to constant updates when we were in Vienna. I would highly recommend Roxanne to look after your fur baby as I know we won’t be looking anywhere else.”

“Ellie house sat for us and looked after our dog for an extended weekend. We couldn't be happier with her care of our pet and home and will definitely be using her services again. Ellie is very friendly, sent photos, responded quickly and gave are pup lots of love. Thanks for everything Ellie!”

About: I retired in February 2025 after working in the NHS and private healthcare sector for over 35 years as a speech and language therapist) / service manager. My career enabled me to work around the world in a wide range of settings and with some amazing people. I am now wanting to start a new chapter in my life which will allow for flexibility of working and will tap into my passion for animals and nature. My years as a therapist and manager means that I have many transferable skills, knowledge and qualities which I believe fit well into the role as a pet sitter and boarder. My love for animals started when I was a child when we had guinea pigs, tortoises and fish. Over the years, I have looked after family dogs and cats and used to walk an elderly lady’s dog when I was a volunteer for the Cinnamon Trust. Last year, I looked after a wonderful 12-year-old Border Terrier for 2 months at my house while his owners were abroad. This was an amazing experience and confirmed to me of my love of animals and my desire to pursue a career in pet sitting. I am a car driver / owner and have an up-to-date DBS. I am trained in basic life support, moving and handling, infection control and food safety and handling. I have recently completed a diploma in ‘Pet Sitting and Dog Walking’ provided by Reed Courses and ‘Dog first aid and CPR’ course with distinction provided by UKRLP. Licensed with North Tyneside Council (The Animal Welfare Regulations 2018): Licence Number 25/0987/ANIMAL Since retiring in February 2025, I am now free to concentrate on establishing myself as a professional pet sitter / dog walker and have the flexibility to be able to do this. I live in a 3 bedroomed house which has an enclosed and secure backyard. The downstairs floors are wooden. I am aware of the importance of ensuring a safe and secure environment for a pet which provides the correct levels of physical and mental stimulation for the individual. Liaising with the owner about their pet's care needs, routines and behaviours are key to ensuring a happy and safe pet.

I currently work full time as a sales administrator .On weekends I have a lot of free time to spend with your lovely pets . I have a spacious, fully fenced garden filled with exciting scents and safe space for your pets to explore and enjoy. It’s a great environment for sniffing, playing, and relaxing. I also love taking dogs on walks to new and stimulating places, giving them the chance to experience different sights, smells, and sounds. About: I born in a farm, with all sorts of animals. I always wanted a dog and for 6 years I got the best friend I could ask for, until he died of epilepsy. I know how tricky it is sometimes to balance work, studies, trips, etc. I had to use these services before, so now that I have plenty of time I thought I could be of some help for others. I work nearby and me and my housemate arrange everything so your precious will not feel lonely. I can do early walks and long walks in the evenings I love pet cuddles and I'll follow their routines and preferences and needs. I can also help with their training or teach them games and rules.

I love dogs and find them very interesting so I am happy to take care of any of your pets needs from brushing, walks, feeding and cuddles of course

“I contacted Camila about urgently needing care for my dog Tino, this is the first time for using Rover or having someone outside of family look after him and I could not have had a better experience. Camila came to meet Tino, and then came to our home to stay with him for the day. I received photos throughout the day with updates, and it was clear he was happy settled and looked after very well. Tino is our world so I was so nervous about this, but couldn't recommend enough amazing service and Camila is so lovely. Thanks so much 😊”

About: Hello! I’m Abbey, I am 31 years old originally from Newcastle. I’ve taken care of and had dogs my whole life. I have a little cavapoo who I adore and I get to visit regularly. I love the companionship of dogs and I previously worked in a veterinary hospital, which remains my favourite job. I am extremely flexible and I’d love to look after your dog and give them all the love and affection! I work four days per week, however my job is extremely flexible and I work from home. So I can fully cater to a dogs needs and work them into my schedule. Finding time to dog walk is not a problem for me, I love being outside and it would be great company! I have a 3 bedroom home with an enclosed garden at the back, and sadly have no pets. I also have no children. I live 5 minutes walk from various dog friendly parks and a 5 minute drive to the beach in Tynemouth.

About: I’ve grown up with animals and my family rescued dogs so I have years of experience with many personalities and quirks. Have had 5 years experience of dog walking. I have looked after pets all my life and have looked after others for the past 5 years. I offer dog walks and sitting services. I work full time however I have flexible hours and can work from home so that allows me to take dogs out in the morning, lunchtime or evenings. My walks tend to include long walks along the coast and a good run in the park depending on the needs of individual dogs. I only sit dogs in owners home and so would discuss with owner the specific needs of each dog as they are all so different.

“Absolute pro! Vicky looked after our two boys. She kept us up to date with lovely photos and texts. The boys were well looked after! Would absolutely recommend”

About: I’ve looked after my own, friends and neighbours dogs from a young age and they have relied on me for dog walking duties, overnight stays and feeding. My family had 4 spaniels when I was younger so I’m very used to looking after dogs with lots of energy and ensuring they receive the correct amount of exercise. My family fostered dogs when I was younger so I have a range of experience looking after lots of different breeds. I don’t currently have any pets and I miss the company that a dog brings. I’m very friendly, caring and loyal individual who throughly enjoys the company of four legged friends. I thoroughly enjoy taking dogs out on walks long or short and I am happy to have them on or off the lead whichever you prefer. I live in a great area for dog walks and I always provide pictures, videos and updates of your pet throughout their stay. I can work from home when needed so I am flexible on those days. Im an early riser and I enjoy a early walk with your dog before I start work. Im available most weekends for boarding. I have a gated front yard and a fully fenced back garden. I also live in a great area for dog walking with a lot of land that is away from traffic.

About: I’ve owned dogs for 10+ years and worked with them for 4+. Insured/DBS checked. Experienced with many different breeds and age, and knowledgeable on dog behaviour and training. I am a full time dog walker, and pet sitter. I mostly have regular weekly clients for solo or group walks! When I pet sit at a dog's home, your dog is taken care of as my own, and I follow your dog's usual routine as best I can, while working around my daily walks! I have a lot of flexibility to pop back and forth for toilet trips, and their walks will be fit into my schedule. My days tend to finish no later than 3pm, so I will be able to spend the rest of the afternoon/ evening with your dog, giving them attention and cuddles/ play. I have a fenced back garden with no side gate for exit, fully secure. It is a large Astro turfed space with plenty of room for dogs to roam, lounge and play. Dogs will be able to freely roam where they like inside or out of the home. I will follow the dogs owners instruction on feeding/walking and any other special requests. The same applies to pet sitting in the owners home.
