We received picture and video updates when the visit was taking place which also helped ease our anxiety leaving our fur babies alone for a few days. Maya fed and played with them as well as made sure everything with the litter, and water was in order. Both Oreo and Onyx were comfortable with her. Our absence didn't seem to phase them at all. Thank you Maya!”

About: I've had cats in the family for quite a few years, and my husband in particular is a cat whisperer so as a team we are able to provide reliable, compassionate care to your furry family. “Oh my goodness! I don’t think there are enough words to describe how amazing Alannah is!! We found ourselves in a pet parents worst nightmare! We flew out of the country for a holiday, and 6 hours after our pet sitters were meant to have already been at our house, they informed us they couldn’t do the sit. Complete panic sent in and we didn’t know what to do. We panicked and started messaging friends and family as by this point our pets had been left nearly 15 hours. We messaged Alannah and she replied within minutes and within an hour she had arranged absolutely everything for her to be able to come and sit for us. The whole process of speaking with her and booking her in to start her sit the next day was so easy. We had never used CIAF before so she helped with absolutely everything. We will 100% be happy to invite Alannah to sit for us again. The peace of mind she brings and the updates she sends made us feel very much at ease about the situation. Our Babies were very well taken care of and we came home to 4 very content animals, so much so I don’t think the cats even realised we went away 😅🤣 Thank you so much for being so wonderful, we appreciate absolutely everything you did to help us. You literally saved our holiday and rescued us from an awful situation. 100% recommend! If you’re lucky enough to get this wonderful lady to sit for you then take the opportunity! ❤️❤️”

“This was the first time we have left Titch. Julie is the perfect person to rely on. She did everything right and More! I think they both enjoyed each other's company.🥰”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Cat Sitting Experience with Dan! We recently had the pleasure of leaving our two cats in Dan’s care while we went on holiday for a week, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Dan was nothing short of fantastic. Our cats were clearly very comfortable and happy in his home, and he kept us updated every single day with photos and updates, which was incredibly reassuring. One of our cats has a specific medicine routine, and Dan made sure it was followed perfectly. It was such a relief to know they were in such capable hands. Honestly, it felt like a holiday for us and a little holiday for our cats too! We’re truly grateful for the high level of love and care Dan provided. If you’re looking for a cat sitter who treats your pets like their own, look no further. Highly, highly recommended!”

About: I've spent my whole life with cats and dugs. I grew up with a tabby cat and a cocker spaniel and, when I was lodging in London, I lived with a calico kittena nd an ex-Police German Shepherd. Friends, family, and folk I've got chatting to in the pub have all called on me too look after their cats, kittens, and a range of dog breeds including labradors, rottweilers, and spaniels. I'm a devoted Cat-Dad. Lacey, our nine-year-old rescue cat, has me wrapped round her little toe-bean. I'd love to get a dog but I fear they might cause chaos at my day job in an art gallery. I'm friendly, reliable, and pride myself on excellent communication. I can't wait to meet your furry friend!

About: I have grown up with cats all mine live I have had 2 tabby males and 4 tuxedo females all with there own personalities and quirks I have rescued and rehomed cats that have been abandoned on the streets or just not wanted and I took them In without a second thought.
“Ana Luisa has been lovely as always! I'm never worried when I go away because I know Rexie is in good hands! Rexie always runs to Ana Luisa when she sees her and they have a very sweet relationship. Couldn't recommend enough!!”

“John has a genuine love and care for animals he took our petal out for lots of fun and interesting walks with other dogs which was great to see the photos from! We know she was well cared for and had lots of fun! Thank you again John!”

About: As proud owners of our own wire-haired dachshund Gus, we know just how much our dogs mean to us. We offer plenty of love, attention, walks and cuddles in a safe and caring home. Every dog is treated like part of our family, and we will keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax whilst you’re away. Both myself and my wife are able to work from home during the week on regular basis, as pet care is a priority with our own dog. Therefore, if caring for your dog we would ensure someone would be able to care for them every day. I have a fenced garden with plenty space for your dog to run around and play with our own dog. If necessary or preferred our own dog was crate trained and slept in a crate until very recently. Any visits to check on dogs will be done at times best suited to individual dogs and walks/play time will always be p provided. We have done this regularly for dogs in our own families.
“Bailey really settled in great with Josh. She got taken out for walks and got plenty zoomies in, being a whippet this is her favorite pastime. I would not hesitate to book Josh again very reliable.”

“Lauren initially arranged a meet and greet and asked all of the right questions. She made friends with Evie quickly and made us both feel really comfortable. Evie was very excited to return for her day care and had a glowing report when I picked her up. Lauren provided 2 updates throughout the day including a picture. Thanks again Lauren for taking such good care of her whilst I had a long work day! We will definitely be booking again 😊”

“This was the first time that we had ever left Jasper in doggy day care. We could not have been more pleased. Rosalind and Charles were the ideal carers - experienced, calm and reassuring. We feel that Jasper had the best experience and we were kept informed with how well he was settling in, with a photo which put our minds at rest. We would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!”

“Jess made Eddie feel at ease straight away. He just really took to her. She's a lovely calm person and he picked up on that. Her house is lovely and I felt happy leaving him there for the day. Jess was also really quick to respond, flexible and the whole thing was really easy to arrange with her. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend”

“Jessica and Sam were lovely with my nervous rescue Taco and she warmed to them very quickly. We did a day of daycare to help her get comfortable with Jessica and Sam in their home before the overnight boarding we have booked next month. It went really well - they stuck closely to the management we do when out on a walk to keep her reactivity in check which was great. Jessica provided very responsive communication and was super easy to deal with. I'm feeling confident that Taco will be very well cared for when she boards for a weekend next month.”

“Hannah looked after my 11-week-old puppy for two days, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As it was my first time leaving such a young puppy with a dog sitter, I was a bit anxious, but Hannah put me completely at ease from the moment we met. She kept me updated throughout the day with messages and photos. It was clear that my puppy was well cared for and in safe hands the entire time. I’ve already booked with her again for a few weeks time, I would recommend to anyone looking for a dog sitter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Phoebe was amazing. Stella had the best time and it was clear when picking Stella up that they had the best day! Thank you very much for attending to all of Stella’s puppy needs for the whole day!!”

About: As a family we have been responsible owners for numerous pets. We lost our cat Woody around 9 years ago, and very recently lost our beautiful Akita Luca. We had Luca from a puppy, for 14 years. I have been brought up with dogs large and small, and have experience training multiple breeds. We provide a loving family environment where the dogs we care for get the true "Dogs Life" treatment. We live 2 minutes from lots of tracks and fields, perfect for dogs that like to stretch their legs. We are used to on leash dogs, and take 0 risks when it comes to walks and meeting other pups. We also have experience with senior dogs with health issues. We currently work from home, and have time during the day for dog walks and play time. We have an open house which the pups we look after have rule over. They can curl up with us for work, and we can take regular breaks for toilet walks, and longer walks once our day is over. Around 4pm. We can fit long walks in on an evening, and I visit the beach every night for a swim, the doggies are welcome to come and get a swim in too if thats what you want! Weekdays we are tied up a little during the day, but weekends our time is your dogs time! We have space for a bed if they need to stay over, or as long as they are clean, can jump up with us. We have a large fenced garden, and miles and miles of tracks and fields around us. Our furry friends can play until their heart is content, or relax in the sunshine on the patio. I can provide basic training, leash training, recall, sit / stay etc.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals, including dogs, cats and other pets, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routines and little quirks. Whether it’s a playful dog who needs plenty of enrichment, a nervous pet who needs patience and reassurance, or a cat who prefers calm and consistency, I take the time to understand what makes each animal feel comfortable and safe. I’m attentive to the small details — changes in behaviour, body language, preferences and routines — because I believe great pet care is about more than the basics. It’s about creating trust and making sure your pet feels happy and cared for while you’re away. I’d love to welcome your dog or cat into a calm, caring environment where they receive the attention and respect they deserve. I work from home, which allows me to build pet care naturally into my daily routine and provide regular attention throughout the day. My days already include structure, including daily walks and time dedicated to being active and outdoors, so caring for a pet fits naturally alongside my existing routine. I enjoy creating a calm and consistent environment where pets can feel comfortable and settled. When caring for pets alongside my own cats, I prioritise their comfort and safety. I would provide separate spaces where needed, allowing each pet to have their own area, routine and time to relax. For example, visiting cats would have their own dedicated space while they settle in, with individual time spent with them throughout the day, while my own cats have their familiar areas. For dogs, I would take a similar approach by managing introductions carefully and making sure each pet has the space and attention they need. I believe pets are happiest when they feel secure, respected and able to adjust at their own pace. My goal is to make pet care feel like a natural part of my day while ensuring every animal receives personalised attention, routine and companionship. My priority is creating a safe, calm and comfortable environment where every pet feels secure. My home has a fully fenced garden, providing a safe outdoor space for pets to enjoy fresh air and supervised time outside. I always prioritise safety, including being mindful of each pet’s behaviour, needs and comfort levels. As I have my own cats, I take introductions and boundaries seriously. I would provide separate spaces where needed, allowing each pet time to settle and feel secure in their own environment. Any interactions between pets would always be carefully considered, gradual and supervised, based on the individual temperament of each animal. I believe every pet deserves to feel safe, respected and understood. By maintaining clear routines, providing individual attention and adapting care to each animal’s personality, I aim to create a positive and stress-free experience while they are in my care.
About: I’ve looked after my own, friends and neighbours dogs from a young age and they have relied on me for dog walking duties, overnight stays and drop in visits. My family had 4 spaniels when I was younger so I’m very used to looking after dogs with lots of energy and ensuring they receive the correct amount of exercise. My family fostered dogs when I was younger so I have a range of experience looking after lots of different breeds. I don’t currently have any pets and I miss the company that a dog brings. I’m very friendly, caring and loyal individual who throughly enjoys the company of four legged friends. I enjoy taking dogs out on walks long or short and I am happy to have them on or off the lead whichever you prefer. I live in a great area for dog walks and I always provide pictures, videos and updates of your pet throughout their stay. I only care for pets from the same household during any one booking to ensure they receive my full care and attention. I can work from home when needed so I am flexible on those days. Im an early riser and I enjoy a early walk with your dog before I start work. Im available most weekends for boarding. I have a gated front yard and a fully fenced back garden. CCTV camera in my home for security. I also live in a great area for dog walking with a lot of land that is away from traffic.
About: I am a reliable, caring dog person with personal experience raising my own dog from a puppy to her very old age. Friends always come to me when they need their dogs looked after, big or small, and I can be active in walkies or active in cuddling - whichever suits your dog best. Living by the sea allows for great exercise for your special pet, and if they're tired I have a car that means I can get them to a location and off or on the lead to stretch their legs and get home safely. I also live by a large field for those easy to access grassy walks. I work from home at least two days a week (Monday and Friday), can be available on weekends, and generally have availability for overnight boarding. Pets are welcome on furniture in our house, unless you would like me to enforce any rules - which of course I can! There's a fenced garden for safe outdoor play as well. Please don't hesitate to get in touch about care for your dog - whatever size, age or personality. If you have several dogs, I have experience with allowing three dogs to board at one time so the options are certainly open. I look forward to hearing from you :) I work from home at least two days a week (Monday and Friday) with minimal meetings so can be active during the day with walks and care. For boarding, I can do a whole week if your dog would be happy being left to roam the house while I’m out. Please just ask. I am generally available on weekends, and have availability for overnight boarding. I have a fenced garden to keep your pets safe, and quite a spacious interior for them to be comfortable when in the house. I do allow pets on the furniture but if you would like to keep your own rules for that I can absolutely honour and enforce those.

I have also got my level 1 animal care certificate and diploma, my level 2 animal care/management extended certificate, and I am also qualified as a level 2 dog groomer and will be completing my level 3 in September. I’m currently working at a doggy daycare during the week but would still love to meet all your lovely fur babies and give them all the playtime and walks they would want I’m completely flexible on weekends and can be during the week on selected days. If your fur babies where to come to where I live for a while my back and front gardens are completely fenced in the back has 6 foot fences and the gate can be locked the front garden fences are shorter but is still safe. Your animals will be completely safe and well looked after with me with much love and playtime.

About: Full time dog walker and pet sitter specialising in solo walks and small, safe & controlled group walks. Experienced with many breeds and a good knowledge of dog behaviours/ body language. Fully insured and DBS checked. I am a full time dog walker, and pet sitter. I mostly have regular weekly clients for solo or small group walks! When I pet sit at a dog's home, your dog is taken care of as my own, and I follow your dog's usual routine as best I can, whilst working around my daily walks! I have a lot of flexibility to pop back and forth for toilet trips, and their walks will be fit into my schedule. My days tend to finish no later than 3pm, so I will be able to spend the rest of the afternoon/ evening with your dog, giving them attention and cuddles/ play. I have a fenced back garden with no side gate for exit, fully secure. It is a large Astro turfed space with plenty of room for dogs to roam, lounge and play. Dogs will be able to freely roam where they like inside or out of the home. I will follow the dogs owners instruction on feeding/walking and any other special requests. The same applies to pet sitting in the owners home.
About: I’m currently training at college to be a dog groomer so I have a good experience with different kind of dogs and I have been learning a lot about dog health I’m currently working part time, generally over the weekends. I’m really trying to grow my rover career so hopefully I can just work from this! I love dogs and find them very interesting so I am happy to take care of any of your pets needs from brushing, walks, feeding and cuddles of course

“Our Clive was sad to leave! He had the best time and I felt really at ease meeting beforehand for our first rover experience. Clive needs a lot of training and hands on as he’s currently in adolescence and can be very mischievous but Jessica was brilliant with him. Regular updates were really helpful to keep my mind at ease during the stay. Thank you both so much ♥️”

“Buddy's first time away was a success thanks to Daniel's care and regular photos and reports of Buddy's progress. When we collected Buddy. It was obvious that he'd been looked after wonderfully well. Thank you Daniel.”

“Jess was brilliant with Luna . We were very reassured that Luna stayed with her and happy that our little girl was well looked after. We had a pre-visit so Luna could explore the new surroundings and try out the garden . We talked about lunas daily routines so she would feel settled. Had lots of photos and updates whilst we were away which is a necessity for us. Really happy that Jess looked after Luna and would definitely want Luna to stay with Jess in the future .”

“Simply wonderful sitters for our golden retriever! Ros and Charles gave her a loving and caring home. She went on lovely country walks and had a great wee holiday of her own :) thank you, Ros and Charles! Highly recommended.”

“Nala had another great stay at Rebecca’s, this time for a week! There were no issues at all and communication was great. I would 100% recommend, and Nala will be visiting more often 😁”

“Kirsty looked after Honey for two nights, Honey settled in straight away and was very comfortable. Kirsty made her feel at home and had lots of toys for Honey to play with. She also made sure Honey had plenty of outdoor time with walks in the woods and the beach and provided us with lots of updates. Would definitely recommend Kirsty, she is an excellent dog boarder and we will be booking again!”

“I'm so happy with the care Inca received from Lauren and Ross but more importantly, Inca was happy. Absolutely top notch care and attention with lovely and reassuring updates. You won't go wrong leaving your precious pet in their care and I won't hesitate to book again if needed.”

“Absolutely brilliant. Cannot fault him at all. Was worried about leaving my dog as he’s not stayed with anyone but family before. I had nothing to worry about, Matthew was brilliant with him. Lots of updates to keep me from worrying. Ralfie enjoyed his holiday at Matthew’s house.”

“This was Alfie’s second stay with Andrew. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Andrew kept us up to date and put my mind at ease as Alfie had been under the weather just before his stay.”

“Anna and Jorge were extremely accommodating for our 2 year Labrador Bea. Bea can be a bit nervous around new people but they agreed to a meet and greet, walk, and a trial night beforehand so we could make sure Bea was as comfortable as she could be. This was very much appreciated by her pawrents! They also provided regular updates by photos and video.”

“Mack had a great time after being looked after by Amy for a week. While we were away Amy kept us informed with messages and pictures.. we were totally at ease. When we collected him I'm not sure if he wanted to come home .. but he did and slept and snored after being totally worn out. Thanks again Amy”

“Our golden retriever Sam stayed with Camille and her family for the night and was so well looked after that he didn’t want to leave in the morning! Camille was responsive and kept me updated. Thanks so much!”

“Toby enjoyed his stay with Natasha, he is normally quite a sensitive dog and goes off his food when he’s not with us but he ate his food every night so he obviously felt comfortable. Natasha was very communicative leading up to the booking and even let us do a little meet and greet at her house before hand so that we all felt comfortable.”

“Katie was so lovely to deal with. She communicated very quickly when I made the first enquiry and she was very flexible with timings for drop off and pick up which very well for us. Katie even updated us during our dogs stay and sent a photo too. We will definitely use Katie again. Thank you.”

“Jake was an excellent sitter and so kind too. We had to find somewhere for saffy to go whilst my partner was in hospital giving birth. Jake was so good, he listened to instructions, he fed her properly, he was so flexible and he even gave us a gift to congratulate us on the birth of our son. Will definitely be using Jake again. Thanks Jake.”
