About: I’m a reliable and caring pet sitter who’s a little pet deprived! I’m from the USA but currently studying for my Masters in Newcastle, and I miss my dog and cat terribly. Alongside having pets of my own, I’ve also completed house sitting jobs where I’ve cared for dogs by feeding them, letting them out and playing with them while also caring after the home. I’m responsible, tidy and happy to follow your pets routine to keep things as normal as possible I’m currently working on writing my dissertation which I luckily can do from anywhere! All I need is wifi so my schedule is super flexible. I have a small studio for pets to roam around but I also live very close to parks and plenty of trails to take walks.

Natasha has been AMAZING while we were gone. She looked after our three cats, very nervous and anxious cats while we were away and I have zero complaints at all. She kept me updated the whole time with photos and messages, how they were settling, and I felt completely at ease knowing she was there with them. She went above and beyond, stayed longer some days to make sure my cats were fed and happy before she left which she definitely did not have to do at all but is a credit to her character. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
