About: ABOUT ME I have loads of experience with dogs including nervous dogs. I used to take emergency fosters from the local dogs home in Spain. I'm recently returned (for good) to Swansea for family reasons and I'm looking to restart my dog sitting here. I've got experience of nervous dogs, large breeds, energetic dogs and those with special diets and medical needs. I just get dogs on a visceral level (more than humans). I've got a large completely walled in garden and I'm close to the canal path for lovely walks. Loads of parking out the front of my place for drop offs and collections. While you are off enjoying yourself your dog will be well cared for in a stress free environment. MESSAGES I aim to answer messages as timely as possible. However, sometimes I'm out walking or doing other dog related things like playing ball. Don't worry I will respond. If you are messaging late in the evening you can expect me to answer in the morning. Rover doesn't permit us to exchange phone numbers untill a booking has been made so I won't be able to see your phone number if you send it before then. WHAT CAN I OFFER? PAYMENT This is made through the app and protected by Rover. I can not see your bank or card details and your money is protected by Rover's policies and protections. I am and writer/publisher and work from home. My children are adults and have left to do their own thing. I'm active and walk everyday. My home has a large garden which is completely walled and secure. Your pooch is completely safe here to run about in and out of the home with toys and lots of company and stimulation. We go for walks and outings which are suitable for the age, health and breed of the dog.

About: I lost my beloved dog Bailey a year ago, he was nearly 18 and had been a lovely addition to our family. I used this service in the past and thought I might be useful to another family as I do miss our walks and looking after him, he had a heart murmur so had been on long term medication for over 9 years. I am a qualified hairdresser so can assist with grooming and nail cutting if needed. I have a lot of free time at the moment as I am Student I will be returning to studies in September. Can do most days or night and weekends. Short notice and fostercare. I am at home most of the days and always home during night time period. I have a fenced back garden and three doors leading to the front door so pets would be very well secured, I would use stair gates for puppies and kittens. Crate and u trained pups welcomed.

This means I can be around to keep your pets company throughout the day, maintain regular routines, and take your dogs for the walks they need when they need them. I'm available every day of the week. I conduct meet and greets before the first service to learn about the pet(s), their behaviours, needs and any relevant features of the home itself. This is a chance to learn about their routines, what they eat, and anything else I need to be aware of. I never walk dogs off-lead and I am able to constantly supervise pets when needed.

About: I’ve worked with many of dogs in the past such as training and working with farm dogs (collies). I used to work on a farm which was a dog kennel and learned how to train and work and handle and take care the dogs. I own a cocker spaniel dog for 5 years and we trained her up ourselves. we also have another 2 year old sprocker very friendly, very well trained. We absolutely love our animals and would welcome and take care of yours too! “What a wonderful, kind and friendly person Katie is. Excellent communication from my initial enquiry, to meet up arrangements, reassuring me with photos and messages whilst caring for him, to pick up. I was a bit apprehensive as I have never used this app or left him with a stranger before, but Zuko and I felt immediately at ease with Katie and he went off with her , without even looking back to me!! In the 4 hours she cared for him, she took him on 2 walks, fed him, let him snooze and also engaged in an enrichment activity/ toy that I had sent with him. So I'm confident he had a fabulous time!
