“Shannon is really lovely- she came to meet our Cane Corso Luna and go through her routine before sitting for an evening for us which went smoothly. She's confident around larger dogs, and Luna was really comfortable with her too. We'll definitely use Shannon again for future dates.”

“We have an older dog who is prone to separation issues so were worried she would be stressed and restless but we came home to a super chilled and calm dog. I would highly recommend Sunny, she is reliable, professional and showed a real empathy to our old lady.”

“Marianne and her partner couldn't do more for Molly. Staying with them while I was away over Christmas, she had loads of long walks and cuddles/play in the evening. Great photos and near instant contact etc. Highly recommended.”

“I have just returned from holiday, my house is spotless, my dog is so happy & Anna made me feel at ease the whole trip. She updated me with regular videos, pictures and took care of my dog & home like it was her own. I will 100% be recommending Anna & using her services in the future. Thank you :)”

About: Hi, I’m Emily, I am a second year psychology student at Sussex and and I really love spending time with dogs and have a Labrador at home called Ella (who I love and miss very much) and a cat called Sammy (who I absolutely adore) and have experience at a kennel walking and taking care of dogs and cats. I am looking for a dog/cat to be able to spend time with, take care of and play with. I am available most days over the summer. I am currently a student but I have plenty of time over the summer to spend with dogs and cats and am able to provide exercise, play and attention. I have experience working at a kennel and have a Labrador who I helped take care of a lot as a puppy so have experience training and looking after excitable and energetic puppies. Able to provide exercise and just companionship to dogs of various sizes and energy levels.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and fostered a few in the last 5 years! I have a rescue dog of my own who lives with my mum while I’m away studying. I love walking dogs as I feel like it’s the best way to connect with a dog. I’d love to hangout with them at home too! I am currently a student so I have time to take up part time jobs. I’ve chosen Rover as I want to spend that with fur babies. I know how to feed, walk and crate dogs. I’m especially good with anxious dogs that need specific type of attention and care with food and play.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since Year 5 in primary school. I’ve taken care of all small dogs ranging from pure breeds to mix breeds. Jack Russels to chihuahuas. But, I’d prefer it if you could contact me via email as I’m not comfortable with phone calls due to my autism. I’ve not been working at all. I spend all day taking care of animals and I’m sure that I’ll be able to take care of your fur baby when you are away on holiday. I have two fenced off yards and two dogs that’ll absolutely love your adorable little fur baby. They’ll be fed and water. Plenty of cuddles and play time too. If they needed to be crated or separated for feeding, then that’s what I’ll do.

About: Me and my wife are both quite outdoorsy people. Most of the dog behavior issues are from excessive energy. So I believe all tired dogs are good dogs. We hike a lot as we had a border collie for 15 years. Training is also important. I believe all dogs can be trained. We just have to be consistent with it. Doing bit by bit everyday. I’m currently working from home. So my hours are based on my puppy’s schedule. Feeding her 8am in the morning and then walk her right after. Bathroom breaks every couple of hours if we’re not out and about, Last walk of the day at 10:30pm before everyone in the house goes to bed. We found her better behave as we stick to the schedule as much as we can. There’s some basic elements in every household that a dog needs if we recognize them and fit in to our lifestyle, it is the same anywhere we live.

“I would recommend Elissa in a heartbeat. Very organised and pleasant, and a very relaxed and happy elderly cat who needs medication. Elissa cares! I will be booking her again for a trip later this year if she is available.”

About: Myself & my partner, Amanda, have been dog sitting/walking & helping out with cats for many years now. We recently got our own pup, Quaver, who is a golden retriever. While very friendly, he can be a lot so we are only able to offer drop in visits & dog walks at the moment. Amanda and I both work from home, and have some flexibility in our schedules to allow us to make drop in visits & walks work on most days. We have extensive experience with both dogs and cats, including those with medical needs, behavioural needs and those that are just a lil bit quirky! We have two cats ourselves, one of which is almost 19 and definitely quirky. We have a large car & are happy to take pups to somewhere a bit more exciting for a walk, to get new sniffs and really tire their brain out! Happy to follow any training routine you have for their walks. If they would like a friend on their walk, we can bring Quaver along too, but this isn’t required. Please let us know what dates you need us, and if we’re free then we would be happy to help ❤️. We both work from home & are able to be quite flexible with this. This allows us to make drop in visits work most days of the week, but timings may have to vary. We are only able to care for pets in their own home at the moment, as our puppy can be quite a lot! This allows us to leave him at home while we come to help your animal. We’ll make sure your home is left as we found it.

About: Why pick me as your pet sitter? Because I’m basically the fun friend your pets didn’t know they needed! 🎉 I’ll spoil them with love, treats, and all the belly rubs while you’re away. Whether it’s a game of fetch, cozy snuggles, or just some goofy antics (squirrels are the best, right?), I’ve got it covered. Plus, I’ll send you cute updates and doggy selfies so you can see all the fun they’re having. Let’s make their time apart from you a total blast! 🐾💖 As a designer working from home, caring for your pet brightens my day just as much as it benefits them! Here’s a peek into our routine: We start with invigorating morning walks that spark creativity, followed by playful design breaks to cuddle and recharge. Lunchtime is all about fun—play sessions or longer walks keep your furry friend happy while giving me a refreshing boost. In the afternoons, your pet can chill by my side, adding joy to my workspace. Plus, I keep my schedule flexible for longer walks on lighter days and plan weekend adventures for some extra fun and bonding time! 🐾✨ With a fenced garden for your furry friend to frolic like a superstar, they’ll be living their best life. I’ve got playtime and snack schedules down to a science, so they’ll be happier than a dog with a squirrel. Plus, I’ll send you hilarious updates and adorable pics, so you can laugh while they’re busy being the star of the show!

About: I’ve had my own dog since I was 16 and have looked after him since he was a puppy. Our family had also had a cat, guinea pigs and chickens so I have a lot of experience around pets from home. I have a degree in Zoology and years of experience working in zoos and farms ! I’m taking a break over summer and am looking forward to looking after your pets any time and any day of the week. Would love for your dog to enjoy a walk with my dog as well, however I am happy to do separate :) In my family home I have a Labrador and a rescue cat. I have a fenced back garden and I am close to several parks.
About: I grew up with a cat name Isis and a Shi Tzu called Cheddar and I really miss them. My current job makes it impossible to have my own pets for now as I would have to leave them alone at least 2 days a week. But I would love to walk and sit for pets 3 times a week, at weekends and potentially nights from my house. I would like to ideally make a living out of it eventually and get certifications in first aid and dog grooming. I work from home 3 times a week. Ideally Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and I am committed to look after your pets as my new priority to gain as much experience as possible before creating my own business in dog sitting. I am an early riser and can welcome them from 7am I will walk them up to 4 times a day and they can spend as much time in my rear garden as they like. I will feed them and monitor their food intake and drink intake. I can make videos or take pictures to update you during the day. If sleeping over, I will let you know how they find this new environment at night. If there is no more than one pet during the day I will make sure they get along and can create some distance between the animals if needed and then adapt which dog i can look after each day depending on which other pet is present. The house is always tidy and clean and there will be no risk of them chewing on anything dangerous. I have a car and can drive them to parks if necessary but I also leave very close to a beautiful countryside walk. I can drive them back to your house or you can pick them up.

About: I’m a recently graduated veterinary surgeon so extremely well-trained in animal care. Outside of my work I have owned dogs from a young age up until recently. My own dogs have mainly been terriers but I have gained a wide experience with a variety of breeds throughout my studies. I’m currently on an interim before starting my job so have a lot of free time within the week and weekends for pet care and boarding. I have a securely fenced garden and currently have no other pets in the house. I have the capacity to house a crate if needed but would need to be supplied by the owner. I live in a housing estate in close proximity to the South Downs national park with plenty of walking opportunities.

About: My first pet sitting experience was looking after my neighbour’s cat for 2 weeks while the owners were away on holiday at the age of 14. Now I look after my own dogs and occasionally family / friend’s dogs. Love going for long walks along the beach, or going to the park where the dogs can run around freely. Depending on the breed, I may be able to offer bathing and / or brushing and feeding pets. I work 3-4 days a week (part time) so I will have some availability during the week. Would love to put this time to good use by offering my services to you. I can follow basic security protocols, such as making sure the doors are closed/locked to ensure the dogs are safely inside the owner’s home. I can take the dogs out for regular potty break, for instance every one to two hours. I will go by your schedule for things like feeding time and walkies.

Emily A.
“Emily loves animals, has worked in a kennel caring for cats and dogs which included taking them for walks. She has a dog called Ella who she has cared for from a puppy and has taught to sit, lie down, recall, etc. She would be a marvellous dog walker, being a caring, patient and kind person, who would always keep the dog(s) safe and put them before herself.”

Shivani A.
“Shivani has always shown immense care and love towards pet animals. She loves all animals in general, especially dogs - well, who wouldn’t! Ever since I’ve known Shivani, she has been volunteering at various pet rescue organizations to help street dogs in Bangalore. She has always been good with dogs. I always call her the "dog magnet." She loves to foster stray dogs whenever she gets the time. She adopted a dog from the streets and has given him a beautiful life. She is such a lovely soul and a genuinely good person.”

Aaron P.
“I call Aaron Dr Dolittle! He loves all animals, big and small. He is most happiest when he is with dogs. He is respectful in anyones home, and will follow your pets routine and requirements. Aaron has looked after my chihuahuas and i would recommend him to anyone.”

“I would recommend Elissa in a heartbeat. Very organised and pleasant, and a very relaxed and happy elderly cat who needs medication. Elissa cares! I will be booking her again for a trip later this year if she is available.”

Katie M.
“Katie and Amanda have been so wonderful with helping me out with my 2 little ones, particularly this past year when I have needed last minute help with dog-sitting and pick-ups due to having to travel for work. It is clear just how much my 2 precious dogs truly enjoy spending time at Amanda & Katie’s house as they return back to me so calm and rested, nothing like when I used to have them stay at the kennels! They are excellent with understanding their medication and dietary requirements, as well as taking the time to walk them both individually due to their advanced behavioural needs. It is an understatement to say they go above and beyond with what they do. I cannot fault their dedication and assistance in the service they provide and would not hesitate to recommend them to other pet-owners that are looking for a compassionate 5* star pet-sitting/dog-walking service.”

Kay R.

“Kay was excellent, really good with our over excited, boisterous dog. Was lovely being able to go out and leave him and know he was in experienced hands”

Lam S.Star Sitter
“I can't thank you enough for taking care of my dogs! They came home so happy and tired from all the adventures—sniffing new trails and playing fetch like a pro. I loved getting regular updates and adorable photos that showed just how much fun they were having. It gave me such peace of mind knowing my pup was in great hands. If you want your furry friend to have an amazing time, I highly recommend this service!”

Shirley P.
“I wholeheartedly recommend Shirley to anyone looking for a responsible and loving pet caregiver. She recently looked after my dog, Roo, and her care was exceptional. It was clear from the start that she is a true animal lover. She not only adhered perfectly to Roo's routine but also showered him with attention and affection. Coming home to such a happy, relaxed dog was the best testament to her care. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.”
Nadege G.
“I can’t recommend Nadege enough! She is absolutely amazing with dogs (and people) – caring, responsible, and genuinely passionate about animals. She kept me updated with photos and little notes throughout the stay, which gave me total peace of mind. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just cuddles on the couch, Nadege treats every dog like her own. If you're looking for someone reliable and loving to care for your furry friend, look no further!”

Gintare Z.Star Sitter

“Gintare cared for our boxer girl Willow extremely well during our trip away. She treated our home with respect and she is a very caring and calm person.”
