About: Hi, I’m Sara I’ve loved animals all my life and truly enjoy spending time with them, whether it’s going for a nice walk, playing, or just relaxing together for some cuddle time. I’m dependable, patient, and always make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and cared for. I know how important it is to trust the person looking after your furry family members, and I take that responsibility very seriously. Whether your pet is full of energy or just wants a quiet companion, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at and give them the attention they need. I can’t wait to meet your pets and treat them like one of my own! I work from home and have a flexible schedule to work around your pets. Please get in touch to discuss availability and your individual pets needs. The service I provide is a home from home and will care for your pet as my own, I have a fenced garden with plenty of space and easy access to open spaces for walks. I have plenty of space to accommodate beds and crates. I am able to provide specific feeding or medication regimes.

“Misty, our 4 year old Labrador, had her second day with Nane yesterday. Nane is very flexible in terms of daycare hours. I received a couple of photos and an update from Nane during the day so I knew how Misty was doing. Nane took Misty for a couple of lovely walks and played her favourite game of ball chasing with her. I felt completely relaxed while Misty was with Nane. She will tailor the day to match your animal's needs and provides a safe and comfortable environment for them in her home.”

About: I have a lovely, noisy daxie called Elvis who loves walking as much as I do - especially with friends. I'd love your dog to join me and Elvis on our adventures around Malling! I work full time but always take Elvis out at lunchtime and he'd love to have a pal to play with on our walks about the place. Our house is completely dog proof with a large fenced back garden. We've got plenty of space for running around and playing - and lots of toys too.

About: We (Adam and Sam) have had our own furry babies (2 dogs and a Cat) for 13 years. All of who are the friendliest bunch you will ever meet. All get regular playtime and walks when needed. We have also taken care of many other dogs at the same time and love to see them all playing together. I (Adam) work from home and my husband (Sam) works from home too on occasion. There will always be someone here with your little ones to make sure they are well looked after. We have a large fenced garden with toys available and also are in close proximity to a large park where we walk our dogs with others in a big group to help with socialising.

About: I have been dog sitting for 3 years in Lewes. Since I work from home, I'm available anytime to care for your dog and support your needs, just a call away. I live near the Lewes Pells and Railway Land, perfect for walks, playing ball, or watching the ducks. I offer consistent, loving care in a calm environment. Your dog’s happiness and comfort are always my top priorities. I am a self employed, finished my bachelor this year so now I’m 24/7 home unless I go see a friend in Brighton maybe over the weekends I don’t have any pets even though I’d love to have my own maybe in the future, I live in a bedroom flat and have a private garden.

About: Aside from loving dogs, I spent 5 years working for a prestigious and sought after dog walking and sitting service in London. We focused on the individual needs of each animal and I’ve taken that ethos into my freelance work. When not looking after your pets, I work freelance as a writer, so pet care works well with my schedule. It means I’m able to focus entirely on the needs of the animal and fix my schedule to suit them. Wherever I am, I behave as a guest. I respect that I’m not in my own home and make sure I get as much information from the owner as I can before taking on a job. At home, your pet becomes part of my family.

About: My wife and I have owned our dog Rio for 6 years now. We got him as a result of looking after friends dogs and a local dog from borrow my doggy when I was recovering from an accident in 2018. Since then we have become rather doggy people, and the house where we live is perfect for that being next to the Telscombe Cliffs Tye and having a large garden for them to chill out in. Our dog Rio is an Andalusian Terrier who is knocking on 16 years old and is for the most part a very chilled out lovely dog who gets on with the vast majority of other dogs. I work from home so pet sitting fits well with my life. I occasionally have work away but this will be booked out long in advance We have a large fenced garden that backs out on to Telscombe Cliffs Tye for walks. We also have a garage converted to a gym / wash room if dogs need to be separated from each other, however this has yet to actually happen. Our dog Rio is an old boy and gets on with most dogs.

About: I’m a recently graduated veterinary surgeon so extremely well-trained in animal care. Outside of my work I have owned dogs from a young age up until recently. My own dogs have mainly been terriers but I have gained a wide experience with a variety of breeds throughout my studies. I’m currently on an interim before starting my job so have a lot of free time within the week and weekends for pet care and boarding. I have a securely fenced garden and currently have no other pets in the house. I have the capacity to house a crate if needed but would need to be supplied by the owner. I live in a housing estate in close proximity to the South Downs national park with plenty of walking opportunities.

“We were looking for care for 1 day whilst we were at a wedding in Lewes. Ellissa was really welcoming to us and Barney and she looked after him really well all day. Great service”

About: I have taken care of my friends’ dogs and also engaged as the dog sitter on another website. Always want to have a dog of my own and with my flexibility, caring personality, I would say I am your best pet sitter :) I work from home every day so I am flexible with the date and time and have ample time to look after and play with them. I have a garden with fences and grass. Also, I have my own house so they have much space to walk and run around. No other pets at my home, so it is very pet friendly
About: I grew up with a cat name Isis and a Shi Tzu called Cheddar and I really miss them. My current job makes it impossible to have my own pets for now as I would have to leave them alone at least 2 days a week. But I would love to walk and sit for pets 3 times a week, at weekends and potentially nights from my house. I would like to ideally make a living out of it eventually and get certifications in first aid and dog grooming. I work from home 3 times a week. Ideally Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and I am committed to look after your pets as my new priority to gain as much experience as possible before creating my own business in dog sitting. I am an early riser and can welcome them from 7am I will walk them up to 4 times a day and they can spend as much time in my rear garden as they like. I will feed them and monitor their food intake and drink intake. I can make videos or take pictures to update you during the day. If sleeping over, I will let you know how they find this new environment at night. If there is no more than one pet during the day I will make sure they get along and can create some distance between the animals if needed and then adapt which dog i can look after each day depending on which other pet is present. The house is always tidy and clean and there will be no risk of them chewing on anything dangerous. I have a car and can drive them to parks if necessary but I also leave very close to a beautiful countryside walk. I can drive them back to your house or you can pick them up.

Sara sent pictures and messages during the day to make me at ease. She is a lovely lady and I would definitely recommend using her.”

“Adam is one of the most caring and responsible pet owners i have ever known. He takes amazing care and shows endless amounts of love to our pets its a joy to see. He has a commanding authoritative voice that our pets automatically obey and has great control and understanding of our pets. You won't regret using them for your pet sitting needs.”

Hermella A.
“I can’t recommend Hermella enough as a dog sitter. Her love for animals especially dogs is something that truly shines through in everything she does. Honestly, she talks about dogs all the time! It's more than just a passion; it’s part of who she is. Hermella started dog sitting about three years ago, and it felt like such a natural fit for her. She’s had dogs back home in Ethiopia and always lights up when she shares stories about them. What really shows her deep connection with dogs is that she even wrote her final university essay on the positive psychological effects of human-animal interaction, with a focus on dogs and she got a First Class for it! If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares, understands, and connects with dogs on a deep level, Hermella is the one. Your pet will be in loving, capable hands with her.”

Kate E.
“Kate is an amazing live-in pet sitter and dog walker. She often helped me out when I was over booked and I fully trusted her to treat the pets with the same love and care I do. She is excellent even with the neediest pets. She is great at sticking to their walking and feeding schedules and also administering daily meds when needed. She is always on time and will even keep your house plants alive! There really isn't anyone else I would trust to help me out with my business. I guarantee your pets will love her.”
